From the moment I arrived, I felt like a true VIP—thanks to the warm and professional service from every team member, including reception, housekeeping, and security. This hotel's prime location makes it an ideal choice for both business travelers and families. The seamless connection to Pakuwon Shopping Mall provided a fantastic shopping experience, adding to the convenience of my stay. The room exceeded my expectations in cleanliness and comfort, allowing me to enjoy a restful sleep throughout my two-night stay. The hotel’s facilities, including the well-equipped gym and the refreshing swimming pool, were impressive and well-maintained. A standout highlight was the remarkable Asian cuisine offered at the hotel. The flavors were authentic and diverse, and an expanded selection of 10 to 15 types of sambal would elevate the experience even further. One of the most memorable touches was the fulfillment of my special request for welcome fruits, which truly made me feel valued as a guest. Overall, I wholeheartedly give this hotel a well-deserved five-star rating and look forward to returning for another exceptional experience.

This location is in a more industrial neighbourhood with very few things around it if you’re staying here because you want to be close to the airport, there really is Here’s a tidier version of the hotel review: The hotel is a bit out of the way, so be prepared to either take a taxi deeper into the city or bring supplies back with you. There’s a bakery on the first floor, a restaurant on the second floor, and the hotel has its own kitchen and bar. The fifth-floor bar is pleasant, with live music, but unfortunately, my food experience wasn’t great. When my order arrived, it was clear the food had been microwaved, and the chicken was completely raw. Although they kindly remade the dish, I didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes. The rice was cold and dry, and the Katsu dish, with just a few spoonfuls of curry sauce, was disappointing. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when I needed to book a hospital appointment for acid reflux. Overall, it’s fine for a short business stay, but not ideal for a longer visit due to the location and food quality issues.

Awesome location but not the traffic. Clean and nice ambience even though the main lobby is on the second floor - up the carpark. Overall, great stay and will definitely stay here again. Thank you Harris Hotel and staff. Keep up the good work. Cons- hotel room floors should do a makeover. Can hear the popping whenever you are walking around in the room.

My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable — perfect for a relaxing stay. The pool area was a nice spot to unwind, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and pleasant. It’s also conveniently located, with easy access to the city center and other attractions. One thing that could be improved is the breakfast selection. While the food was okay, the variety was quite limited compared to what I expected from a hotel of this level. Despite that, I still had a great time and would consider staying here again. The receptionist was very warm, also the staff mas kit are very friendly to all of my kids, I love the green spot in front of the restaurant✨ My daughter have good time seat with the rabbit, and my son so happy to be able to ride bicycle together, play table tennis 🏓 also chess ♟️ everything so peaceful. - towels is to thin maybe can improve for the quality, - we stay in ranggawuni 401 the floor is too squeaky. -the tv turn on by it self when I turn it off so I have to unplug the cable. Overall I would like to come back.
