4-Sterne-Hotels in Kerala, Indien

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt hier (vor allem das Essen - Schrei an den Koch, der uns eine süße Küche für Abendessen und Frühstück kocht) der Service war auch wirklich gut. Wir fühlten uns jedoch, dass es für den Aufenthalt im Vergleich zu anderen Aufenthalten in Indien bislang preiswert war. Es war nicht so gut für Geld. Eine andere Sache, die den Aufenthalt etwas vernichtete, war der Geruch am Rücken des Immobilien, wo der Schwimmbad war. Der Geruch war so schlecht und es ist so schämlich, dass es so eine schöne Stimmung ist. Ich hoffe, sie können das beheben, weil es wirklich nicht angenehm war

OVerall a lovely hotel and super nice staff at reception. Rooms are very spacious and nice comfy beds. Slight communication error when we asked for a tuk tuk and he took us to somewhere we hadn't asked & good job I has my google maps to recognise we were headed to wrong place! Pool is lovely for a swim and nice to have complimentary drinks at 430pm too with a little snack, the games area upstairs was fun too but just very hot up there.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren 3-night Aufenthalt im Resort. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, gut gepflegt und bietet schöne Aussichten. Es gibt Schwingungen für Kinder und Erwachsene, ***** mit einem speziellen Kinderspielplatz, die es eine große Wahl für Familien machen. Wir reservierten ein Garden View Cottage mit einem komplimentären Frühstücksbuffet, das gut war. Zum Mittagessen und zum Abendessen bestellten wir à la carte. Der Service war großartig, und das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein besonderer Dank an Herrn Nalin aus dem F&B-Team. Er hat außergewöhnliche Service und große Aufmerksamkeit für uns während unseres Aufenthalts gegeben. Seine Gastfreundschaft hat unsere Erfahrung wirklich erinnerebar gemacht. Einige Verbesserungsvorschläge: Der offene Schwimmbad hat eine Mindesttiefe von 3 Fuß. Eine 2-foot schlanke Abschnitt wäre viel sicherer und für kleine Kinder angenehmer. Die anderen beiden Schwimmbads waren während unseres Aufenthalts unter Renovierung, so dass ich nicht kommentieren konnte. Es wäre zu begrüßen, wenn man mehr nordindische Lebensmitteloptionen in das Menü hinzufügt. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und würden diesen Resort definitiv empfehlen, Familien und Paare, die eine entspannende Getaway suchen.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im State Beach Resort & Spa in Kannur. Das Zimmer war schön mit ästhetischen Innenräumen, bietet eine komfortable und entspannende Atmosphäre. Aufwachen bis zum Panoramastrand direkt von meinem Zimmer war wirklich erfrischend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war angenehm, bietet eine gute Auswahl an Gerichten, um den Tag zu beginnen. Das Restaurant serviert leckere Mahlzeiten und das Essen mit dem Meer als Hintergrund verbesserte die Erfahrung. Insgesamt ist es ein perfekter Getaway-Spot für diejenigen, die sich entspannen und die ruhige Küstenschönheit von Kannur genießen wollen.

Good staffs and services

It was very nice to experience, right from check in to check out. Hospitality is very good. There is always some one is ready to help at all places be it pool, boat riding, high tea, raft, peddle boat, swing, culture programme or break fast or dinner. You find every body greeting you with smile. So you feel like more than home !

Beautiful stay, They upgraded our room. Food was excellent. Will definitely recommend to others to try this hotel if they are visiting the area. 

Ausgezeichnete Aufenthalt! Das Hotel war sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Lage war sehr bequem. Das Zimmer hatte alle notwendigen Einrichtungen, und die allgemeine Erfahrung war reibungslos und angenehm. Sehr empfohlen für Familien und Geschäftsreisende. Wird sicherlich hier nochmal bleiben!

I was weary about booking as the website photos looked quite tired. All of the photos are really old - it was an amazing stay and so much better than I expected. I enjoyed the complementary pottery making and the tea cart in the afternoons. The food à la carte was absolutely delicious. I avoided the buffet a bit as I do in all hotels. The pool is clean and there is excellent service, with staff helping you with towels, umbrellas, and drinks. The rooms are really pretty. Good air con. The gym is good and has air con although the air con is not as powerful as in the bedrooms. The gym has two treadmills, a static bike, basic leg press, weight rack and bench, and some of the arm/shoulder machines too. There were only a few downsides. 1) The beach that it backs onto is actually quite gross (there was nappy in the sand and gunk that looked like sewage), but it’s easy to avoid this. 2) The beach has a real drop from the sand into sea so it’s not very safe to swim in unless you want to be smacked against the bank. These two things don’t matter though as the hotel is lovely and there is enough to do that you don’t need to go on the beach. 3) I booked 2 nights in one booking and 1 night in another booking. I asked when I booked the single, third night, whether I can keep the same room. They said they’d let me know at check in.  They didn’t let me know at check in. They said they’d tell me on the second day in the day, but nothing. I kept asking at reception and I called them on the phone twice, and they kept saying they’d call me back. It was 9.30pm on the night before I’d have to move rooms before they told me I could stay. I’m not really sure why it took so long or they messed me around on this as 3 of my exact rooms were available on the website for those nights, so by that logic it would not have been a problem!

The service is very poor. The fridge didn’t work even after replacing.
