Front desk is very nice, service staff is excellent too, Kai is a nice gentleman who help me getting the extend stay; Nhung is a very nice lady who help me fix the taxi issue. 剛剛看到有個朋友給了差評，和我入住的體驗一樣：1、提前到達不能辦理入住要等到下午2:00，如果要提前入住要➕400元。這是酒店規定，既然選擇了就遵守也沒啥問題。但是後面發生的事情就很離譜。2、想原房間續住，酒店前台告知可以在前台辦理（當時網上有房間），我以為就不用提早太多，等我到前台辦理續住的時候跟我説現場定房價漲200多，我沒同意。請攜程幫忙溝通，攜程客服很認真的幫我溝通很久，前台都説不行沒有房源了。沒辦法我換到另一家酒店，結果過了一兩個小時又出現我原來同價同房型的房源。真是套路滿滿。3、酒店早餐一般和酒店價格不太匹配。 好的地方也有，畢竟是新酒店硬件還可以。希望對中國客户真心服務少用手段。
