Es ist ein lohnendes Übernachtungserlebnis und sehr kostengünstig! Die Hotelumgebung ist sehr gut, sauber und hygienisch, und das Kundendienstpersonal ist sehr enthusiastisch. Wenn Sie abends zurückkommen, können Sie in die heiße Quelle im Freien gehen, um Ihre Müdigkeit zu lindern, was sehr nährend ist. Das Frühstücksangebot ist ebenfalls sehr umfangreich und die gekochten Nudeln sind rechtzeitig fertig, um zum Changbai Mountain zu fahren. Es ist eine 15-minütige Fahrt Ganz in der Nähe und sehr praktisch zum Wohnen. Man kann in nahegelegenen Städten essen und ist in jeder Hinsicht sehr praktisch.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und das Personal bietet einen guten Service. Leider war das Klimaanlage im ganzen Gebäude aussagekräftig, und wir wurden nicht im Voraus informiert. Selbst mit dem AC-Switch, blieb die Zimmertemperatur bei 30 Grad. Eine Lösung wurde schließlich angeboten, aber wir waren weit davon entfernt, zufrieden damit. Wir hoffen, das Hotel kann in Zukunft mit einer besseren Lösung kommen.

The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

Hotel is within a small resort that is newly opened. Amenities are complete and restaurants and other F&B are available within the resort. Only inconvenience is that cars are not allowed into the resort so we have to trek to the gate to call for a ride.

Obwohl das Hotel etwas weiter vom Swissôtel und den Thermalquellen entfernt liegt, steht ein Shuttlebus zur Verfügung und die Anreise mit dem Auto ist ebenfalls bequem. In der Nähe befinden sich Lagerfeuer, ein Wildgehege und eine gläserne Brücke über eine Schlucht. Das Hotel bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten im Sommer.

Mehr als ich erwartete: Es ist ein Hotel+service-Ferienwohnungen, sehr saubere und geräumige Zimmer, das Personal ist sehr nett, süß und hilfsbereit, Frühstück ist mit west+Chinesisches Geschmack, besser als ich erwartet hatte, fast 30 Minuten von der Jilin Hochgeschwindigkeitsbahnhof, 1.30 Stunden Autofahrt von Chang zum Flughafen, 600 m vom Skigebiet entfernt, Basen haben Skiausrüstung zu mieten, haben kleine Überzeugungslager, auch haben kleine gute genug Fitness-Auch, wirklich besser als ich erwartet hatte Über meine Erwartungen hinaus: Dies ist eine Hotel-+ Service-Ferienwohnung, das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und geräumig, das Personal ist sehr freundlich, freundlich und gerne hilfreich, das Frühstück ist westlich und chinesisch, besser als ich erwartet habe, etwa 30 Minuten von der Jilling Highway Station, 1.30 Stunden Fahrt vom Flughafen Changchun, 600 Meter vom Skiplatz entfernt. Newly built, and nice hotel. Has great self-service laundry and nice gym. Located in Erdaobaihe Town, the hotel is a bit further outskirts so not within walking distance to the Cloud Market but everything is only a 10 min taxi/didi ride away. Also provides free pickup from the high-speed railway station (Changbaishan Station), which is also only 10 mins away. We got the big family room which was great for 2 adults and 2 small kids. Breakfast is a decent mix of local and western staples, even some local honey and yogurt. just don't eat the cereal.

Dieses Hotel ist ein preisgünstiges Hotel. Es ist nicht sehr groß, aber die Ausstattung ist okay. Das Familienzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein Einzelbett. Da wir zu dritt mit der Familie waren, wollten wir nebeneinander sitzen. Wir riefen vorher an, aber es wurde nicht vereinbart. Nach einigem Hin und Her mit der Rezeption fanden wir jedoch den Manager, der uns Frühstücksgutscheine gab. Was das Zimmer betrifft, bemerkte ich beim Betreten einen schmutzigen Papierball auf dem Tisch, den die Putzfrau später entfernte. Die Dusche war in Ordnung, tropfte aber am ersten Tag etwas, aber nach der Reinigung am zweiten Tag war es viel besser. Wir haben nur einmal gefrühstückt und die Auswahl war für ein Budget-Hotel recht gut. Insgesamt war ich trotz einiger kleinerer Mängel zufrieden, aber ich gebe normalerweise gute Bewertungen ab.

Die Rezeption hat die Zimmerkategorie kostenlos hochgestuft ~ das Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber. Es gibt auch Willkommensfrüchte 🍎 Das Personal an der Rezeption ist enthusiastisch und hat einen ausgeprägten Sinn für Service. Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig neben der U-Bahn. Ich werde dieses Hotel wieder wählen, wenn ich wieder nach Changchun komme.

Here’This resort hotel was the most satisfying stay of our entire 8-day China trip across Harbin, Changbaishan, Xuexiang, and Yabuli. We stayed in a family residence unit, which allowed all of us to live together comfortably under one household. The resort is extremely clean and well-maintained. Our unit even included a mahjong table and a private hot spring, which made the stay very enjoyable. Although the price is not cheap, it is definitely worth the money. The butler service was excellent — the staff were attentive and always did their best to accommodate our requests. Highly recommended. I’m confident you will have a pleasant and memorable stay here.
