推開門的那一刻，窗外的草原像一幅巨大的油畫撲進眼底，心情瞬間就亮了。先説最打動我的，是前台的古麗米拉。從辦理入住時的微笑問候，到耐心介紹周邊的遊玩路線，她的熱情不是職業化的客套，而是像鄰家妹妹一樣真誠、周到。這種被放在心上照顧的感覺，讓旅途多了許多温暖。 再説酒店本身，位置和風景絕對是王牌。房間寬敞明亮，落地窗外就是連綿的那拉提草原，清晨推開窗，能看見薄霧在草尖上浮動，牛羊悠閑地低頭吃草，遠處的雪山在陽光下閃着銀光。傍晚坐在陽台上，看夕陽把整片草原染成金色，那種震撼和寧靜，是照片拍不出來的。 早餐是新疆風味和家常結合的品種，奶茶、果醬、烤饢都有，吃得舒服又滿足。酒店整體安靜，晚上能伴着風聲和蟲鳴入睡，睡眠質量出奇地好。 這一趟那拉提之行，因為這家酒店變得更難忘。風景是新疆給的，但温暖是古麗米拉和酒店團隊給的。以後再來，這裏一定還是我的首選。真心推薦給每一位要來那拉提的朋友——住在這裏，你就是風景的一部分。

- Das Hotel verfügt über ein Sauerstoffsystem am Kopfende des Bettes – perfekt für eine Stadt in großer Höhe. Es gibt auch eine Xiaodu-Heizung, die per Sprache gesteuert werden kann. Nachts ist die Klimaanlage im Zimmer jedoch so heiß, dass das Atmen schwerfällt, sodass wir das Fenster öffnen mussten. - Das Frühstücksbuffet ist riesig und bietet sowohl internationale als auch lokale Gerichte. Es ist köstlich. - Es ist familienfreundlich und verfügt über ein Spielzimmer für Kinder, ein 24-Stunden-Fitnesscenter und eine Waschküche. - Es riecht nicht nach Rauch (wir empfehlen, dies im Hotel anzufordern). - Die Lobby bietet ein Begrüßungsgetränk und ein Mini-Café, in dem Sie Kaffee und Snacks bestellen können. - Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und modern gestaltet. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine separate Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken.

Ein großes Lob an den Chef und das gesamte Personal für den herzlichen Service. Der Koch kommt aus Guang'an, was perfekt für meinen Sichuan-Gaumen war. Meiner Meinung nach waren die Bedingungen für diese Gegend wirklich gut. Ich habe den Reitsport des Hotels und den Ausritt ins Flusstal genossen – es war toll, zum ersten Mal selbst zu reiten. Morgens gab es frische Milch und hausgemachtes Gebäck, das der Chef mir zum Probieren anbot – überraschend lecker!

The hotel has a great location: a brisk 5-7-minute walk from the metro (exit A). The route itself is interesting: on the left and right are entrances to the Grand Bazaar and plenty of street vendors selling fruit, food, clothing, and souvenirs. The hotel was unusual for us as tourists. When you open your room, the curtains automatically open, and you hear a voice message in Chinese. We didn't understand what it meant, though. The room was large, beautiful, and comfortable, with good beds, a huge TV, and panoramic windows. The courtyard view means the windows overlook other hotel windows through a narrow pedestrian walkway with a transparent roof, allowing you to see other guests—and they can see you. Although our silhouettes weren't very clear, we still felt uneasy, so we asked to change rooms. We were upgraded to a room with smaller windows. The sink was separate in the room, and the bathroom had only a toilet and shower. The toilet didn't have a flush button; it flushed automatically and had a small blue light, which was convenient if you want to use it at night in the dark. At first, we were very disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator (minibar), as stated in the room description, as we had strictly chosen a hotel with a minibar. At reception, we were told we could put food in their refrigerator. As compensation, they allowed us to check out a little later for free. Also cheese yoghurts «Tea Ballet» were offered every day. They were very tasty and of good quality. There are several robots roaming inside the hotel, but we didn't understand their function either. You can pick up some essentials for your stay on the ground floor (tea, sleeping masks, hair elastics, and other suitable stuff). We really enjoyed the breakfasts. The selection wasn't huge compared to other hotels, but they were all well-prepared and delicious. The food wasn't too spicy, with pleasant seasonings, good milk tea, corn, etc., which gave the impression of a healthy meal. We had a few small suggestions regarding the room: it would have been very helpful to have more towel racks in the bathroom and a bit more storage space for clothes. Also, we noticed there were no forks available during breakfast, which was a little inconvenient. We believe addressing these small details would make the guest experience even better. Dieses moderne vier-Säsongen-Hotel ist so überrascht! Die Fitnessraum ist sauber und hell und die Geräte sind neu, die Laufbahn, die Kraftgeräte sind komplett, die Luft ist gut, die Atmosphäre ist ruhig, die Sporterlebnis ist großartig und die Sportgewohnheiten können auch während der Reise leicht beibehalten. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, chinesisch-westlich gepflegte Speisen, warme Gerichte, Teewaren, Brot, Obst, Getränke sind frisch und lecker, und lokale Spezialitäten, Geschmack online, Ergänzungsenergie ist sehr gut. Das Gesamterlebnis ist voll, die Einrichtungen sind intim, der Service ist aufmerksam, Reiseziel ist die erste Wahl, stark empfohlen!

Die Dekoration in der Lobby ist sehr warm. Es gibt einen Lesekorridor, der sich sehr gut zum Fotografieren eignet. Der Service ist super gut. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe von Dehui Wanda, was sehr praktisch ist, um Kinder zum Spielen mitzunehmen. Die Erfahrung ist wirklich gut. Die Betten sind bequem, das Zimmer ist intelligent eingerichtet, kostenloser frisch gemahlener Kaffee, kostenlose Getränke auf dem Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück, chinesisches und westliches Frühstück können Sie selbst wählen, die Sojamilch ist superlecker, die Einrichtungen, Hygiene, Umgebung und der Service sind alle sehr schön. Das abendliche Fußbad sorgt für einen erholsamen Schlaf, was in anderen Fünf-Sterne-Hotels in Ürümqi nicht möglich ist. Die Dame an der Rezeption ist sehr zuvorkommend, der Hotelmanager ist freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihm ist unkompliziert. Ich werde das Belle Hotel wählen, wenn ich in Zukunft nach Urumqi komme

Really great hotel. The staff was super helpful and welcoming. The room are big, luxury and really comfortable. I like the bathroom as well. Big big plus for the breakfast that is really good and got lots of different items. You have a shuttle bus to go to the ski resort as well that is located at 10 mn by car from the hotel. The situation is great as well, close from restaurants and shops inside the city center. 5 stars thanks a lot to the hotel staff :)

This is a great hotel! The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean. The service is great as well. I like that my room was a non smoking room and that this is a 100% smoke free hotel. After spending the night in many hotels in Xinjiang, I have not been getting rooms that were designated as non smoking because those hotels didn’t have them even though I booked non smoking rooms. Therefore, I wasn’t frustrated when I was checking into my room at this hotel. There are two things that I recommend that the hotel do to make the guest experience better. 1. Remove all of the ashtrays that are on top of the trash cans near the elevators on each floor. I asked the staff why they had them if they are a 100% non smoking hotel and they said it’s for guests to throw their cigarette butts away. I told them those should be removed because those being there let guests know that smoking is allowed in the hotel and that when guests throw them away the smoke from the cigarette butts makes the hotel hallways smell bad as guests are throwing them out. Some of the public areas did smell like cigarette smoke, including one of the elevators, which was not pleasant to breathe. China has a lot of people who smoke, very few smoking bans, and has many people who don’t comply with no smoking policies, so therefore, this is my recommendation when it comes to this issue. I also recommend the hotel put more “No Smoking” signs in the public areas as well, as I only saw ones in the elevators and first floor. 2. The dryer for drying clothes is very slow. I decided to air dry them for several hours after they were in there for two hours because I did my laundry late at night and needed to get some sleep. When I woke up, not all of them were completely dry, which was frustrating. I strongly recommend the hotel gets better dryers, even though it will cost them more money, to solve this issue and get less complaints about it.

Ich habe vor dem chinesischen Neujahr hier gelebt und ich lebe auch nach dem chinesischen Neujahr noch hier. Der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr gut und das Zimmer ist sauber. Beim Check-in erhalten Sie kostenlosen Joghurt. Ein Lächeln ist heilsam. Mir gefällt dieser Ort wirklich gut und ich werde das nächste Mal hier übernachten. Sie legten auch verschiedene Bücher in den Tianqu-Brunnen. Die Einrichtungen und Ausstattungen sind sehr vollständig.

There are many eateries around but we didnt get the chance to experience as we were always out and about. Highlight of this hotel is its laundry service, the hotel lady would kindly oversee the laundry and send it to our room. We have been to quite a number of atour hotels, but this one in Yining, rise up to another level.
