The ambiance of the hotel is nice. The rooms are clean with good amenities. It is a well maintained property. The only issue is the location which is on the outskirts of the city. The ambiance of the place was good. The rooms were clean and hygienic. The location is an issue. It’s on the outskirts of the city. Accessibility to things isn’t easy. The staff was warm and welcoming. The pool and bar aren’t operational yet. Better discounts can attract more people.

Hotel is ok for shorter period..........................

Everything is good, actually i plan to give 5 star for all of the points. But now the service only can give 4 start because the laundry fee is super high. In experience i never see any hotel charge for Shirt/T Shirt 300 INR / pcs( ~ 3.14 Usd) , trouser 360 INR/ 1 pcs (~ 3.77 usd) and even underwear 170 INR/ 1pcs (~1.77 usd) The point is why the room price was normal then simply laundry price so high. See if I bought one Uniqlo T-Shirt the cost only about 1,000 INR, then 3 time almost same the T-Shirt price. I still very like the hotel, so i hope Top management will have check and adjust …!

Es gibt viele Manager, und die Leute, die arbeiten, sind zu beschäftigt, um zu kommen, und niemand kann helfen. Sie alle kommen, um zu grüßen und sich zu entschuldigen. Lange Wartezeit, die Rezeption ist zu beschäftigt, um zu kommen, es bleibt keine Zeit, sich darum zu kümmern. Die Bar bestellte den Saft, und ich ging ins Restaurant, um das Geld zu finden. Ich bin lange nicht zurückgekommen. Beim Frühstück wird auch, nach dem Essen der Kaffee nicht an ist, immer wieder gedrängt, sich zwei Tassen vom Nachbartisch zu holen, auch die Milch kommt vom Nachbartisch mit dem Rest. Das Frühstück ist schwer zu essen.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer bequemen Lage, nicht weit vom Fest und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Für das Hotel, was Clarkson selbst Positionen kann und ausgeben Slips an die Patronen. Darüber hinaus ist das Hotel nicht der freundliche Porter auf der Rezeption. Frühstück ist gut.

Hatte einen komfortablen Aufenthalt im Playhotel, das Personal ist wirklich willkommen und hilfreich. Empfohlen für kurze Aufenthalte. Frühstücksoptionen sind auch gut. Ich würde sicherlich für Freunde und Familie empfehlen.

We had an excellent stay, the hotel is in a prime location. The staff is very good. Priya and kamal were very helpful and cooperative. The hotel is very clean, they also have an excellent inhouse restaurant. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended
