Booked this hotel as it was situated just off the main dual carriageway and had good road links to Cesena and Forli for trains and good links back to Florence and Pisa for the airport. The hotel is located in the heart of the town and the entrance isn’t visible from the road. It has its own carpark for €6 per night but there are lots of parking spaces around the town, white lined spaces are Free!! Blue lined space you have to pay for, so check the lines! Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and informative. The room was spacious and clean, there were two plugs one either side of the bed so being an adapter and extension cable for extra plug space, little mini bar that was reasonably priced and cupboard space with a little safe in. The swimming pool was warm and the roof opens in the summer. The attendant was knowledgeable and excited to explain that the pool is warmed by the natural springs and that smell of sulphur was from these springs and good for the skin. Pool was long enough to swim in and had bubble jets and falling water. There is also a bigger thermal spa available but we didn’t have time to make use of that. Breakfast was a good selection of cold meats and cheeses, pastries and cakes etc, no hot option though. The only negative for breakfast was, staff served all the food, this was challenging with the language barrier and meant you had to ask for anything you wanted…. Town was lovely, lots of little shops and a few restaurants and bars. Towns folk were friendly and helpful and the little market was nice for local products. Lots of walking and cycling routes in the area too

Great spot next to the train station. There’s actually not too much around the hotel itself but for convenience it makes sense. The room itself seemed modern and had all of the necessary plugs. Check in was easy and the elevators worked well. The showers were excellent and it came with a tub. Had all of the necessities so this hotel was a plus for me. Very walkable to the main piazza. I would rather have short walk with luggage after getting off train than a long walk staying at the center.

The reception staff is okay beyond the fact that the room is 90€ and if you arrive at 8 am and you need to sleep because you had a nighttime flight they will charge you 111€ extra for this price I really suggest you to sleep elsewhere, the restaurant team members are absolutely not nice there was an east European waiter that called me and my friend prostitut@s on Russian ( while talking on the phone and serving a drink in the same time commenting on the phone that she gave to serve at a prostitut@s ) and they have a really cool gym but no spa or massage The staff have to be more careful because I speak 7 languages and you never know who you have in front of you .

Ich hatte vor kurzem die Freude, im Hotel Bellevue in Rimini zu bleiben, und meine Erfahrung war wirklich hervorragend von Anfang an zum Abschluss. Das erste, was mir herauskam, war, wie unglaublich sauber und gemütlich das Zimmer war. Alles war bei der Ankunft, vom Badezimmer bis zum Bett und Böden, ohne Spott. Es war klar, dass große Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt wird, um hohe Standards der Reinigkeit zu erhalten, was mich sofort bequem und entspannt fühlte. Die Einrichtungen waren auch sehr, sehr, sehr schön und sorgfältig arrangiert. Jede Einzelheit schien sorgfältig ausgewählt, um sicherzustellen, dass die Gäste einen angenehmen und komfortabelen Aufenthalt haben. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, modern und komfortabel, so dass es einfach in der Umgebung zu bauen und genießen, ohne etwas zusätzlich zu brauchen. Eine der Highlights meines Aufenthalts war die Seitenseite des Meeres. Es war absolut perfekt. Aufwachen und das Meer aus dem Zimmer zu sehen, hinzugefügt etwas Besonderes an die ganze Erfahrung. Die Beobachtung des Sonnenaufgangs war besonders schön. Wenn der Himmel klar ist und das Wetter nicht bewölkt ist, wird die Sicht wirklich atemberaubend. Die Farben, die über das Wasser reflektieren, schaffen eine friedliche und unvergessliche Atmosphäre. Insgesamt überstieg mein Aufenthalt im Hotel Bellevue meine Erwartungen. Zwischen der Sauberkeit, den ausgezeichneten Einrichtungen und der wunderschönen Meerblick, ist es ein Ort, den ich gerne zurückkehren und sehr empfehlen würde jedem, der Rimini besucht.

I guess it all depends on expectations - I booked it because it had really good recent reviews at the time but I was disappointed with the experience. The rooms look like they have been relatively recently renovated but because everything in the rooms is cheap and basic and there are marks and stains on the walls they appear tired.  The style is basic functional so you should not expect much in terms of comfort or coziness. The hotel is poorly ventilated so there is smell in corridors and in the rooms. I changed a room because there was additional smell coming from the bathroom.

Das Zimmer ist klein, aber fein! Sie haben ein Zimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, was schön ist. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank, der aber sehr klein ist, es gibt einen Fön, 1 Duschbad + 1 WC, kurz gesagt, alles ist inklusive. Aufgrund des nächtlichen Lärms aus der unteren Etage sind die Wände des Zimmers sehr dünn. Aber die Dekoration ist gut und die Farben sind im europäischen Stil

Das Hotel war nur einen 15-20-minute Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt. Die Zimmer waren viel größere als erwartet mit einem komfortablen Sofa (und Schleifen) und TV. Es gab auch ein Alexa-Set und sie spielte Musik, wenn geführt und war angenehm. Die Küche hatte große Werkzeuge und Küchenwaren, aber keine Napfkins oder Papierhandtücher. Sie lieferten kaltes Wasser in einem Pitcher sowie mehrere Flaschen Wein (NICHT ergänzend, aber vernünftig preislich. Die Preise in der Liste im Zimmer unterschieden sich von den Preisen auf der Front Desk, also. ) Die zusätzlichen Slips wurden jeden Tag verwendet, da die Fliesenboden kühl waren. Es war immer genug heißes Wasser in den Duschen, aber ein Bad Licht war die ganze Zeit, als wir da waren (sagte es am ersten Tag an den Vordertafel und sie sagten, sie wussten es bereits, aber warten auf Wartung zu reparieren. Wir mussten es ohne die sechs Tage, die wir dort waren, schuldig machen.) Es gab Anweisungen, wie man jedes der Geräte nutzen (erfreut!). Es war kurzen Spaziergang zu Restaurants und Cafés und zum Einkaufsviertel. Große Unterkünfte für den Preispunkt und viele Zimmer.

We are business travelers and our clients stay this hotel many times . It a standard 4 stars hotel , clean , staff and environment are good . Unfortunately this time had a bad experience on it . Never happened in this 4 star hotel . The staff given the room key and well check-in for our clients at Italy time 9:00pm , Once they entranced into the room . The room was occupied. We immediately run to the front desk , the stafff use 1 hour to handle the case and said not available the triple room . We didn’t said we must the triple room , we are 2 persons At least settled down for us at night time . She use 1 hour slowly motion to handle the case . And said we have 2 single room for us but need extra EURO20/per room means extra total EUR 40 more . At that moment we only accepted because at night 10pm . We never see this non professional skill on any star hotel . We are happy on their management. They want to understand what happened on their staff . Management will to listen and known what are the mistakes on their staff . Thank you for their management officers.

Es ist ein sehr gut gelegenes Hotel, direkt im „Herzen“ von Modena. Es liegt in der ZTL-Zone, aber keine Sorge, das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und half mit dem ZTL-Gutschein, der für den Aufenthalt gültig war. Das Hotel ist etwas „alt“, erwarten Sie also nicht zu viel, aber die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Die Matratzen sind für meinen Geschmack fest und es gibt genügend Toilettenartikel. Das Frühstück war üppig! Ein köstliches Buffet und von hoher Qualität. Hinweis: Da das Hotel etwas alt ist, erwarten Sie keine erstklassigen Aufzüge – sie sind eng und die Zimmer etwas „hohl“. Öffnet sich zum Balkon mit einem ausgezeichneten „kleinen“ Blick auf die Basilika. Allerdings dringt der Schall durch und Sie können den Nachbarn nebenan hören, wenn er laut spricht oder die Tür zuschlägt. Das Parken ist jedoch ein Albtraum, wie man es von dieser sehr engen Stadt erwartet. Nicht die Schuld des Hotels selbst. Sie können in der Nähe parken, müssen möglicherweise 5-6 Minuten laufen. Das ausgezeichnete englischsprachige Personal an der Rezeption/beim Einchecken wird Ihnen dabei helfen und alle meine Fragen wurden beantwortet.
