"Die Zimmerausstattung ist komplett und der Aufenthalt ist gut. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des S-Bahnhofs. Obwohl es in der Nähe nicht viele Restaurants gibt, ist das Essen im Hotel nicht schlecht. Auch das Servicepersonal hatte eine sehr gute Einstellung und hat sogar kleine Geschenke verteilt. Einziger Verbesserungsbedarf besteht darin, dass der Personalbestand je nach Buchungslage entsprechend erhöht werden sollte, um das Problem langer Check-in-Warteschlangen zu Stoßzeiten zu entschärfen. Loben Sie den Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption dafür, dass er trotz der hektischen Situation eine gute Arbeitseinstellung bewahrt hat."

"Dies ist ein sehr neues Hotel, und der Aufenthalt war insgesamt hervorragend. Die Lage des Hotels ist unglaublich praktisch, ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Tongren, nur etwa drei Gehminuten vom Eingang entfernt, was das Reisen sehr einfach macht.
Das Hotel war sehr sauber und ordentlich, die Hygiene war ausgezeichnet. Auch die Ausstattung war neu, und die Zimmer waren mit modernen Geräten ausgestattet, was für einen sehr komfortablen Aufenthalt sorgte. Am meisten überraschte uns, dass wir für den Preis eines Zwei-Sterne-Hotels ein fast Fünf-Sterne-Erlebnis genossen haben – ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Ein besonderes Lob gilt der Mitarbeiterin Liu Xiangxiang; ihr Service war exzellent und sie war sehr hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns sogar in ein sauberes Zimmer ohne unangenehme Gerüche upgegradet, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Wir sind ihr sehr dankbar für ihre Hilfe.
Wenn ich wieder nach Tongren komme, werde ich definitiv wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten."

"Ursprünglich wollte ich nach Guiyang, aber die Hotelpreise dort waren unverschämt hoch, also bin ich kurzerhand nach Kaili umgestiegen. Nach einem Vergleich vieler Hotels auf Ctrip entschied ich mich für das Wanhuzhai, das ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bot und meine Erwartungen übertraf.
Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Südbahnhof Kaili. Bei Vorabreservierung bietet es einen Abhol- und Bringservice an, der nur 5 Minuten dauert – ein wirklich aufmerksamer Service! 👍 Gleich am ersten Abend kam ich pünktlich zu einem Lagerfeuer an, das richtig lebhaft war. Das Frühstück war auch gut. Ich habe leider vergessen, Fotos vom Zimmer zu machen, aber es war sehr sauber, und die Betten und die Ausstattung waren ausgezeichnet. Übrigens liegt das Hotel ganz in der Nähe der Altstadt von Xiasi, nur 10 Minuten mit dem Taxi entfernt. Der Eintritt ist frei, und dort finden aktuell einige Veranstaltungen statt (leider reise ich bald ab), daher lohnt sich ein Besuch. Ich war heute nach dem Frühstück dort und bin dann zurückgefahren, um meinen Hochgeschwindigkeitszug zu erreichen. Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall, ein viel besseres Erlebnis als Miaojiang Qianhuzhai!"

" Von den 8 Hotels, die wir bislang für diese Reise nach Guizhou verblieben haben, fanden wir dieses Hotel als die herausragendste in Bezug auf den Service, insbesondere die Mitarbeiter während des Frühstücks. Sie war sehr gut informiert, die Spezialitäten der Nahrung in Zunyi, die serviert wurde, einzuführen. Sie ging sogar in die Ausweitung der Einführung des Parks, der die bloße Kirschenblume hat.
Die Sorten der Lebensmittel, die während des Frühstücks serviert wurden, waren großartig. Das Frühstück im oberen Stock war auch großartig.
Das Zimmer war auch sehr komfortabel. Toiletten wie Körperwasch, Shampoo, Körperlotion, etc. waren alle mit natürlichen Pflanzenzutaten."

"1. Ausstattung
(1) Die Ausstattung ist recht gut und entspricht einem Vier-Sterne-Hotel. Die angebotenen Pflegeprodukte sind von guter Qualität.
(2) Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Kaufhaus und das Äußere des Gebäudes hat einen Hauch der 90er Jahre, sehr im Stil des „alten Geldes“. Als Kind habe ich mir immer vorgestellt, wie es drinnen aussieht. Obwohl ich in der Altstadt wohne, habe ich schon mehrfach hier übernachtet – es ist ein Gefühl der Nostalgie.
(3) Die Verkehrsanbindung ist bequem und das Drehrestaurant im obersten Stockwerk ist ausgezeichnet.
2. Service
(1) Die Rezeption und das Servicepersonal sind alle sehr freundlich und denken proaktiv an die Gäste. Besonders hervorzuheben ist Real, der Manager an der Rezeption, der mir eine Liste mit Empfehlungen für Restaurants in der Umgebung gab und mein Zimmer upgradete.
(2) Die größte Anerkennung ist, dass ich immer wieder hierherkomme und auch in Zukunft wiederkommen werde.
3. Anekdote
(1) Das Novotel war früher das Guiyang Baicheng Hotel (1997-2006). Es war der Drehort für den Kinderfilm „Hebt euer Lächeln“ (ein Film aus dem Jahr 2000), einen Tourismus- und Kulturfilm über Guiyang, den ich als Kind gesehen habe. Zufälligerweise war das Zimmer, das mir Manager Real an der Rezeption upgradete, genau das gleiche wie im Film. Ich war damals überglücklich und sagte Real, dass ich, sobald ich mit meiner Arbeit fertig bin, Film-Screenshots machen und in meine Bewertung einfügen würde, und dass ich die Bewertung auch sehr sorgfältig schreiben würde. Real war sogar ein wenig verlegen und sagte, dass es zu viel Mühe für mich wäre. Tatsächlich hatte ich bei früheren Aufenthalten versucht, diesen Zimmertyp zu finden, und unerwarteterweise wurde mein Wunsch durch Zufall erfüllt. Diese Bewertung muss ich von Herzen schreiben. Ich habe sie sofort geschrieben, nachdem ich von meiner Geschäftsreise aus einer anderen Provinz zurückkam, weil ich ständig daran gedacht habe.
(2) Ich habe Fotos und Videos aus verschiedenen Blickwinkeln des Hotels gemacht, von denen aus man die Daded-Grundschule und die Altstadt überblicken kann. Die 180°-Aussicht ist fantastisch."

GastnutzerWe arrived in Xijiang and were immediately met with such a kind surprise—they upgraded our room for my birthday, which truly set the tone for our entire stay. We were on the third floor with the most wonderful view, looking out over their little water feature and the village beyond. Our balcony, complete with a tea set and two chairs, quickly became one of our favorite spots. Sitting there, especially in the evening, felt magical—like we were nestled among the stars overlooking the town.
The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the viewing platform and easily accessible down into the main village. Arriving was also incredibly smooth. As first-time visitors to China, we were quite nervous navigating trains and logistics as English speakers, but the hotel staff stepped in early with clear, thoughtful guidance. From the very beginning, they were attentive, responsive, and genuinely kind.
When we arrived at the North Gate after taking the shuttle into the scenic area, a staff member met us and carried both of our bags up the hill and stairs to the accommodation. This was such a thoughtful gesture—especially because the terrain can be challenging. (For future travelers: if possible, avoid bringing heavy suitcases—but if you do, you’ll be very well taken care of here.)
Check-in was seamless, and our room was extremely comfortable with all the amenities we needed. They provided water, soft robes, and made communication very easy via WeChat. Breakfast was also a highlight—we opted for the Chinese breakfast, which was light, healthy, and a perfect way to start the day before exploring all the incredible street food in town.
We especially loved the communal living space—a cozy café-style area with a balcony overlooking the village. It was such a peaceful place to sit, have tea, and take in the views both during the day and under the night sky. They also had everything you could need: a coffee maker, dishes, mugs, and even fresh spring water, which was a lovely touch.
The warmth of the people here truly made the experience unforgettable. The housekeeping staff were so kind, and the younger staff members were incredibly helpful and attentive. It really felt like being welcomed into a home rather than just staying at a hotel. And the little cats around the property made it even more special.
On our departure day, we were running late for the last bus, and one of the younger staff members carried my very heavy bag down the hill and practically ran with it to make sure we made it on time. He stayed with us until we were safely on board. That level of care and service is something we will never forget.
We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you, thank you, thank you again to the family and the entire staff for your kindness and for taking such wonderful care of us. You made our short stay in Xijiang an absolute pleasure and a weekend we will remember forever.

Breakfast was also great with a good selection of asian and Western food choices.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The free airport shuttle bus is convenient.

Zum ersten Mal kam ich in Xiang, weil das Lesen einen guten Eindruck hinterließ. Zunächst ist die Service-Einstellung sehr gut, dann ist das Frühstück sehr lecker! Die Lage im Zimmer ist sehr gut und sieht die Landschaft von fast ganzen Xiang-Millions. Obwohl es zwei Tage regnet, hat es Gäste, die den Regen zu trinken und den Regen zu sehen, und es ist sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft für alle Mitarbeiter und die Betreuer, die den Gepäcktransportservice enthalten. Meine Tasche ist sehr schwer, es ist wirklich ein bisschen entschuldigend. Die Lage der Gastfreundschaft liegt in der Nähe der Wind- und Regenbrücke Nr. 4, und es ist sehr bequem zu essen und zu spielen. Das nächste Mal empfehlen wir Freunde hierher.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights after my 6D5N group tour in Guiyang. Excellent front desk staff, especially the front desk manager. Very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Hotel is very clean and odor-free. Good housekeeping too. Good location, about 10 minutes walk to the water fountain where the shopping centres are. 5 minutes walk to the food alley. Highly recommended. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Raghunath C G NairShengfeng Hotel was our first stop in Anshun City and marked the beginning of our 10-day journey through the truly amazing Guizhou Province. From check-in to check-out, our experience was consistently pleasant, and we stayed at the hotel for three comfortable nights. We are especially grateful to Xiao Wang at the front desk, whose engaging personality, accommodating attitude, and exemplary service quality made a genuine difference to our stay. His professionalism and warmth set the tone right from the start.
The hotel’s location was ideal for our needs. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, well-equipped with all essential amenities, and exceptionally good value for the very reasonable price. Despite being centrally located, the room was quiet and peaceful, allowing us to enjoy restful sleep every night. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of options that catered well to different tastes and provided a great start to each day.
This hotel is particularly well suited for overseas travellers, as its location offers a wonderful opportunity to explore the city and experience everyday life like a local. In addition to visiting the nearby Gufu Street night market, with its tempting array of culinary delights, we also explored the morning market close to the hotel. There, we interacted with street vendors who were friendly, welcoming, and happy to engage. We were genuinely touched by the warmth and openness of the people of Anshun. Speaking some Mandarin certainly helped us connect more meaningfully with the locals and enriched the experience even further.
This Hotel also served as an excellent base for visiting some truly incredible attractions, including the majestic Huangguoshu Waterfall, the historic Tunpu medieval army garrison, and the world-famous, record-breaking Huajiang Bridge. Each excursion was easily accessible and added to the overall convenience of staying here.
Will we stay at this hotel again on our next visit to Anshun? Absolutely, without hesitation. Our sincere thanks once again to Xiao Wang for making our stay so memorable.

GastnutzerDieses Hotel ist fantastisch. Das Zimmer ist modern und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Das Hotel bietet einen kostenlosen Gepäcktransport vom Flughafen Xiaojia an. Die beiden Herren, die uns dort empfangen, sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einer von ihnen heißt Xiaojia, leider haben wir vergessen, den anderen zu fragen. Das Frühstück war gut. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Gastfreundschaft.

Die Zimmer sind geräumig und hell, luxuriös eingerichtet, die Betten sind bequem und auch die bereitgestellten Toilettenartikel sind sehr gut. Das hoteleigene Restaurant bietet eine abwechslungsreiche Küche und das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und schmeckt erstklassig. Das Servicepersonal ist enthusiastisch, professionell und sorgfältig, sodass Sie sich wie zu Hause fühlen. Alles in allem ist dies ein Hotel mit tadelloser Lage, Ausstattung und Service, sehr zu empfehlen! Es liegt auch ganz in der Nähe von Xijiang. sehr gut

Kucinta SetiaGreentree Eastern Hotel is the largest airport hotel in Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, located at AC Park. It has four towers. Check-in is at the fourth tower. I thank the receptionist for reserving an aircraft-flying-view room at the third tower. Focal length of an aircraft taking off from Guiyang is 200mm to 400mm above.
I choose to stay at Greentree Eastern Hotel because the hotel does not charge room key deposit and it is the newest airport hotel opposite the Guiyang airport Terminal 3. I also want to test plane-spotting at this hotel. Besides, the nearest place to enjoy lunch and dinner is of less than one minute walk from the hotel, also at AC Park, and I get to enjoy extremely cheap Guizhou cuisine. I am very happy that I have selected the right airport hotel.
During my vacation at Greentree Eastern Hotel, two incidents happened.
Firstly, the receptionist told me that to print my boarding passes, I need to forward the online boarding passes via WeChat for the hotel to print the boarding pass. However, I explained to the receptionists that I have difficulties in using WeChat after registering an account. One of the receptionists helped me forward one boarding pass to his email address and from his email address to the hotel printer on Friday. I got the first online boarding pass in black and white.
On Saturday morning, I attempted the same but the other receptionst-on-duty refused to help me.
The other incident is at the hotel restaurant Bellagio (鹿港小镇). There is no restaurant staff to take the breakfast vouchers. Therefore, many guests have taken advantage of eating breakfast at the restaurant for free and before 7.30 am, many breakfast items were snapped up.
I hope that Greentree Eastern Hotel can provide better printing service and enforce the rule that a restaurant staff should be at the reception desk of the restaurant to collect the breakfast vouchers.
Other than the above, I will stay here again for plane-spotting purpose if necessary.

C.R.TunnA few days before my arrival, I requested contact by wechat through Trip.com which was more convenient and the inn responded quite quickly which was reassuring and I arranged pick-up from the train station. They came back with a printed image of my name on paper and asked to look out for it upon my arrival.
Pick-up was pretty smooth and got to the scenic site 15 minutes later. The driver led me to the scenic area's main entrance to buy a ticket to enter. I had to physically walk in through the public entrance for my ticket to be scanned and the driver drove in separately and we met inside the village. I hopped in the car and we drove up to where the ancient village was in a valley. A young man waited by the entrance of the village, took my luggage and I followed him down the path of cobble stones into the village.
The inn was very close to the village entrance through a narrow alleyway and then up some stone steps.
The inn was opened in 2021, so everything looked new and well kept.
I checked in and was shown to my room immediately well ahead of the check-in time of 14:00 which I was so grateful for.
The room and bathroom were adequate. Breakfast could be improved.
However, the inn provides afternoon tea between 14:00 and 16:00 which is eaten on the terrace on the top floor with magnificent views of the village below.
The staff at the inn are so lovely and helpful. They even recommended places to eat and also a local guide. I tried both and wasn't disappointed.
The inn also arranged drop-off at the station. Both pick-up and drop-off at the station were free of charge which was an added bonus.
I stayed here for one night and was quite happy. It was a perfect start to my high-speed rail odyssey across the southern part of China.
I highly recommend this inn due to the location of it inside the ancient village, the views from the terrace and the very helpful staff.
