we stay for 2 night & enjoyed a hit spring bathtub. So far it services met our expectations from breakfast to Gym. We bought a ticket for hot spring at discounted rate as gently advised by receptionist. It was a good highlight ^^. The location was very good with 13 mins walking distance to centre of local market. Surprisingly, next to the hotel, there was a very good Chinese Food Shop. Holiday Inn worthy revisit in cold season.

Besonders beeindruckend ist es, wenn man bedenkt, dass es früher durch übermäßigen Bergbau ökologisch schwer geschädigt war und dann zu einem solch großen Dorf im Gan-Stil mit Retro-Charme umgestaltet wurde. Die kreative Gestaltung entlang der Bergklippen hat eine wahrhaft beeindruckende Landschaft geschaffen. Das Design und der Bau sind äußerst sorgfältig ausgeführt. Fast jede Ecke, jede Blume und jeder Baum ist ein wunderschönes Motiv, das man unbedingt mit der Kamera festhalten möchte. Doch gleichzeitig möchte man die Kamera beiseitelegen, um die Schönheit, die sich dem Auge bietet, in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Auch die Zimmeraufteilung ist gut, und die Pension hat einen unverwechselbaren Stil. Vom Eingang an stehen Mitarbeiter bereit, um mit dem Gepäck zu helfen und den Weg zu weisen, und das Gepäck wird bis ins Zimmer gebracht – alles ist professionell organisiert. Allerdings ist ein einziger Tag hier wirklich zu kurz. Wenn man genug Zeit hat, sollte man sich zwei Tage Zeit nehmen, um alles in Ruhe zu erleben. Außerdem möchte ich erwähnen, dass das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig ist. Es gibt sowohl lokale Spezialitäten als auch klassische chinesische und westliche Frühstücksgerichte, und der Geschmack ist wirklich gut. Die Vielfalt übertrifft die eines Fünf-Sterne-Hotels. Wir wohnten im Empfangszentrum der Pension. Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist, dass es in der Nähe kaum Restaurants gibt. Man muss entweder zum Snack-Stand am Talboden oder zu den Restaurants in der Mitte gehen, aber diese schließen sehr früh. Später entdeckten wir, dass es im alten Weihai-Gebäude des Empfangszentrums viele besondere Snacks und Spezialitäten gibt, die bis spät in die Nacht geöffnet sind. Der gebratene Reisnudelsalat Yangkou, die Wontonsuppe (die mit Ei) und die gedämpfte Suppe im Tontopf ganz hinten sind alle sehr lecker. Sehr empfehlenswert!

It’s not a full gym, but it has enough equipment for a quick workout. The business center and meeting rooms also looked professional and seemed perfect for business guests. Complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout my stay. 3. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a good mix of Western and Chinese dishes. From fresh fruit and pastries to local delicacies like dumplings, there was something for every taste. The breakfast area was clean, and the staff was attentive to refilling items and clearing tables. 4. Service: The staff at Hampton by Hilton Nanchang were friendly and helpful. Though not everyone was fluent in English, they made a genuine effort to assist with all requests. I felt welcomed throughout my stay, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. 5. Location: The hotel’s location in Honggutan District made it convenient for accessing both the business district and local attractions like Tengwang Pavilion and Nanchang’s Star of Ferris Wheel. Taxis and public transportation were easy to access from the hotel, making it convenient to explore the city. The Drawbacks: 1. Room Size: While the rooms were clean and comfortable, they weren’t particularly spacious, especially if you’re staying for a longer period or with family. It was fine for a solo traveler or a couple, but families might feel a bit cramped. 2. Limited Dining Options: While the breakfast was great, the hotel’s on-site dining options beyond breakfast were somewhat limited. There is a small restaurant, but for more varied meal options, you’ll need to explore nearby restaurants or order delivery. 3. Noise: Depending on your room’s location, you might hear some street noise, especially during busy times. It wasn’t overwhelming but could be noticeable for light sleepers. Who It’s Best For:

This hotel enjoys a superb location directly opposite the iconic Tongwanggu, making it extremely convenient to access nearby attractions. There are also many restaurants within easy reach, which added to the overall experience. The breakfast spread was a highlight—offering a wide variety of delicious local cuisine. 👍 The staff were consistently warm and attentive, even thoughtfully providing extra bottles of mineral water for our outings. A special mention goes to the staff member 周女士preparing the local ban fen. She was patient and attentive, taking the time to understand my preferences and offering helpful advice on the right balance of condiments for the noodles. The other local dishes were equally enjoyable. Overall, this Mercure hotel truly lived up to its reputation and offered excellent value for money.

We had the best time in this stay, the lady was so kind to us that we feel like we had no way to give back the attention and care she provide for us during our stay. The location of this house is perfect, providing amazing views of the city river and fields around. We had breakfast and lunch which the aunt cooked beautifully and was some of the best food we had in China so far! The room was very artsy, comfortable with nice linens and towels, good water temperature and pressure, and you could see there was a lot of attention to detail. We had a problem with our taxi driver not being able to receive our payment due to international card restrictions and the lady was so kind to help us without asking for anything in return, we will never forget. Also she spoke a little English which is very helpful!! We hope to come again and stay for longer. 💗🙏

Glückliches Hotel auf der Reise! Das Zimmer ist ganz komfortabel, die Lage ist super gut in der Nähe von Wanxi City, das Essen ist super bequem zu reisen, der Hotelpersonalservice ist warm und die nächste Reise schließt das Haus!

Sehr charmante Landschaft des Grundstücks, so dass wir genossen, viele Bilder dort zu nehmen. Leider war es schwere Regen in der Nacht, die wir geblieben und den Tag danach, so dass wir nicht nach Wuyuan Huanglin gehen wie geplant. Wir mögen das Essen dort sehr, die Kochen sind so nett und nett. Auch sie ließen uns auf die Wuyuan Bahnhof. Hoffnung, dass wir in einem sonnigen Tag zurückkehren.
