The Hotel is super good .. Everything are amazing.. But we face a scamming that we opened our safe to arrange some documents and cash then the housekeeping team arrived to cleanup … So i let them enter the room for cleaning but I didn’t close the safe since we are in the room in that time. The safe located inside the closet the one you can walk in .. After they finished the cleaning We find 200 USD from our cash in the safe .. The cleaning team put the new laundry bag right on the top of the safe (in that time it was open) and now body noticed us that the safe is open …!!! I submitted a complaint to the front office of the hotel …!!! And i I described the cleaning staff to them exactly, and who was the person who entered the wardrobe containing the safe...!!! They said they would investigate the incident, and after two days they contacted me again saying they had questioned the cleaning staff, who denied taking anything from our safe...!!! And of course, we didn't find anything... which is obvious because no one would confess in this way without being pressured. And here's the question: why didn't the cleaning staff warn us that the safe was open when they went in to put the new laundry bag on top of it?

Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal im Hotel. Bei uns kam Wasser von der Decke und innerhalb von 15 Minuten kam jemand, um es zu reparieren. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade in die nächsthöhere Kategorie, da das gebuchte Zimmer bereits belegt war. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel hatten wir etwas mehr Sauberkeit erwartet, aber es war nicht offensichtlich schmutzig. Das Zimmer war schön und geräumig.

Schönes Hotel mit guter Lage, aber wenig Verkehr. Personal sehr freundlich und auch Unterhaltungsplatz im Hotel

Es gibt viele köstliche Restaurants in der Nähe. Dies ist mein erstes Mal in Medan. Dieses Hotel liegt direkt neben der Polizeistation und ist sehr sicher. Darüber hinaus befindet sich im ersten Stock des Hotels die Ausstellungshalle für Ausstellungen, was sehr praktisch ist.

I had a very pleasant stay at Aryaduta Medan. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, providing a relaxing place to rest. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it easy to access shopping areas and local attractions. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of local and international dishes. Overall, Aryaduta Medan delivers great value and a comfortable stay. I would gladly return again.

Der Zustand des Hotels ist sehr alt,Mangel an Wartung und sieht unelegant aus.Der Preis ist immer noch ziemlich hoch,Nicht in Einklang mit der Qualität des Hotels.Die Qualität des Frühstücks hat auch gegenüber den Vorjahren drastisch gesunken. Es ist am besten zu verbreiten Die Hotelverwaltung, damit die Kunden nicht bleiben.

This hotel represents exceptional value for money, with quality rooms and exceptional services. I stayed 3 nights in April 2026, and i have wonderful view on the 8 floor. This trip was combination of business and pleasure. The breakfast had a range of options, catering for western and Indonesian tastes. However, it would be nice if milk was refrigerated, as with other Marriot group properties in Bal. There is a supermarket across the street and very large hypermarket about 5 minute walk from the hotel. An excellent bakery is 2 minute walk from the hotel. This hotel is not near major shopping malls, but they can be easily reaching via a grab taxi for about $2 in 10 mins. The bed was super comfy and arm chair was great. However, the desk height was not really appropriate and do not sufficient for business work. However, I completed most work in the armchair with pillows for the laptop. Excellent range of TV channels including BBC and CNN. An ice bucket costs 50,000 IDR. ($4 Aus dollars) I used the pool which was great on 2nd floor with city views. Unfortunately, the hotel is situated on extremely busy road and be careful when walking on the sidewalks (footpaths), it can be easy to fall. Still, I would highly recommended this hotel for the price paid and outstanding service and room quality for 4 star establishment. .

Ich wohnte in einem Apar**enthotel mit einem Schlafzimmer und einem Wohnzimmer. Das Zimmer war insgesamt ordentlich und sauber. Es gibt Wasserspender, Mikrowellen, Induktionsherde, Toaster, Kaffeemaschinen, Töpfe und Pfannen usw. Mangel: 1. Da es einen Wasserspender gibt, steht im Zimmer kein kostenloses Mineralwasser in Flaschen zur Verfügung. Ich habe keine Wasserflasche mitgebracht und es gab keine Einweg-Wasserflasche im Zimmer, also habe ich die ganze Nacht kein Wasser getrunken. 2. Es gibt keine Ladesteckdose am Bett, was sehr unpraktisch ist. 3. Die Qualität der Flip-Flops war so schlecht, dass die beiden Riemen daran meine Füße verletzten und ich sie überhaupt nicht tragen konnte. 4. Zum Frühstück gibt es absolut nichts zu essen. Buchen Sie kein Zimmer mit Frühstück. 5. Gegen vier Uhr morgens wurde ich durch Gesangsgeräusche aus einem Kirchenlautsprecher in der Nähe geweckt.

Alles ist in Ordnung. Nur das Badezimmer muss beachtet werden, denn nach einer Dusche gibt es eine Menge Wasser, das die Bodenfläche des Tauch- und Toilettenbereichs wettmachen kann
