Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und tolle Lage. Wenn ich wieder nach Hohhot komme, werde ich diesen Ort auf jeden Fall wieder nutzen.

As an american traveling through Inner Mongolia with my chinese partner and her mom, this was my first time staying in a traditional yurt and honestly it ended up being one of the most memorable parts of our trip and my first ever trip to China! The power went out on our first night because of an annual power inspection and it lasted longer than expected. After a long day of traveling i was definitely disappointed because i had been looking forward to taking a shower and relaxing for the night. Even though the outage was completely outside the hosts' control, they did everything they could to make us comfortable! They brought us lights, checked on us several times and kept us updated on the situation via WeChat. By the end of the trip, what stood out to me wasnt the outage itself, but how hard everyone there worked to take care of us. They went above and beyond to make up for the power outage inconvenience. They treated us to horseback riding, paid for lunch and paid for afternoon tea which we greatly appreciated. By the next day i wasnt even thinking about the outage anymore because we were having such a great time. Their kindness turned what could have been a frustrating start into a really great experience. It's easy to provide good service when everything goes according to plan but it's much harder when something goes wrong and in this situation, the hosts exceeded our expectations. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive. Whenever we were eating, they were always nearby in case we needed anything and they consistently made us feel taken care of throughout our stay. One of my favorite memories was feeding the young sheep! It seems like a simple activity but as someone who has never had any opportunity to experience life on the grasslands, it was an experience I'll always cherish. I loved being able to experience the beautiful scenery and slower pace of life out here. There is also a scenic spot just a couple miles down the road with a hill you can walk up for free if you are staying at the yurts as a guest. The view from the top is absolutely incredible with endless grasslands in every direction. While staying here and driving through the area, we saw hundreds if not thousands of horses, cows and sheep across the landscape which made the whole experience feel even more special!! Also, the fried beef meal was so good I had to order it twice. And the snacks with the afternoon tea were also yummy. They provide all the toiletries you need as well as several bottles of water daily. There is both air condition and heat which helped during this time of year as the room would get very hot during the day and cold at night. The way the yurts light up at night is beautiful. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for sharing this beautiful part of Inner Mongolia with us. I'm definitely not one to leave reviews but this stay was worth taking the time to write one. We left with great memories and i would gladly stay here again! highly recommended!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Die gemütliche Teehausdekoration macht uns in einem charmanten Rückzug fühlen, anstatt nur einen Ort zu bleiben. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und willkommen, so dass wir uns zu Hause fühlen. Kudos zu Hauspflege für die süße Note und extra Flasche Wasser - lieben Sie die Erinnerung, hydriert zu bleiben! Sehr empfohlen!

Die Existenz der Liebe in den Träumen, die Tonfüllung, die Zusammenführung von Haus und Landschaft ist natürlich, die Handgriffe sind alle großen Stücke, der intime Service ist voll, die Art der Mahlzeit ist komplett, sehr lecker. Der gesamte Gras ist unterbrochen, der Service ist sorgfältig und ordentlich, und die Touristen können die Bequemlichkeit des Urlaubs fortsetzen, auch wenn die Unfallwahrnehmung es sehr gut fühlt, dass sich der Unfall ereignet hat. Bicyclette, kleine Wandern, Wellen, Schneckenspiele, alle scheinbar normalen Einstellungen erfüllen die Unterhaltungsbedürfnisse der Kinder, die Erwachsenen den Ruhezustand erlauben, während die Kinder nicht fühlen sich schwach. Die Service-Sister ist sehr geduldig und der Bruder ist sehr glücklich zu spielen. Zu viele Bilder, das Abendessen hat eine Nacht- und Nachtsauce. Die Erfahrung von über fünf Sternen wird auch weiterhin das Feld der Dale auswählen

Wir blieben hier, um die unverhinderte Aussicht auf den Vulkan zu genießen und die Raum-Themen-Zimmer zu erleben. Besuchte während der niedrige Saison Ende März, wir hatten nicht erwartet, die einzigen Gäste zu sein, aber trotzdem erhielten wir eine außergewöhnliche Behandlung. Die Zimmer waren unstumpfig, geräumig und schön dekoriert. Das Frühstück war schön vorbereitet, und das Personal war freundlich, willkommen und sehr bequem. Die Nachtblicke waren absolut spektakulär und machten unsere Reise wirklich erinnerebar. Obwohl die Lage etwa 1.5 Stunden von der Stadt entfernt ist, waren wir froh, diesen Ort für seinen einzigartigen Charme und erstaunliche Landschaft zu wählen. Wir empfehlen es ganz und gar, die Reisenden in der Gegend zu besuchen. Zusätzlich gibt es einen großen Spa / heiße Frühling nur wenige Meter entfernt, um sich zu entspannen und den Aufenthalt extra besondere! Nochmals, würde sehr empfehlen.

Spent last night at the hotel for 2 rooms with my collegues. It was hard to choose good hotel through the online from the distance. I chose it with the best rank Erenhot and it did not disappoint 😊. Thanks for the clean rooms, good foods and hospitality service! Great experience! Absolutely choose this hotel next time!

We checked into the hotel fairly late, around 8–9 PM, and were pleasantly surprised when the receptionist informed us that we had been upgraded to a higher room category—something we truly appreciated. However, upon entering the room, we were immediately hit by a strong cigarette smell, which was disappointing given that this is a non-smoking room. We informed the front desk and requested a room change, but our request was flatly denied with the explanation that the hotel was fully booked. We couldn't help but feel that this particular room had likely been complained about by previous guests and, with no other options available due to our late arrival, it was passed off to us under the guise of an ”upgrade.” To their credit, the receptionist did offer to send a housekeeping staff member to address the issue. Shortly after, a lovely housekeeper named Zhang Li Jie arrived. She was incredibly kind and proactive—wiping down furniture and mopping the floors in an effort to remove the odour. While the cigarette smell still lingered slightly the next day, her efforts made a big difference. Speaking with her during the process was a highlight of our stay—her warmth and professionalism truly turned a negative experience into something more bearable. If not for her, our entire impression of the stay might have been ruined from the start. On a more positive note, breakfast was delicious, and overall, it was still a decent stay—though we did joke that our lungs took a bit of a hit sleeping in that room.

I am a young Englishman on a 20 day solo self-drive road trip across northern Heilongjian and Inner Mongolia. After my stay in Hulun Buir, I decided to drive down to Arxan for 2 nights exploring. I booked this stay based off of the other foreign guests' positive experience. I arrived in the town late in the evening. The boss was waiting for me and was attentive and welcoming from the start. The room is very spacious and comfortable, and the temperature was just right. Everything is provided and replaced when needed. After hiking in the national park, I came back to the boss and his extended family making CNY preparations. Then I was invited to drink Chinese tea (Dian Hong) at their tea table. I was then welcomed to eat with the family, drink beer and eat until I was full. I was welcomed not just as a guest of theirs, but as a family friend. In mid-winter, Aershan/Arxan is a quiet and cold place. I came as part of a long journey taking my rented 4x4 Tank 300 through the snow and ice on routes apart of the Hulun Buir Snow and Ice Festival. My journey was peaceful, solemn and isolated. The hospitality and warm welcome was exactly what I needed after my long drive alone and it is a memory I will take home to the UK with me. I highly recommend this guesthouse, especially if you are travelling solo across this wilderness. Thank you brother. I look forward to returning in the near future with my partner, and when my mandarin is better.

Die Lobby ist hell und geräumig, mit frisch gebrühtem Kaffee, aber der Orangensaft schmeckt nicht. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und zeigte uns einen übersichtlichen Plan der Zimmeraufteilung. Im Zimmer gab es Ohrstöpsel und einen Luftbefeuchter, und die Klimaanlage war regulierbar. Allerdings sieht man dem Zimmer sein Alter an, die Tapete in den Ecken war etwas wellig, der Fernseher konnte nicht spiegeln und es gab anscheinend keine smarten Geräte. Trotzdem war die allgemeine Atmosphäre gut und das Bett bequem. Das Zimmer war sehr quadratisch geschnitten! Die großen Spiegel im Badezimmer und der Ganzkörperspiegel waren gut. Es gab einen kleinen Kühlschrank, aber selbst auf stärkster Kühlstufe wurde es nicht wirklich kalt, so dass wir unsere Lebensmittel schließlich an der Rezeption zur Kühlung im Kühlschrank im Erdgeschoss abgeben mussten. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nicht weit entfernt. Nach dem Verlassen der U-Bahn muss man eine Ampel überqueren und ein kurzes Stück gehen. Direkt gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich der Generalspalast (Jiangjun Yamens), den wir am letzten Tag vor unserer Abreise besuchten, was sehr praktisch war. Das Frühstück hatte ein sehr angenehmes Ambiente! Bei gutem Wetter war es auch sauber, mit blauem Himmel und weißen Wolken. Das Drehrestaurant schmeckte gut, es gab heißen Milchtee und Lammeintopf. Ich empfehle die Wassermelone, sie war sehr frisch und süß! Die gedämpften Teigtaschen und gebratenen Nudeln waren auch in Ordnung, aber das schlechteste war der gebratene Reis, der nicht schmeckte. Die Shaomai hatten einen etwas zu starken Ingwer- und Frühlingszwiebelgeschmack und waren nicht so gut wie die von außerhalb. Es gab nur einen Nudelstand, ich würde vorschlagen, weitere frisch zubereitete Stände hinzuzufügen, das würde besser wirken. Ich war satt und hatte keine Beschwerden, die Zutaten waren in Ordnung, im Gegensatz zu einem Hotel in Shanghai, wo ich nach dem Essen Magenbeschwerden hatte, wahrscheinlich weil die Füllung der Teigtaschen nicht frisch war.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, in der Nähe des Jokhang-Tempels und des Barkhor-Platzes. Das Personal ist sehr herzlich und freundlich und Haustiere sind herzlich willkommen. Ich kann dieses Hotel besonders Tierbesitzern empfehlen.
