My wife and I recently stayed at the Hampton by Hilton in Qingdao City and we are so thrilled with our experience that we felt compelled to share. This hotel truly stands out for all the right reasons and provided us with a comfortable, convenient, and genuinely enjoyable getaway. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the spotless cleanliness throughout the entire property. The lobby was bright and inviting, the hallways were pristine, and our room was immaculate. It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work, and it made our stay feel both safe and luxurious. The staff deserves a special mention. Every team member we encountered, from the front desk to the dining area, was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They greeted us with genuine smiles, were always ready with a local recommendation, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their positive attitude really set the tone for our entire trip. Now, let’s talk about the breakfast – it was excellent! We’ve stayed at many hotels where the complimentary breakfast is a bit of an afterthought, but not here. There was a fantastic variety of selections to choose from. We enjoyed hot items like waffles and scrambled eggs, fresh fruits, pastries, and healthy yogurts. The coffee was always fresh and piping hot, and there was a great selection of teas and chilled juices to start our day right. It’s a real game-changer to begin a day of exploring with such a satisfying and delicious meal. What truly sealed the deal for us was the incredible value. The price was very reasonable, especially when compared to other hotels in a similar category that we've stayed at in Qingdao. You get so much more for your money here—the excellent breakfast, the modern, clean rooms, and the wonderful service make it a standout choice. The location was another huge plus for us. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, making it incredibly easy to get around the city without a car. Furthermore, the surrounding area is vibrant and full of life! We loved being able to step outside and find great restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. It felt like we were in the heart of the action. Finally, as non-smokers, we greatly appreciated that the entire hotel, including all rooms, was completely smoke-free. It made the environment so much more pleasant. In summary, our stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Qingdao was practically perfect. It offers incredible value, combining cleanliness, exceptional service, a delicious breakfast, and a prime location. The service was excellent. When I got lost, they even came to fetch me from my DiDi, which I really appreciated. The staff were very kind and friendly throughout my stay. It was my first time in Jinan, and I would definitely recommend this place. The location is great and very foreigner-friendly.🌹🌹

Unser Aufenthalt im Crystal Hotel war durchweg positiv und hat uns in vielen Punkten wirklich begeistert. Beginnen wir mit dem Essen: Die Auswahl war reichhaltig, frisch und geschmacklich absolut überzeugend. Ob Frühstück oder Abendessen – hier wurde mit Liebe gekocht, und man hatte immer das Gefühl, dass auf Qualität und Vielfalt geachtet wird. Besonders schön: Auch für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch war immer etwas Passendes dabei. Der Service im gesamten Hotel war erstklassig. Das Personal war freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit – ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Wünsche wurden prompt erfüllt, und man fühlte sich durchgehend gut betreut und willkommen. Ein echtes Highlight war unser Zimmer, das sehr modern, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet war. Und dann die Dusche – einfach der Oberhammer! Geräumig, stylisch und mit richtig gutem Wasserdruck – genau das, was man sich nach einem langen Tag wünscht. Man merkt, dass hier auf Details geachtet wurde, sowohl bei der Ausstattung als auch beim Komfort. Alles in allem war das Crystal Hotel für uns eine hervorragende Wahl – super Essen, toller Service und ein Zimmer, das keine Wünsche offenlässt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen

The positive attitude and service performance of the staff ranging from front desk, concierge/security to breakfast restaurant and house keeping is excellent. The classic hotel personal service with a modern twist makes the stay a memorable experience. On my check-in, Ms Xiao Jiao and Ms Xiao Cong gave me and explained briefly the leaflet on the hotel’s suggested tourist attractions in Yantai. They also enthusiastically exchanged small RMB notes with me. They also gave me a piece of mooncake of my choice (and during my check-out too). The restaurant staff is attentive, replenishing food and drinks and attending to requests promptly. Due to my lack of command of Mandarin and accent, the chef cooked the wanton instead of the mackerel dumplings for me, he immediately served me the dumplings when he realised the miscommunication. The next morning, after serving me the mackerel dumplings, he, I think, recognised me, suggested I could add soup and condiments to the dumplings. I find their fleshly cooked dumplings are even better than the dumplings from the most famous dumplings restaurant in Yantai. The concierge staff on 2 days helped me book taxi using her phone app, paying in advance on my behalf as booking via internet cannot be settled in cash. The concierge/front desk lent me umbrella without question. After a delayed and tiring flight, Mr Xiao Gao brought me to my room and explained the mechanics of the switches in the room. There was a hand-written welcome note from Ms Liu, with 2 cups of white fungus/goji drink beside it. The drink together with the note and fruits in the room, not only soothed my dry throat but also lifted the mood. House keeping provided fruits, white fungus/goji drink and dried chrysanthemum/rose flowers (to prepare for drinking) and 4 bottles (500 ml) of water daily, with up to 14 bottles at the lift lobby on my floor, and guests can also request house keeping for more bottles. On my check out day, during my breakfast, they left at the door handle, a bag of goodies, fruits and bottles of water and souvenirs (4 key chains with various types of sea shells), together with a hand-written farewell/bon voyage note from Ms Liu. Die Hotelumgebung ist elegant und sauber, die Gästezimmer sind warm und komplett eingerichtet, die Betten sind weich und die Haut weich, die Qualität der Bekleidung ist online und die Details sind sehr benutzerfreundlich. Der Personalservice ist enthusiastisch und sorgfältig, von der Unterkunft bis zur täglichen Anfrage reagiert rechtzeitig, freundlich und das Gefühl der Erfahrung im gesamten Prozess. Das Gesamtpreis-Verhältnis ist super hoch, das nächste Mal werden Sie hier wählen, stark empfohlen!

Fantastische Lage, um zu reisen. Busterminal ist verbunden. Unverschämte Einrichtungen und hervorragende Dienstleistungen! Aufgrund der Lage ist ein wenig Verkehrslärm unvermeidlich. Wäre wieder und wieder kommen.

Lage, Frühstück und Service des Hotels sind hervorragend. Wir kamen spät an und bekamen das Dessert aufs Zimmer gebracht. Es war eine wunderbare Überraschung. Der einzige Nachteil ist die Toilette in unserem Zimmer, die vom Badezimmer getrennt ist und keinen Schlauch hat, um den Uringeruch wegzuspülen, der sich mit der Zeit gebildet hat. Obwohl das Reinigungspersonal kam, um aufzuräumen, konnte der Gestank einfach nicht verschwinden. Es war schade!

Der Service war großartig und das Hotel liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig. Direkt vor der Tür gibt es eine Bushaltestelle. Für nur 1 Yuan kann man in einen Doppeldeckerbus steigen und die Küste entlangfahren, um die Aussicht zu genießen. Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind auch hervorragend.

Ort: Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Wusi Square & Olympic Sailing Centre (~15 Gehminuten). Es gibt auch einen Komfortladen gerade umgekehrt. Es gibt viele Malls in der Nähe, wie Hisense Square. Zimmer: Wie die Fotos beschrieben. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber. Alles sieht ziemlich neu aus und ich war mit der Reinigung komfortabel, als ob ich in meinem eigenen Haus war. Die Lichtschalter waren gut gekennzeichnet. Es gibt einen Essenstisch mit einem großen Sofa für zwei, groß genug, um zu essen komfortablen. Der Badwasserdruck war zu gut, schädigt eigentlich, das Wasser ganz auf den Weg zu drehen. A/C ist stark und kann nach 20C gehen. Ausstattung: 3 Waschmaschine und 3 Trockner kostenlos zu verwenden. Sie können auch den Zimmerservice bitten, die Kleidung für Sie nachdem es getan hat. Sie können die Verfügbarkeit von ihnen vom Fernseher in Ihrem eigenen Zimmer und der ETA von wann es verfügbar sein wird. Das Frühstück war großartig und war lange, so dass es sehr flexibel war. Zimmerservice: Auch wenn ich um 1:00 Uhr Zimmerservice beantragt hätte, wären sie noch in der Lage. Sie geben Ihnen 4 Flaschen Wasser pro Tag, zwei Paare Slips, zwei Zahnbürsten und Topasten, eine Komb, 5 Baumwoll-Bub, eine Duschekappe und kostenlose Tee. Das Zimmer war immer gut gereinigt, es gibt wirklich kein Zimmer für Beschwerden. Erfahrung: Ich habe in einem 2.00 Uhr geprüft, es gab Front Desk Mitarbeiter leicht zu überprüfen und sogar einen willkommenen Honigcitronengetränk. Die Überprüfung war schnell, die Erklärung war auch sehr gründlich. Wenn Sie bestellen, werden sie einen Roboter in Ihr Zimmer schicken, so dass Sie nicht nach unten gehen müssen, um es selbst zu sammeln. Das Front Desk Personal war auch sehr hilfreich, ich konnte 宝 Pakete zum Hotel bestellen und sammeln. Einige Mitarbeiter half mir sogar glücklich, die Lieferant zu rufen, wenn sie die Lieferort gemischt haben, da ich keine Festland-China-Nummer hatte. Insgesamt ist es ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem hohen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sie werden sich gut ausruhen und sorgen.

Diese Unterkunft ist sauber, komfortabel und vor allem geräumig – ideal für größere Gruppen! Auch die Essensbestellung ist hier sehr praktisch. Die Lage ist hervorragend: in der Nähe des Platzes des 4. Mai und nur 10 Gehminuten vom Einkaufszentrum Mix Mall (Wanxiangcheng) entfernt.
