Ich weiß nicht, wie sehr ich den Mitarbeitern dieses Hotels für die besten Behandlung für meinen Geburtstag danken kann, vor allem durch die Erhöhung meines Zimmers mit einem Fensterblick und einem Bad-Dusch, vielen Dank, weil Sie mich gestellt gab mir einen Fensterblick, Ich sah Schnee fallen, im Geburtstag! Alles über das Hotel ist sehr lobenswert für mich: Lage (nahe der Central Street), Reinigung, Service und Einrichtungen! Ihre Dienste sind sogar über der Spitze, um mir Snacks für meinen Übernachtflug zu geben! Vielen Dank für die sehr schöne Erfahrung bei meinem ersten Besuch in Harbin! ^_^

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with great hospitality by all the staff. On my first day at the restaurant, I mentioned that I am Muslim and avoid pork. What impressed me the most was that on the following days, the staff remembered my preference and proactively recommended which dishes were suitable for me. That level of attentiveness made me feel truly welcomed and cared for. The location of the hotel is also very strategic, making it easy to get around and explore the area. I would especially like to thank Mr. Lin and all the reception staff for taking such good care of me and my family. They were always helpful, responsive, and ensured that all our needs were met. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Es ist sehr ruhig auf Sun Island und ganz in der Nähe der Ice and Snow World. Es gibt eine Seilbahn im Hotel und auf der anderen Seite des Flusses befindet sich der Stalin Park. Ein kurzer Spaziergang entfernt ist die Central Street. Es ist sehr praktisch und die Hotelumgebung ist gut Gut. Der Kundendienst an der Rezeption ist sehr gut. Das Kundendienstpersonal an der Rezeption, das am 20. Dezember zur Arbeit kam, war ein hübsches Mädchen und ein hübscher Junge. Der Service war sehr rücksichtsvoll. Wir gingen zum Eis und Schnee World, weil es zu nah war und es keinen Fahrer gab, der die Bestellung entgegennehmen konnte. Der hübsche Junge an der Rezeption half mir auch, andere Fahrer zu kontaktieren. Xiao Meine Tochter weinte, als sie zu Ice and Snow World ging. Als sie ins Hotel zurückkehrte, Das hübsche Mädchen an der Rezeption kam, um sie zu trösten. Sie umarmte meine Tochter und bedeckte ihre Hände und Füße, um sie ohne Einwände warm zu halten. Diese Szene löste in meiner Familie ein besonders tiefes Gefühl aus.

Wir haben uns mit unserem Kind nach Harbin gewagt, und die erste Station war das Xana Hotelle Harbin Central Street Sophia Church. Die Lage des Hotels ist super praktisch, es liegt mittig bis nördlich an der Central Street. Zum Zhaolin Park sind es nur 100 Meter über die Straße im Osten, und die Hauptstraße der Central Street ist nur 50 Meter westlich. Zur Sophienkathedrale sind es etwa 500-800 Meter zu Fuß. Die Hotellobby ist super gemütlich und bietet Stempel zum Sammeln und Nachmittagstee an. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir unsere Reise nicht geplant hatten und spontan unterwegs waren, fragten wir nach Besonderheiten in Harbin. Eine Mitarbeiterin schickte mir extra über WeChat Tipps für Essen, Trinken und Unterhaltung in der Hotelumgebung. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und hat alle Ernährungsbedürfnisse für eine Reise mit Kind abgedeckt, inklusive Fleisch, Eiern, Milch und Obst. Am Abreisetag haben wir spontan entschieden, Fotos mit unserem Kind bei der Sophienkathedrale zu machen, was die Check-out-Zeit verzögert hat. Das Personal hat uns kostenlos bis 14 Uhr verlängert. Alles in allem hat uns die erste Station in Harbin ein warmes Gefühl gegeben. Wenn Sie hier an der Central Street übernachten, ist das Xana die beste Wahl! Nach unserer Rückkehr nach Peking habe ich es schon vielen Freunden empfohlen. 😙😙😙

An Outstanding Stay with Exceptional, 5-Star Service! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Qunli. Arriving in Harbin at 4:00 PM and catching a noon flight out, we found the hotel's location incredibly convenient—only about 35 minutes to the airport and a similar or shorter commute into the main town. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. The lobby was peaceful and check-in was a breeze. The reception staff were wonderfully helpful, recommending great dinner spots and even proactively offering us an umbrella (for a small deposit) when the weather looked threatening. Our room and the corridor were remarkably spacious. The room layout was excellent, allowing us to fully open our massive luggage while still leaving plenty of comfortable living space. More importantly, the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. While the breakfast spread wasn't massive, everything was delicious and more than sufficient. What truly set it apart, however, was the outstanding service. I want to give a special compliment to waitresses 宫艳荣 and 宋丽梅, who kindly stepped in to help me juice carrots and heat up pastries when I was fumbling at the station. Chef 朱峰 was also fantastic, giving me custom options for my eggs while seamlessly juggling both the noodle and egg stations. I also had the pleasure of chatting with the restaurant manager, Michael Yu, who was incredibly friendly and shared fascinating insights about life in Harbin—the kind of local perspective you just can't find online, which truly enriched our holiday. I travel extensively and rarely experience this level of genuine hospitality, even in 5-star hotels. Kudos to the entire team! (Though I should note I went down for breakfast early, so it was pleasantly quiet). For leisure, we took a lovely 30-minute walk to the Qunli Waitan Ecology Wetland. It’s truly impressive how the government has preserved such beautiful greenery for residents and visitors to enjoy. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. It was a wonderful experience overall, and we will definitely be back!

Strategicocation, few second walk to Zhongyang Street. I book executive room 810 excellent, clean and all look new and has free welcome fruit for the day of my arrival, free flow of orange and Chinese tea at lobby 24hours. Reception helpful and guide me direction of whatever tourist spot I want to go, specially the man sitting near the exit door. Many yummy food stall outside of the hotel, highly recommend a beef noodle stall on the right of the hotel. If you take airport bus to hotel, you just need to take bus for line 3 RMB20 per pax, teh bus stop I. Front Ibis hotel, you jsut need to walk 2 mins will reach Wanda Holiday Hotel. If you want to go the subway station, just walk 4 mins can reach. Overall highly recommend this hotel. Definitely I will stay this hotel again for my next Harbin visit.

Hotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious. The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great.

Eine der besten Hotelerfahrungen, die ich je hatte der Service hier ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Wir haben einen Autoaufzug von der Yabulix-Bahnhofsstation geplant, und das Hotelteam wartete bereits, als wir ankamen (in -10°C Wetter!). Wang und der Fahrer (Ich vergaß plötzlich seinen Namen) halfen uns mit unserem Gepäck und stellten sicher, dass wir von Anfang an warm und komfortabel waren. Besondere Lob geht an Xiao Wang und den Fahrer, der auf jeden möglichen Weg oben und weiter ging. Sie empfahl Aktivitäten für uns (ATV-Reisen, Kamelreisen, Foto mit der weißen Frosch, etc.), und sowohl sie als auch der Fahrer führten uns persönlich zu den Standorten, warteten auf uns und schickten uns zurück zum Hotel. Sie führten uns sogar zum Sun Mountain zum Skifahren (auch geblieben, um uns zu helfen, einen Lehrer zu finden, bevor wir gehen) am nächsten Tag. Wang bot auch eine komplimentäre Halbtage-Verlängerung des Zimmers, so dass wir unsere Gepäck beim Skifahren lagern konnten, und sie buchte alle unsere Aktivitäten und Skikarten während der Fahrt. Alles war so fuss-free sie kümmerte sich um jeden Detail für uns. Das Hotelzimmer war sauber, komfortabel und angemessen in Größe. Als wir erwähnten, fühlen wir uns ein wenig kalt, schickte das Front Desk sofort einen Heizgerät in unser Zimmer und legte es sogar für uns auf. Wang überraschte uns wieder mit einigen erfreulichen Frühstücksgerichten. Obwohl das Frühstücksbuffet nicht Kaffee enthalten, als ich die Mitarbeiter fragte, sie genießen einen instant Kaffee ein weiteres kleines Geste, die ihre Aufmerksamkeit zeigte. Es gibt einen Komfortladen (im 10.00 Uhr geschlossen) an das Hotel, und ein anderer Shop neben der Tür, wo Sie Skikleider und Helme sehr bequem vermieten können. Am Ende unserer Reise schickte uns Xiao Wang und der Fahrer persönlich zurück zum Bahnhof. Das Gastgewerbe ist wirklich erstaunlich einige der besten Service, den ich jemals überall erlebt habe. Ich würde hier sicher noch einmal bleiben, wenn ich in Yabuli bin. Hoch, hoch empfohlen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Es ist sehr praktisch, dass das Personal überall hinkommt. Der Nachmittagstee ist auch sehr reichhaltig Die Lieferung aufs Zimmer ist auch sehr gut, wenn die Personalabteilung eincheckt, und es gibt einen kostenlosen Waschraum auf der hr5-Etage.

So, from the day that I booked, this, I was issued a concierge who contacted me through the application called WeChat. We communicated quite a bit he checked on me daily all the way up to the day of our trip and he actually took the bus to meet us at the gate. This gentleman took care of us the whole time we were there in the service was excellent. If I had to complain about something, it would be the language barrier.  Prepare yourself to spend some extra money because all the rides and everything inside of Snowtown cost additional money but your concierge that’s provided by the hotel can help you choose what activities you want to do.  So this hotel is located inside China Snowtown. The best way to get there from Harbin is to take the train to Yabuli and then hire a driver to the snowtown. From there you will have to buy a ticket to snowtown and get on a very short bus ride to the main area.
