The property is 40 minutes from the Georgetown airport (GGT); our Manager will meet you, at the Villa and help you settle in. The smaller pool which is a few yards away is operational again following maintenance.Exuma is a safe destination and February Point is a secure gated resort community. We have never had any problem with security, but guests have asked for a hotel safe to keep valuables so we have installed one. The property has a Ring video doorbell which is activated by motion detected over a small area outside of the front door. We also have a Blink device mounted on the outside roof truss pointing at the ocean towards Stocking Island. This is to remind us of the stunning view from the property but is deactivated when guests are in residence. The devices are operated in accordance with VRBO policy.
