Für eine durchschnittlich renovierte Wohnung ist der Name zu prätentiös. Insgesamt nicht schlecht für den Preis. Der größte Minuspunkt ist die Heizung. Wir waren im Dezember dort, obwohl die Straßentemperatur +15 °C betrug, eine Klimaanlage für zwei Zimmer war ihrer Aufgabe einfach nicht gewachsen. Wir haben uns so gut es ging eingepackt und sind mit einer vereisten Nase aufgewacht. Unbedingt Hausschuhe oder warme Socken mitnehmen, das Wohnzimmer hat einen Fliesenboden, es gibt keine Einwegpantoffeln im Zimmer, die Füße sind gefroren) Die Pluspunkte sind eine wunderschöne Aussicht, die Küche ist recht gut ausgestattet.

The hotel left mixed impressions. On the positive side, the location is good: the botanical garden is nearby, many places are within walking distance, and getting to Batumi is convenient. The sea view from the window was beautiful, especially in the evening. The price was also quite reasonable. The apartment had all the basic necessities, but some small comfort items and supplies were missing: there was no laundry detergent, no sponges, and it was unclear where the trash area was located. The wardrobes were assembled strangely and kept opening by themselves all the time. The water pressure was rather weak, making it uncomfortable to wash long hair. The strangest part was the breakfast situation and the café organization. We were told in advance that we could come for breakfast at any time, but when we arrived a little after 12 PM, we were told that breakfast was no longer being served. At the same time, the café was almost empty — we stayed in May, during the off-season, so there were barely any visitors. The next day the situation repeated itself: before checking out, we wanted to have breakfast, but it turned out that the café opened later than the time written on the door. Through the administrator we found out a different opening time, and then the café was additionally delayed by around half an hour. As a result, we never managed to have a calm breakfast before departure. The breakfasts themselves were also questionable. The English breakfast in the café costs around 24–25 GEL separately and was extremely greasy and oily — literally a “cholesterol festival.” If you stay for a longer period, it gets tiring very quickly. There were alternatives, but they looked much less worthwhile in terms of price and portion size, so I’m not sure there is much point in booking breakfast included. There was also an uncomfortable situation with the staff: we walked past the security guard many times, but later we suddenly started being questioned about who we were and where we came from, as if we were doing something suspicious. After check-out, we were also asked to wait while they checked whether anything had been stolen from the apartment. It felt awkward and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay because of the view and location, but the service and organization left mixed impressions. Also, be prepared for a very specific driving style in this region.

Komfortable Apartments in günstiger Lage. Ein guter Ort für diejenigen, die gerne selbst kochen. Zu beachten ist lediglich, dass keine Reinigungsmittel (kein Schwamm oder Spülmittel) vorhanden sind. Ausgezeichnetes WLAN, was ein großes Plus ist. Es gibt ein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett und sogar einen Wäschetrockner. Der Strand ist nur einen Steinwurf entfernt und im Gebäude gibt es ein Geschäft.

Это не отель 4*. Это апартаменты в жилом комплексе. Номер нормальный с балконом, новый достаточно чистый. Есть мини кухня и стиральная машинка. Не было ни питьевой воды ни простейших вещей для кухни (соль, губка для посуды, моющее средство). Расположение хорошее. рядом с морем, парк и молл в шаговой доступности. Аэропорт рядом Завтраки скромные. Почему-то всё что должно быть горячим, холодное. Готовят заранее. Из вкусного -чай. Это хороший 2* апарт-отель.

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Erfahrung mit Ibis Styles in Batumi. Im Gebäude ist ein richtiges Gym enthalten, welches sehr gut ausgestattet ist und für Hotelgäste ist der Eintritt kostenlos. Im 1. Stock gibt es Billiard und Tischtennis kostenfrei zur Verfügung. die Zimmer sind ganz okay

Great hotel with a convenient location. Fully matches the description. The service is convenient and well organized. We booked the room while already in the city, and the hotel confirmed the reservation immediately. We arrived about half an hour later, and the room was completely ready. The pool and sauna are excellent — clean and everything works perfectly. There is also a good, well-equipped gym. We were very satisfied with our stay and would be happy to stay here again.

Хороший современный отель. Расположен в 1 минуте ходьбы от площади Европы. Здание отеля - бывший национальный банк с астрономическими часами на башне, поэтому сразу при выходе из отеля всегда есть группы туристов, фотографирующих отель. Номера выполнены в дизайнерском стиле, с очень высокими потолками - за это 5⭐️ однозначно! Были перебои с работой вайфай, это доставляло ощутимые неудобства. У нас было проживание с завтраками, в целом завтраки неплохие, но очень однообразные, не было каши, блинов и других блюд для завтрака, только все возможные виды яиц (скрембл, омлеты, глазунья, пашот). На ресепшен разговаривают на грузинском, русском и английском. Сотрудники приветливые, особенно управляющий Автандил, всегда сглаживал углы, создавал ощущение, что ты в гостях и тебе рады. До пляжа и набережной 10 минут пешком, до статуи Али и Нино минут 10-12. Рядом есть рестораны, кафе, продуктовые и магазины сувениров- все в пешей доступности. Отель рекомендую👍🏻

المكان جيد ومرتب كل شي تحتاجه موجود من غساله ملابس وكوايه ومطبخ صغير. االمكان نظيف لكن مو احسن شي. الموقع ممتاز قريب من مطاعم وكوفيهات ومناطق السياحية تروح لها مشي. المشكلة الوحيدة اللي صادفتني انه بعد تنظيف الشقه اختفت بجامتي وسالت الرسيبشن قالوا مو موجوده اللي تنظف ولان الشيك اوت كان بدري الصبح اعطيتهم رقمي يتواصلون معي لو حصلوها. الصراحه الموضوع وترني يعني اذا بجامة انسرقت كيف الاغراض الثانية فتوترت شوي وحرصت ان اصر عليهم عشان اشوف فيه تفاعل او لا لكن للاسف ما اهتم ابداً ولا اعطوا الموضوع اهمية. اذا حجزتوا احرصوا على اغراضكم ولا تسمحون لاحد يدخل ينظف.

Das Hotel hat angenehme Eindrücke, freundliches Personal und komfortable Atmosphäre hinterlassen. Das Zimmer ist sauber, mit komfortablem Bett und frischem Reparatur. Frühstück ist normal, angenehme Musik. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe, das Meer auch Urlaub hat wunderbar passiert, wollen wieder zurück

Delight! Der perfekte Ort für alle Parameter - Lage, Aussicht, Reinheit, Service, Frühstück, Komfort. Aber ich lebte in einem semi-Luxus, für andere Zimmer, die ich nicht sprechen nehmen, hatte eine Million und eine Terrasse und ein Bad. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, komfortables Bett, Mantel, Slips, ich hatte nicht genug nur Creme für den Körper, wie ich ganz einfach kam, ich hatte nichts mit mir, aber es ist gerade, wenn man etwas zu ringen findet, und nichts zu ringen. Danke, alles war einfach super!
