Das Hotel ist nicht weit vom Heathrow Flughafen entfernt, es ist auch über 40 Minuten, um das Wochenende nach West London zu fahren. Bequem Verkehr. Und Sie können auch kostenlos parken, im Allgemeinen fühlen sich besser und können wieder bestellen.

Stay here a few weeks and had a much better experience. Checkin told we are full and you have to take a twin bed. Then asked to pay, however I had already prepaid. The room had a window which was an internal view. Bath struggled to stay filled as issue with plug. The light above the bath flashed on and off for a while then stayed off. The attiutide from reception was poor, we are full , nothing we can do!

Overall okay. Convenient location, nice place to stay as there's plenty to do on Hayling Island, also easy to get to Portsmouth & Southsea. Breakfast was okay - needed to queue due to the crowd at the long weekend. Cleanliness and room facilities needs great improvement. On arrival, room was rather dusty, bed not made properly and the bathtub was blocked. The bathtub was unblocked so at least we could have a shower but that made the room smell of chemicals and the dirts came out from the drain precipitated the bathtub as the person left it unclean. Unfortunately there wasn't an option to swap to another room.

Das Hotel ist für den Preis gut. Tatsächlich ist es sehr sauber und liegt in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums. Das einzige Problem, das ich mit dem Hotel hatte, war die Art und Weise, wie mit meiner Beschwerde darüber umgegangen wurde, dass die Reinigungskraft mein Essen weggeworfen hatte. Ansonsten war es eine gute Erfahrung. Sie haben alles, was Sie brauchen.

GGuest UserHallo, der Service des Hotels ist auch sehr gut. Die Hotelbediensteten sind immer sehr freundlich und gerne hilfreich, sie sind immer bereit, meine Fragen zu beantworten und nützliche Empfehlungen zu bieten. Darüber hinaus ist das Frühstück des Hotels sehr lecker, viele Arten und gibt es täglich verschiedene Optionen. Der Service des Restaurants ist auch sehr gut, die Mitarbeiter sind immer sehr aufmerksam und enthusiastisch.
Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass der Preis des Hotels etwas hoch ist, aber angesichts der Lage und der Qualität des Services denke ich, dass dieser Preis immer noch sehr vernünftig ist. Zusammenfassend, ich mag dieses Hotel sehr sehr, wenn ich wieder in diese Stadt reise, werde ich sicher wählen, wieder zu bleiben.

GGastnutzerThe hotel is in a great, quiet location and it is a very beautiful building. The room was clean and pleasant, but it wasn't quite what I expected. Through Trip I thought I had booked one room up from the smallest option, but alas turns out I had not! The bed was also advertised as a standard double, it definitely is not in the smaller rooms, it is a small double, and this made sleeping for two a little uncomfortable. The room was also very hot even though we turned the radiator off and had the window open all night but I think this is just due to it being an older building, heat rises etc. The pool room really needs TLC. It is very overlooked and we felt really lets the hotel down. It's shame as it's a lovely space - even a quick lick of paint would bring it back to life if money doesn't allow for larger maintenance. Staff were all very friendly, especially the two we were served by in the restaurant for dinner. The food was okay but a little over priced but the service made up for that. All in all for a quick overnight stop it was fine.

SSteve CundySet outside of Lymington, which is a 20 - 30 minute walk away. Large grounds with lawns. Outdoor pool. Children's play area. Tennis courts. Indoor pool in an separate complex that also houses the breakfast room. Both are not in keeping with the charm and style of the older main hotel. We had a bedroom in one of the outside 2-storey more modern self contained units. You have to walk outdoors to access them. Good size room. Comfortable bed. Bathroom with bath and seperate walk in shower.
Heating was totally inadequate for the size of bedroom - just a very feeble electric warm air heater with no ability to increase / decrease the setting AND it kept cutting out. Would have frozen on a winter's evening!
Food & drinks in the evening hotel was acceptable, but quite expensive. Breakfast in the ”spa” building was self service and chaotic.
Overall paying 4* prices for a 3* facility.

GGastnutzerMy family had a great time in Hampshire Court Hotel and Spa. The reception staff were excellent and super friendly. I could not thank them enough for moving us to a bigger room as I made a mistake of booking a smaller room for me, my husband and daughter. The room that we were moved into had a large balcony, nespresso machine, drinks on the house and comfortable bed
The location is perfect and superb. It’s a 4 minute walk to a shopping centre and 5 minute walk and 10 minute drive to Festival mall. You’ll definitely won’t run out of options on what to eat. But most importantly, there are so many interesting place to visit nearby like The Vyne National Trust and Basingstoke Aquadrome to name a few
The facilities such as swimming pool and spa facilities were clean, well maintained provide excellent service. Overall, we enjoyed our 2 night stay for a very reasonable price!
