Excellent hotel right next to the city's central square. Clean, minimalist room, a comfortable soft bed, and plenty of single-use toiletries. A small breakfast buffet. Friendly front desk staff. On the minor downside: sound carries quite well from the hallway, so falling asleep quickly proved difficult due to the loud voices and noise from other guests in the corridor. The hallway light also seeps in through the gap under the door — in a room like this it shines right into your eyes if you're facing the door; I ended up covering my face with the spare pillow. Overall, though, the impression is very positive. Very clean, lots of handy little extras in the shower, tea and coffee, and a couple of glass bottles of local water.

Amazing hotel definitely one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed in Armenia! The food was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Syuzi, who helped me organize a surprise for my girlfriend - truly appreciated! The hotel is worth every penny. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone visiting Gyumri!

Das Hotel wurde nach einer bequemen Lage und angemessenen Kosten ausgewählt. Es gab Hotels und billiger, aber alle beschlossen, hier zu stoppen. Hier haben wir überhaupt nicht bedauert! Das Hotel ist gemütlich für das Unmögliche, das Personal ist alle freundlich, polit. Die Zimmer sind ausgezeichnet, geräumig. Alles sauber, sauber! Ich empfehle allen dieses Hotel!
