sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel, die Zimmer haben eine gute Grösse und Betten sind sehr bequem und das Personal sehr freundlich.
Vom Pool aus hat man super Sicht aufs Meer und den Hafen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist empfehlenswert und hat eine grosse Auswahl.
Es sind genügend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Il posto è molto carino, la pulizia è ottima, le signore che lo gestiscono sono gentilissime e disponibili , l'unica pecca è che non c'è una stanza per fare colazione e a gennaio fare colazione sotto un' arcata non è proprio il massimo, con sciarpa e cappotto, si dovrebbe pensare ad una soluzione. Sicuramente nella bella stagione e molto gradevole stare fuori ma d'inverno o con il brutto tempo certamente no. Per il resto tutto ok. Anche il rapporto prezzo qualità.

Schöner Ort, alles sehr schön. Hochwertige Dienstleistungen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das Catering könnte etwas unterdurchschnittlich sein, oder besser gesagt: Von einem Ort wie diesem erwartet man eine hervorragende Küche und keine ”ruhige” und anspruchslose, aber dennoch normale Küche.

Esperienza ottima. Bell’hotel, camera confortevole e personale molto gentile e sempre pronto ad assistere ogni tua esigenza. Molto buona la colazione e soprattutto il personale che abbiamo incontrato. Le due ragazze del mattino a colazione sono state preziose, ci hanno consigliato su cosa vedere, posti al mare e tanto altro, un vero valore aggiunto per la struttura con la loro simpatia, educazione e garbo.

Heel mooie plek om een paar nachten te blijven. Heel goede service en goede voorzieningen. Groot pluspunt is het superontbijt met verse Italiaanse koffie en lekkernijen. Kleine minpunten zijn de prijzen: 8 euro voor een glas wijn (elders 12 vooe een fles) en 4 euro pp voor badhandoeken. Restarant is goed maar ook aan de kostbare kant voor Puglia.

Wir haben ein Zimmer in der mittleren Kategorie gewählt und ein Dreibettzimmer mit Balkon erhalten. Der Pool (4 25m-Bahnen mit Sprungblöcken) und das Fitnesscenter (alles für Lang- und Kurzhanteltraining und Boxen vorhanden) waren hervorragend. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber ausreichend. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer und der Kühlschrank waren etwas schwach. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Umgebung, z.B. Garganoküste, ist in 45 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und lädt zum Wandern und Schwimmen ein.

GGastnutzerOverall, the hotel left a good impression: recently renovated, clean, and very conveniently located between the central railway station and the Old Town, close to one of the main entrances to the historic center. The mattress, pillows, bed linen and towels were of good quality, and the sleep comfort was excellent.
However, there are some significant downsides.
First, there is an additional cleaning fee of €53 for two nights (€26.5 per day), which represents around 40% of the accommodation cost. The cleaning was limited to making the bed; the minibar was not refilled and the towels were not changed. This fee was not clearly included in the total price at the time of booking.
Second, there is no natural daylight in the room. My room, like most rooms in the hotel, does not have windows facing outside — all windows (a glass door, a large window and a small window) face the internal hall and reception area. As a result, no daylight enters the room and the curtains have to remain closed for privacy.
Third, complimentary water is not provided. Although the three bottles of water in the minibar were not charged at check-out, which I appreciated, the absence of free bottled water as a standard amenity was surprising.
Check-in is only possible between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm, and check-out is from 8:00 am to 10:00 am, which is much more limited than standard international practice. The room was also quite cold, and the heating system was not intuitive to operate. Additionally, since the hotel is located in a residential building, noise from upstairs (footsteps, conversations) was clearly audible, even late at night.
The hotel is good in terms of quality and location, but the additional charges and organizational aspects significantly affect the overall experience.

Our first room was old , smelly, and awful with a broken fridge, a kettle that could not be plugged in and peeling paint.
The second room has 3 different paint colours exposed fires and a bathroom that floods every time the shower is used.
There are holes in the ceilings, no staff apart from 1 young girl at reception.
Rooms have the cheapest, most basic facilities. The toiletries are what you would expect in a 2 star hotel.
No nescafe machine if you want sn expresso you must pay €3.50.
The hotel is run down and clearly management care only for money.
Private guest information is stored in a public cupboard. Maintenance is ignored, and breakfast is basic.
The breskfadt consists mainly of prepared sweet pastry and cakes.
A small glass of tetra pack orange juice us €5
If you wish to iron, you need to either iron on the bed or the floor..
The hotel does not have a bar that operates. There are no umbrellas or comforts of a 4-star hotel. Service is zero.
The hotel only offers breakfast. No lunch, dinner, or room service.
But the most alarming concern is the hotels noncompliance with fire safety. If there was a fire at this hotel, guests would simply lose their lives.
On both the 2nd and 3rd fll

The police gave arrested the hotel due to serious concerns for staff and guests.

AAlessandro LentiHo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo hotel. All’arrivo ho ricevuto gratuitamente un upgrade a una camera superiore: ampia, pulita e dotata di un letto estremamente comodo.
La colazione è stata un altro punto di forza, ricca e varia, sia nel dolce che nel salato, con l’immancabile pasticciotto leccese che ha reso la mattina ancora più speciale.
Il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentile, attento e disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza.

We had an issue trying to book the one and only ferry Bari to Dubrovnik which turned out to be an impossible feat due to demand but the time and energy the reception staff invested in problem solving was astounding. Rosanna even went so far as to call all her travel agency friends … she ensured we could keep our room for another two nights. Her male colleague was just as invested in providing us with multiple options.
The hotel is stylish, immaculate and cleverly laid out. Very easy private parking for only €10 per day. The gym met all my needs while the pool is another massive plus in this great laid back suburb of Bari. The hotel is a €10 cab fare from the Old Town. Free non alcoholic beverages in our room’s mini bar and in the foyer, Free coffee in Italy!!! Never heard of it!! The included in room rate breakfast is a large diverse buffet offering a lot of healthy options.

IItaly ExplorerThen pool was okay but the birds kept on flying in and drinking from it so I got out of there to avoid avian flu which would have destroyed my vacation. They need to really keep the birds out of the pool.
They also don’t have a clothing steamer or irons so you might need to wear your wrinkly clothes or pay them and they return it back ironed the next day.
The toilets had low water pressure so sometimes to took like 3-5 flushes to get rid of all the toilet paper and poop.
The location is about 1 km from the city centre and a bit further from the Leece station.
The breakfast was comprehensive and had the standard things like hams, cheeses, pancake machine and ice creams and gelato for 15eu . This is probably a good value since a pasta is about 10-13 eu nearby anndni nthe city centre including the taxes.
I don’t know if I’d stay here again.

GGastnutzerDie Lage ist großartig. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, frisch und beeindruckend. Das Restaurantpersonal ist freundlich und versucht zu helfen. Die Wände der Hotelzimmer sind dünn und die Schalldämmung ist nicht gut. Ein sehr schöner Ort für Reisende. Ich liebte das Gemälde im Zimmer.

GGastnutzerI really enjoyed my stay at this B&B. Everything is thoughtfully designed, and you can feel the attention to detail and high standards throughout. It’s very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The property is new and clearly very well maintained.
The host is friendly and attentive. I especially appreciated the quality of the bedding and the mattress — it was truly comfortable to sleep on. The shampoos and toiletries were good quality, not the cheap kind.
The location is convenient. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the coffee was excellent.
As for the downsides: there were no slippers in the room. Also, instead of a proper duvet cover, there were two separate sheets, which was slightly inconvenient.
Overall, a very positive experience — I would definitely recommend it.

MMato-eucnReception bit unorganized, we were waiting for room more than 1 hour (check-in 5:00 pm, we called in advance around 4.15 pm if possible to check-in earlier, no problem, but than waiting more than 1 hour because they were cleaning the room). They had this calling service once room ready, for us they didn't have even papers ready (needed to search, so more time wasted), wifi was not stable at the room (lack of proper coverage for our part of the area of the resort), breakfast not bad, but seems to me like stuck in 1998 when it come to food choices. Room was clean, but bath could be renovated a bit, there was no minibar and there was cigarette left in the candle glass on the balcony, parking was good, location also good.

Das Zimmer ist sehr großzügig in Größe, obwohl wir laufende Probleme mit der Klimaanlage hatten und es kann eine Aussie-Sache sein - aber keine Eisen und nur die Möglichkeit, 24 Stunden für “Wasch” zu warten, wenn Sie etwas gedrängt brauchen, wie es als “Gesundheitsproblem” zu haben ein im Zimmer. (Nicht ideal, wenn Sie aus einer Tasche leben.)
Das Hotel ist stolz auf das „grüne“ sein, aber es fühlte sich einfach so, als wäre es eine Entschuldigung, die Ecken auf dem zu schneiden, was sie anbieten.
Die Fahrräder auf dem Angebot - sie waren mehr wie von einem Trift Shop geholt - aber arbeiteten für einen Morgen, um etwas weiter um die Ecke zu reisen.
