Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und auch die Schalldämmung ist sehr gut. Das Sofa steht direkt am Fenster und man kann Jiangning vor dem Fenster sehen. Da das Hotel das Zimmer bei Ihrer Ankunft noch nicht aufgeräumt hatte, haben wir Ihnen ein kostenloses Frühstück geschenkt. Insgesamt ist das Wohnerlebnis recht gut und die Transportmöglichkeiten sind auch sehr bequem. Nehmen Sie die U-Bahn von Nanjing South nach Hedingqiao für zwei Haltestellen. Sie können durch den unterirdischen Gang vom Ausgang 2A direkt zum Hotel gelangen, ohne dem ausgesetzt zu sein Sonne.

Dies ist das erste Mal in all den Jahren, dass ich auf Ctrip eine weniger gute Bewertung abgebe. Ich kann die Gefühle der Dame an der Rezeption, die mich eincheckte, nicht beschreiben. Sie klang wie eine Beamtin. Das Eltern-Kind-Zimmer hatte nur ein zusätzliches Schlafsofa. Es war etwas hart und unbequem. Die Badewanne bekam kein heißes Wasser, damit die beiden Kinder baden konnten. Wir mussten einen Wasserkocher ansetzen und Wasser nachgießen, während sie badeten. Ich checkte am Donnerstagnachmittag mit meinen drei Töchtern ein. Am Abend zuvor hatten wir nicht genug Zahnbürsten, also begnügten wir uns mit einer, weil es zu spät war und wir den Kellner nicht stören wollten. Am nächsten Tag bat ich die nette Kellnerin um eine Zahnbürste, aber das Erste, was sie mich fragte, war: „Haben Sie sich gestern Abend nicht die Zähne geputzt?“ Sie meinte: „Wo ist die Zahnbürste von gestern Abend?“ Ich lächelte und sagte, meine Tochter habe eine Einwegzahnbürste benutzt und sie weggeworfen. Ich wüsste nicht, wie ich sie für eine andere Verwendung aufbewahren sollte. Das Frühstück ähnelte einem Neun-Quadrat-Raster, was ok war. Allerdings war der Service der älteren Dame, die das Frühstück zubereitete, gut und die Klimaanlage funktionierte auch gut! Ich weiß nicht.

Floral hotel Nanjing review Hotel has unique character. Located in a private complex so it is quieter with no public car / scooter allowed to get in. Kids are happy playing and running outside the complex. Very clean, quiet and charming area. Location: fantastic location at laomendong old town (3 mins walk to the main old town - all the main actions), 10 mins walk to the city wall. We arrived at night and it was late (11pm) so it was a bit hard to find the accomm. 3 luggages and 2 kids made it hard-but I imagine using taxi outside the airport would make it easier and more convenience. The taxi will drop you off just outside the complex. It was 2 mins walk to the hotel. The hotel is easily found inside the complex. Check in process is super easy. To travel around, there are 2 metro stations you can use. We usually use the wumending stations - around 15-25 mins walk depending on the kids mood. However we never have problem commutting. The walk to the station is dotted with shops (food, snacks, convenience stores). Room: Clean, spacious and modern A family of four. We have plenty of space. Amenities are very modern. Plenty of storage space inside the toilet for your toileteries. Bed is massive (king size) and comfortable. We booked 2 beds to accommodate our family. Daily housekeeping and water bottles replacement. Communication: The owner will add you on wechat on check in day. All communication can be done via wechat. The translation app in wechat is a god sent. The staff has minimal english - but we dont have any problem communicating through wechat conversation. You can ask them for information etc through wechat. They will reply straight away. Services: Impeccable, above and beyond. The owner and all of the staffs are super helpful. Always keen to help. The owner took and showed us the restaurants around laomendong which are worth going - as there are plenty of restaurants around the areas. Because it is a boutique hotel, the service is very personalised. Breakfast: Set meal for breakfast every morning. Serve at 8am. It is not buffee with hundreds of selections but they give you healthy and nourishing breakfast. We stay there for 4 days and everyday is different menu. We absolutely enjoy our breakfast. Bits and pieces: There is a friendly and well behaved corgi dog inside the residence. My kids are generally scared of dog but they could not help themselves petting and playing with the dog. They missed the dog when we left Nanjing. I ve seen other hotels in major areas when we walked around. But the street is very busy and wont suit us. Also hotels in cbd areas - no character surrounding the cbd. It would be perfect for business people but I think this hotel is very suited for leisure and family. The hotel provide laundry service too. You just need to drop it off to front desk. They will wash, dry and fold them for you!!! My daughter vomitted on our second night. The sheets would be stained from the vomit but they did not charge us for the damage. The hotel can order you taxi if you dont have didi apps for taxi. My didi apps did not work as i did not set it up properly back home. You dont even need to pay the taxi driver either-they will sort it out and the hotel will charge you later. The price might be a bit higher than the surrounding hotels, however its definately worth every penny. In conclusion: Your accommodation choice can really impact your trip. Floral hotel has been amazing and I believe this hotel was an excellent choice for family / leisure trip. We really enjoy our Nanjing trip because of Floral Hotel. : Nach der Tourismussaison in Yangzhou fühlt sich die Menschen wirklich sehr wenig. Es gibt Gefühle, aus der High-Bahn-Station zu gehen, und die Landschaft ist sehr komfortabel. Die Hotelleiter sind offensichtlich sehr wenig, sehr komfortabel und nicht überfüllt. Der Hotelservice ist ein alter Fünf-Sterne-Karte, oder sehr professionell, ob es sich um eine Rezeption oder um einen Restaurantserver handelt. Das Frühstück ist immer noch viel, Yanzhou ist ein charakteristisches Frühstück, Nüsse und Bäckerei. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und es ist sehr komfortabel zu leben. Das Hotel-Robot ist die Lieblings-Kinder [Stark]

Ausgezeichneter Service, sehr freundliches Personal. Und sogar kostenlose sehr hochwertige Fuß Massage in einem kooperierenden massagesalon war inklusive.

Location is convenient as there is a mall, night food street and a nearby tram station. The front office is located on the 5th level; not on the ground floor. But there is an entrance on the ground level for hotel guests. The front office lady who did the room check-in for us is helpful. However, the rest are less than friendly. There is an in-room safe which is rare for hotels in this category. When we attempted to use it, we realized that it couldn’t be locked. Front office sent a maintenance staff who encountered the same problem. As a result, he replaced it and the issue was resolved. There was an eye-opener incident with the in-room safe which convinced us not to use it. We returned to our room on the second night (21st March 2026) and couldn’t open the safe door. After a few failed attempts, we contacted the front office which sent the same maintenance staff who replaced our safe the previous night. To our surprise, he opened the safe with his personal code. I would think a decoder or gadget of some sort would be required in order to open the safe. There was central air-conditioning which proved insufficiently cold. We had to open the window to cool down the room. Terry slippers were not the standard setup. Plastic slippers were provided. However, terry slippers were provided upon request. Plastic bags are not provided with the rubbish bins. Unhygienic! Only a box of tissues was provided. Most hotels provide 2. The refrigerator isn’t cold enough. Coffeemate was provided. It should be drip-coffee. The master switch was located next to the room door which was very inconvenient. In most hotels, it’s at the bedside! The shower cubicle floor and sink countertop have stains. Hair-conditioner was not provided. Instead, a conditioning shampoo was! There was only 1 wall hook. There should be at least 2. Water seeps through the shower cubicle door. This can cause injury should one slips. There were only 2 washers and 2 dryers. They looked like household type; unlike Atour which is commercial type thereby more powerful. In addition, you have to manually add the detergent as it doesn’t not dispense automatically. There’s pros and cons to this arrangement. The washing and drying was a nightmare! It takes 50 miniues to wash and 90 minutes to dry. The ‘standard’ is 30 minutes to wash and 35 minutes to dry. There was one time when it took 105 minutes to dry our pants! Timing is good; 6:30am to 10:15am (weekday) and 6:30am to 10”30am (weekend). Breakfast was delicious and had a good range of food. It came with bread and butter pudding! Food was constantly replenished. Staff service was excellent! They aim to please. So, 4 stars service is for the staff who served at the breakfast area/restaurant. On the whole, we get the impression that the hotel management is trying to cut operating cost except for breakfast.

I am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me. The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs. Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful. Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy. As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels. In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

Da wir uns kurzfristig entschieden hatten, mit den Großeltern und den Kindern nach Nanjing zu fahren, habe ich das Hotel heute etwas früher gebucht. Angesichts des bevorstehenden Feiertags am 1. Mai stiegen die Preise täglich. Das Hotel wurde als gut gelegen beworben, also buchten wir zwei Zimmer: ein Doppelzimmer und ein weiteres, das wir nach der Ankunft gegen Aufpreis zu einem Familienzimmer aufgewertet haben. Alles in allem war es recht gut. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und gab uns großartige Empfehlungen für authentische lokale Restaurants.

## Lage Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, direkt am Qinhuai-Fluss-Szenengebiet gelegen. Man muss nur die Tür hinaus, links abbiegen und schon ist man direkt gegenüber vom Eingang des Touristenviertels. Das Hotel wirkt von außen nicht riesig, aber die Einrichtung ist ansprechend. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, aber das Zimmer verfügt über ein ausklappbares Sofa, das sich zu einem Bett umfunktionieren lässt. Das ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern – ein großer Pluspunkt! ## Sauberkeit Die Zimmer waren sauber. ## Ausstattung Das Hotelfrühstück verdient ein großes Lob! Obwohl es kein Buffet war, sondern à la carte serviert wurde, war der Geschmack wirklich hervorragend. Ehrlich gesagt, war es besser als das Frühstück in den Hotels, in denen wir später übernachteten. Die Suppe der Yangchun-Nudeln war eine Rinderknochenbrühe, und auch das englische Frühstück war sehr lecker. Man konnte sogar Nachschlag bestellen – definitiv ein Highlight. Es gab jedoch auch einen negativen Punkt: Das Hotel verfügt über keinen Waschraum. Die Waschmaschine auf der Dachterrasse sah leider nicht sehr vertrauenerweckend aus, sodass wir unsere Wäsche im Zimmer von Hand waschen mussten. In diesem Punkt hinkt das Hotel im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Hotels in derselben Preisklasse etwas hinterher. ## Service Der Service war hervorragend, fast schon wie ein Butler-Service. Probleme mit dem WLAN oder dem Screen Mirroring im Zimmer wurden umgehend gelöst, und Dienstleistungen wie das Beziehen der Betten wurden auf Abruf prompt und gewissenhaft ausgeführt.
