Lage: 4 Sterne. Ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, und neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein Lidl. Erwähnenswert ist, dass die Straßen auf der anderen Seite des Bahnhofs viel sauberer sind.
Sauberkeit: 5 Sterne. Es ist sauber.
Ausstattung: 3 Sterne. Die Hotelzimmer sind sehr hoch, was angenehm ist, die Ausstattung ist jedoch etwas veraltet. Das Waschbecken ist zu niedrig und zu klein. Die Klimaanlage ist laut. Man hat das Gefühl, dass das Hotel früher 4-Sterne-Standard hatte, aber renovierungsbedürftig ist.
Service: Das Personal ist gut.

Schöne und gemütliche Hotels. Lage am langen Meer von Taranto super.
Standard-Zimmer “alte” aber gut gepflegt. Frühstück gut mit Süß- und Salzwaren.
Möglicherweise ist Ihr Auto im privaten Parkplatz der Unterkunft zu parken.
Es wird beobachtet, dass noch Renovierungsarbeiten in einigen Teilen der Struktur. Sicherlich empfohlen für einen Aufenthalt in Taranto.

Esperienza ottima. Bell’hotel, camera confortevole e personale molto gentile e sempre pronto ad assistere ogni tua esigenza. Molto buona la colazione e soprattutto il personale che abbiamo incontrato. Le due ragazze del mattino a colazione sono state preziose, ci hanno consigliato su cosa vedere, posti al mare e tanto altro, un vero valore aggiunto per la struttura con la loro simpatia, educazione e garbo.

Fabulous place, great history.
The room was great.
Some issues with the door and the shower, but besides that, we had a wonderful stay. The reception was very welcoming, help us book a restaurant for dinner and the pool is great.

La struttura è bella, moderna, pulita. La posizione buona con possibilità di parcheggiare facilmente, preciso però che il periodo di viaggio è stato nel mese di maggio. Il servizio SPA non lo abbiamo provato ma penso sia il fiore all'occhiello della struttura. Unico neo è la colazione, le bevande calde devono essere prese dalla macchinetta automatica e sappiamo tutti la differenza nella qualità, e il buffet già di per se molto standard e limitato, non è stato mai rifornito nonostante mancasse un ora dalla fine della colazione.

Wir haben ein Zimmer in der mittleren Kategorie gewählt und ein Dreibettzimmer mit Balkon erhalten. Der Pool (4 25m-Bahnen mit Sprungblöcken) und das Fitnesscenter (alles für Lang- und Kurzhanteltraining und Boxen vorhanden) waren hervorragend. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber ausreichend. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer und der Kühlschrank waren etwas schwach. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Umgebung, z.B. Garganoküste, ist in 45 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und lädt zum Wandern und Schwimmen ein.

GGastnutzerOverall, the hotel left a good impression: recently renovated, clean, and very conveniently located between the central railway station and the Old Town, close to one of the main entrances to the historic center. The mattress, pillows, bed linen and towels were of good quality, and the sleep comfort was excellent.
However, there are some significant downsides.
First, there is an additional cleaning fee of €53 for two nights (€26.5 per day), which represents around 40% of the accommodation cost. The cleaning was limited to making the bed; the minibar was not refilled and the towels were not changed. This fee was not clearly included in the total price at the time of booking.
Second, there is no natural daylight in the room. My room, like most rooms in the hotel, does not have windows facing outside — all windows (a glass door, a large window and a small window) face the internal hall and reception area. As a result, no daylight enters the room and the curtains have to remain closed for privacy.
Third, complimentary water is not provided. Although the three bottles of water in the minibar were not charged at check-out, which I appreciated, the absence of free bottled water as a standard amenity was surprising.
Check-in is only possible between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm, and check-out is from 8:00 am to 10:00 am, which is much more limited than standard international practice. The room was also quite cold, and the heating system was not intuitive to operate. Additionally, since the hotel is located in a residential building, noise from upstairs (footsteps, conversations) was clearly audible, even late at night.
The hotel is good in terms of quality and location, but the additional charges and organizational aspects significantly affect the overall experience.

Our first room was old , smelly, and awful with a broken fridge, a kettle that could not be plugged in and peeling paint.
The second room has 3 different paint colours exposed fires and a bathroom that floods every time the shower is used.
There are holes in the ceilings, no staff apart from 1 young girl at reception.
Rooms have the cheapest, most basic facilities. The toiletries are what you would expect in a 2 star hotel.
No nescafe machine if you want sn expresso you must pay €3.50.
The hotel is run down and clearly management care only for money.
Private guest information is stored in a public cupboard. Maintenance is ignored, and breakfast is basic.
The breskfadt consists mainly of prepared sweet pastry and cakes.
A small glass of tetra pack orange juice us €5
If you wish to iron, you need to either iron on the bed or the floor..
The hotel does not have a bar that operates. There are no umbrellas or comforts of a 4-star hotel. Service is zero.
The hotel only offers breakfast. No lunch, dinner, or room service.
But the most alarming concern is the hotels noncompliance with fire safety. If there was a fire at this hotel, guests would simply lose their lives.
On both the 2nd and 3rd fll
Oor parts of the ceilings have collapsed.
The police gave arrested the hotel due to serious concerns for staff and guests.

GGastnutzerDas Hotelfrühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und die Essumgebung ist auch sehr gut. Für Geschäftsreisen geeignet, Preis erscheint ok. Der Ort ist klein und um neun Uhr noch sehr voll. Wir fanden eine andere Möglichkeit, unseren Aufenthalt zu verlängern und bekamen ein Zimmer für uns. Der Kundenservice an der Rezeption war sehr verantwortungsbewusst und gewissenhaft.

IItaly ExplorerThen pool was okay but the birds kept on flying in and drinking from it so I got out of there to avoid avian flu which would have destroyed my vacation. They need to really keep the birds out of the pool.
They also don’t have a clothing steamer or irons so you might need to wear your wrinkly clothes or pay them and they return it back ironed the next day.
The toilets had low water pressure so sometimes to took like 3-5 flushes to get rid of all the toilet paper and poop.
The location is about 1 km from the city centre and a bit further from the Leece station.
The breakfast was comprehensive and had the standard things like hams, cheeses, pancake machine and ice creams and gelato for 15eu . This is probably a good value since a pasta is about 10-13 eu nearby anndni nthe city centre including the taxes.
I don’t know if I’d stay here again.

GGastnutzerI really enjoyed my stay at this B&B. Everything is thoughtfully designed, and you can feel the attention to detail and high standards throughout. It’s very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The property is new and clearly very well maintained.
The host is friendly and attentive. I especially appreciated the quality of the bedding and the mattress — it was truly comfortable to sleep on. The shampoos and toiletries were good quality, not the cheap kind.
The location is convenient. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the coffee was excellent.
As for the downsides: there were no slippers in the room. Also, instead of a proper duvet cover, there were two separate sheets, which was slightly inconvenient.
Overall, a very positive experience — I would definitely recommend it.

In second room there were no air so we ask to move to another room ( in that room was pregnant women), they asked us to wait for day after, and they changed, but by the end they asked for change 20 euro
And in the third room we noticed that the close room can look inside the bath room . We complained about it and they said the they are not the bosses .
I refused to pay until the boss will came but he ignored us.

PPAULORCAMPOSThe hotel is too old. The room was smelling cigarette.
The shower is old with little water.
The elevator quite small and also old.
The swimming pool was full with water green color different than the pictures you see in the booking site.
The hotel is located very close to the road, the windows are not well isolated, therefore you can hear the noise of the road.
The worst is the dangerous to way out the hotel by car because there is no scape before you get the road.

GGastnutzerLes chambres sont très modernes et très propres, le petit déjeuner est bon, l’hôtel est bien situé à côté d’une plage de plus il y’a plein de bus qui mènent vers la ville. La navette de l’hôtel vers la vieille ville est gratuite, c’est top.
On as beaucoup aimer la piscine, les frites de patate douce ainsi que les mijotos à déguster au bord de celle ci.
Le personnel est parfait , et mention spéciale pour Vito , le pool boy extrêmement gentil et très serviable
