Our stay at Antara by COBNB was excellent. The apartment was beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully furnished, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the beautiful mountain view, which made every morning and evening especially enjoyable. The peaceful surroundings, combined with the convenient location and seamless check-in process, made for a truly pleasant experience. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Antara by COBNB to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and memorable getaway.

My husband suggested this place for our 33rd marriage anniversary and I'm thankful that we came for our 4 nights stay here! We stayed at the Deluxe King Room. Firstly the immediate response with an official/personal email from the GM Mr Tony Teh acknowledging our booking and asking if we needed anything - this is exceptional and personal which gives us such warm feelings even before we started our stay! We forgot to notify in advance about our anniversary, yet upon check in, Mr Hykal who attended to us assured us that he would check about the matter. And just happened Ms Lynn who is the Public Relations in charge was at the Front Office received what I shared and she purposely made a special effort in making the special arrangements upon seeing my email reply to their GM. We chose the Sky Cafe to have our anniversary dinner - The special decorations done in the room (as a surprise to my husband) and the special table set-up for our dinner with a special discount for our anniversary dinner. On top of it the Chef Mr Phyo personally blessed us with his special-bake chocolate cake! The GM personally came up to the Sky Cafe to meet with us, such warmth and kindness! Upon arrival as we were lazy to go out, we ordered room service and the nasi goreng was super yummy! The daily breakfast is amazing - food is delicious (had the chance to chat with the Chef Shahrul), with different spreads throughout our four days. All the staff in the Breakfast place are exceptionally friendly, polite, helpful and always with smiles! These are the personnel that I managed to get their names - At the Front Office, Mr Hykal and Mr Sharul were the first who attended to us with the rest who were very helpful to our enquiries as well: Sofy, Najwa & Syirah. A special shout-out to the Housekeeping team under the leadership of Mr Hafis - who did such a great job in making such special decorations in the room! The Sky Cafe Team who served us during our anniversary dinner - Mr Azrael, Ms Fazlin and Chef Mr Phyo. And the Restaurant great team inside the kitchen and outside the restaurant area under the Manager (I can't recall his name) who were very attentive! Ohh, the night views of Genting Hilltop from the Rooftop Pool area - superb! Mr Tony Teh, you have a great asset - your Team is amazing! Thank you for making our 33rd anniversary a memorable one, and we are already considering coming back again!

Great short stay, comfortable, easy and fast check in. Nice, decent pool overseeing Kuantan town. The EV charger was a great facility and we were able to charge our car overnight easily. Too bad the spa was no longer open, nor the sauna. We would have enjoyed that during our stay.

Die Lage ist recht abgelegen, daher ist das Hotel nur mit dem Auto zu empfehlen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und sprach Chinesisch. Ich war mit der Sauberkeit und Ausrichtung des Zimmers unzufrieden und bat um einen Zimmerwechsel. Dafür sollten 200 RMB extra berechnet werden, was aber immer noch besser war als gar kein Wechsel. Die Suite mit drei Schlafzimmern war im Allgemeinen schön. Im 51. Stock befinden sich ein westliches Restaurant und ein Swimmingpool. Das Steak war köstlich und die Live-Musik großartig, leider waren aber nicht viele Gäste da. Vom 51. Stock aus habe ich einen atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergang erlebt.

Das Essen und der Service waren ausgezeichnet. Sehr freundliches Personal, das immer hilfsbereit ist. Bereit, sich zu unterhalten und alles zu besprechen. Die Führung durch das Haus und die Informationen über die Geschichte der Gegend waren eine tolle Erfahrung

Toller Service und freundliches Personal. Wie viele andere Bewertungen unten erwähnen, sind sie jedoch sehr streng, was die Anzahl der Zimmerbelegungen angeht. Meine Schwägerin hat das auch gesagt. Daher könnte die nächste Vorstandssitzung des Resorts wahrscheinlich über die Aufhebung dieser Regeln nachdenken. Das Resort muss bedenken, dass der Tourismus in Malaysia in der Regel familienorientiert ist und daher familienfreundlichen Orten/Hotels/Resorts den Vorzug geben sollte. Die Gäste des Resorts sollten nicht verletzt werden. Nicht jeder hat das Privileg, ein Luxuszimmer für seine Familie zu buchen. Ich hoffe, das wird berücksichtigt. Andere Resorts/Hotels haben solche Regeln nur sehr selten. Aber insgesamt ist es in Ordnung, die Regeln aufzuheben. Ich würde dieses Hotel Verwandten und Freunden wärmstens empfehlen.

I arrived with a lot of excitement and high expectations, but unfortunately, the overall experience towards the end was not as good as I had hoped. For the accommodation, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and there seemed to be some drainage issues. There were also small insects, which I believe may have been related to the cleanliness of the drainage area. The swimming pool also did not seem very clean. When I entered the pool, I noticed some white, mucus-like substance floating on the surface, which was quite unpleasant. The service experience was also disappointing. One of the female Malay staff members at the customer service counter did not seem very friendly or patient. I simply asked one more time to clarify the parking procedure after check-out — whether we only needed to provide our car plate number at the counter — but her response came across as rather impatient. There was also an inconsistency regarding the gym rules. I wanted my parents to come in and have a look while I was working out, but they were not wearing sports shoes, so the staff told them they could not enter. I completely understand and respect this safety rule. However, I noticed that there were guests inside the gym exercising on the equipment while wearing slippers. I asked the staff about this, and I was told that slippers were not allowed and that they would contact the person in charge to handle it. However, I stayed in the gym for about 45 minutes, and the guest wearing slippers eventually finished their workout and left without anyone coming to address the issue. Later, another three people also entered the gym wearing slippers. I understand that rules are necessary for safety, but they should be applied consistently to all guests. Overall, I really wanted to enjoy my stay, but these experiences unfortunately affected my impression of the property. I hope the management can take this feedback seriously and improve the cleanliness, customer service, and consistency in enforcing the facilities’ rules.

The environment for the room is very nice and there is a nice view outside. And also they do have wine glasses in the room and me and my husband can have wine time during the jacuzzi. During morning time you can see the nice view and be able to see the temple. There is also a linked bridge to the outdoor theme park and enjoy our time there. There is also a gym room and indoor swimming pool downstairs. Next time I will bring my family to come and stay here again.

First time self check in. Overall the room is cleaned. New design. But got smelling at toilet and quite noisy from others room coz the talking so loudly.

Der Service war hervorragend. Binnen 30 Minuten nach dem Eingang ins Zimmer, Personal überprüfte, ob das Zimmer ok war. Außerdem brachten sie auch unsere Taschen ins Zimmer ohne uns zu fragen. Das Zimmer war auch super sauber, es gab keine Farben. Allerdings ist der Poolbereich ein wenig schmutzig, da die Treppen auf ihnen geformt haben. Buffet-Verteilung war ausgezeichnet, es gab viele verschiedene Optionen zu wählen. Insgesamt ein großer Aufenthalt, würde wieder kommen, wenn Sie Kuantan besuchen.
