There weren't many restaurants nearby, so we often had dinner at the hotel. The hotel staff were all very kind. The doors must have been thin, because conversations in the hallway were quite audible.

My stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly. A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience. That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience. While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.

Ich werde damit beginnen, sagen, dass dieses Hotel wunderbar ist und ich denke, jeder, der Mumbai besucht, sollte hier bleiben. Ich bin ein Rückpacker aus den USA und dauerte eine Weile, um ein gutes Hotel in Mumbai zu finden, da es mein erstes Besuch in dieser wunderbaren Stadt war. Jedes Hotel hatte schlechte Bewertungen oder sehr teuer. Also entschloss ich mich, diese zu nehmen und einen Taxidienst zu mieten, (die Sie auf dieser Website tun könnten.) Das Hotel ist eine Fahrt südlich vom Flughafen in Colaba. Die Lage ist perfekt. Es ist die Straße vom berühmten Hotel Taj Mahal, so wie es irgendwelche besser machen könnte. Ein kurzer Spaziergang von allen touristischen Orten. Es ist perfekt. Das Hotel fühlte sich sehr sicher. Es gibt Sicherheit, die über Sie wache und die Zimmer sind im zweiten Stock. Es gibt ein Front Desk und jeder dort ist freundlich und hilfreich. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, keine Bugs, kein Staub, guter Ac, kleine Süßigkeiten und eine perfekte Dusche. Perfekter Druck, perfektes heißes Wasser. Sie haben Tee, Kaffee und unbegrenzte Wasserflaschen. Das Frühstück ist der beste Teil. Bitte verschwinden Sie nicht! Sie haben eine Menge Optionen von Indian nach Westen & alles wird mit Pflege und Liebe gemacht. Das Frühstück könnte der beste Teil sein :) idk, wer der Koch ist, aber er/sie hat eine wunderbare Arbeit gemacht. Ok, also keine Suche und keine Stress mehr! Buchen Sie dieses Hotel, es ist ein Gewinner!

Cleanliness: The room was clean, not spotless but is a good stay Service: Staff was friendly at front desk Comfort: Bed was comfortable. Location: Convenient to transport and food area Breakfast : Mostly local food. As foreigner, preferably fried noodles or rice will be great.

Ich hatte einen angenehmen und komfortablen Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen. Die Atmosphäre war einladend und die Zimmer waren gemütlich, obwohl es sicher Raum für Verbesserungen sowohl in den Unterkünften als auch in den Essenserfahrungen gibt. Die Verbesserung der Dekoration und der Ausstattung in den Zimmern, **** mit der Diversifizierung der Menüoptionen in den Restaurants, könnte die Gesamterfahrung erheblich erhöhen.

We had stayed at Hotel Sai Jashan previously, and our experience was so good that we chose to stay here again. The hotel continues to maintain excellent cleanliness standards, and the hospitality of the staff is truly commendable. Everyone is courteous, helpful, and makes guests feel welcome throughout their stay. The rooms are well-maintained, comfortable, and spotless. We highly recommend Hotel Sai Jashan to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Das Hotel ist schön, das Front Desk sehr hilfreich, das einzige, was ich nicht mag war Lage, ich erwartete etwas anderes, aber ich hatte ihre Halbtage Tour und es war großartig, sehr nett und Patienten Fahrer. Das Internet war nur für zwei Geräte und Zimmer ein wenig klein, aber sicher mit Schließfach, um Sachen im Zimmer zu verlassen und sehr sauber.

I have stayed for only one night while passing by Pune for business, therefore I could not experience breakfast and facilities (no time). Overall, I think the hotel is located conveniently in the city center, room size is average and the toilet has all the amenities you might need for your stay. A good value for money option! The only downturn for me, has been finding the carpet in the room a bit dirty with some food crumbles from (I guess) previous guests, for the rest the toilet and rest of the room seemed to be decently cleaned. My other colleagues did not experience the same, therefore it must have been a small accident and not their standard.

Good hotel with all facilities. Not the best for solo female travellers as there is a club on the top floor. Can be a bit noisy, especially on the weekends. But the staff is quite supportive and caring. They do their best to make you feel safe. Food is good. Overall satisfactory.

Es war nur eine Übernachtung, aber die kurze Erfahrung war ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel ist makellos sauber, das Restaurant und die Bar sind ausgezeichnet und bieten großartiges Essen und Getränke. Ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens gelegen, ist es eine der besten Optionen in der Gegend. Sehr empfehlenswert.
