Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent gym. Only negative is that there aren't many nice places to eat or have coffee on the streets close to the hotel. Coffee and restaurants in the hotel are nice but expensive compared to outside.

I recently stayed at d'primahotel Tangerang and overall had a very pleasant experience, especially considering the value for money. The hotel is conveniently located close to Soekarno–Hatta International Airport, making it a great option for transit stays, short business trips, or overnight layovers. It is also relatively close to Batu Ceper station and some shopping areas, which makes getting around fairly convenient. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and generally clean. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was modern and functional. The hotel has a modern industrial-style design with a pleasant atmosphere throughout the lobby and café areas. The overall ambience felt relaxing and suitable for both business and leisure travellers. One of the highlights of the stay was definitely the breakfast buffet. There was a good variety of Indonesian and international food, and the quality was surprisingly good for the room price. The restaurant and café area had a nice atmosphere, and the buffet was handled efficiently even during busy periods. The hotel staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. From reception to restaurant staff and security personnel, the hospitality was excellent. Many staff members went out of their way to assist guests, which made the stay more enjoyable and comfortable. There are a few minor downsides. Some parts of the hotel feel slightly older and could benefit from renovation or better maintenance. The surrounding area is not particularly scenic or tourist-oriented, and it feels more like a business or industrial area rather than a lively residential neighbourhood. Walking around outside the hotel at night may not be ideal for everyone. Overall, d'primahotel Tangerang is a very good choice for travellers looking for an affordable, comfortable, and convenient airport-area hotel in Tangerang. The friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable rooms, and easy airport access make it a hotel I would happily stay at again.

Stay overnight for the Chinese New Year. The evening event was enjoyable, with good food, great music, and a lively lion dance performance that added to the festive atmosphere. The hotel is clean, well-located, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Overall, a great experience and definitely recommended.

Wir kamen spät abends an. Es waren 30 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Angegeben waren etwa 5 km, aber die Strecke war ziemlich kompliziert. Anderen Reisenden empfehle ich, ein Hotel in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Halim zu buchen, wenn sie am nächsten Tag nach Bandung fahren möchten. Es lohnt sich deutlich mehr. Der Duschschlauch in unserem Zimmer sah aus, als würde er jeden Moment reißen.

Ich habe in diesem Hotel gut geschlafen. Es ist nicht luxuriös, aber eine gute Option für einen Zwischenstopp mit Übernachtung in Terminal 2 des Flughafens Choi Kuala Lumpur (CGK). In Terminal 3 gibt es mindestens drei weitere Hotels in verschiedenen Preiskategorien. Dort finden Sie also ein neueres Hotel, falls Ihr Abflug von Terminal 3 geht. Das Hotel befindet sich im Terminal 2 in der Nähe der Skytrain-Station. Falls Sie am nächsten Morgen zu einem anderen Terminal müssen, sollten Sie 30 Minuten zusätzlich einplanen. Die Auswahl an Restaurants in Terminal 2 ist deutlich geringer als in Terminal 3, aber es gibt einige 24-Stunden-Restaurants. Solange Sie also nicht wählerisch sind, werden Sie nicht hungern (wir waren bei A&W, und es war wirklich schlecht). Das Hotel serviert ab 3 Uhr morgens Frühstück. Es ist einfach, aber ausreichend: Salat, Obst, das übliche Buffet mit Reis und Nudeln, ein paar Beilagen, Brot, Kaffee usw. Möglicherweise benötigen Sie Hilfe beim Tragen Ihres schweren Gepäcks über die Rampen an einigen Treppenaufgängen. In der Nähe der Rezeption befindet sich ein großer Raucherraum. Eine Besonderheit dieses Hotels ist, dass die Zimmer entlang langer Flure auf beiden Seiten der Rezeption angeordnet sind. Wenn Ihre Zimmernummer 1 ist, bedeutet das einen Fußweg von über 200 Metern von der Rezeption.

Great hotel. Booked it by mistake because it has the same name as the other Novotel within the same area that is newly built. The hotel has a lovely pool area with board games you can borrow. The garden area is well kept and provided the perfect scenery for pictures.

Hinweis: Bitte beachten Sie, dass es sich um ein Flughafenhotel handelt. Ich übernachte dort seit der Eröffnung in der Regel zweimal jährlich, da es sehr praktisch ist. Es ist ein gutes 3-Sterne-Hotel. Das Zimmer wies letzte Nacht Gebrauchsspuren auf, insbesondere das Badezimmer. Die Bettwäsche ist gut, die Handtücher sind toll, die Steckdosen sind gut und praktisch – alles in Ordnung für eine Übernachtung am Flughafen. Das Restaurant öffnet um 2:00 Uhr nachts und bietet eine gute Auswahl an Speisen, wobei die frischesten Gerichte wahrscheinlich zwischen 2:00 und 5:00 Uhr morgens erhältlich sind. Die Auswahl ist jedoch groß. Der Service im Restaurant ist sehr gut und freundlich. Insgesamt ist der Service und die Freundlichkeit im gesamten Hotel sehr gut.
