The staff here are amazing—always smiling, friendly, and helpful. The facility is impressive, with everything being free except for the kids' club and access to the waterpark. If you book directly through the hotel’s website, they will include waterpark access for two guests. The hotel breakfast is fairly standard, nothing exceptional, but the kids' section never fails to impress me every day. My favorite breakfast experience was on the last day when I believe the head chef had just returned from Cuti Raya. Here are some tips for upcoming visitors: You have access to a private beach that is shared with the Westin, and there is a shuttle bus that takes you to the golf course, visiting both The Westin and Anantara along the way. I also recommend using the bikes to ride along the designated bike paths in the area. Lastly, enjoy your stay!

Insgesamt war alles gut. Aber was den Reinigungsservice betrifft, war es ein bisschen enttäuschend, weil wir im Haus schliefen, die Reinigungskräfte öffneten einfach das Haus und gingen hinein, um zu putzen. Wir waren schockiert. Zum Glück war mein Bruder da und bat sie, draußen zu warten. Wir waren schockiert, dass er die Tür öffnen konnte, nicht einmal anklopfen ✊, bevor er hineinging. Nur das, aber ansonsten finden wir alles gut. Ich habe diese Einrichtung auch meiner Freundin für ihren Familienurlaub empfohlen.

Dies ist unser zweiter Besuch als Familie bei Sand and Sandals. Das Resort ist schön und ruhig, mit einem friedlichen Strand. Die Restaurants sind ebenfalls ruhig und friedlich – sie bieten westliche, lokale, japanische und chinesische Küche. Es gibt auch ein kleines Café. Das Servicepersonal und die Rezeption sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist groß, mit einer großen Dusche und bequemen Betten, und Seife und Shampoo sind vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet des Hotels ist groß und bietet eine gute Auswahl an Speisen, und es wird ständig aufgefüllt. Insgesamt ein ausgezeichneter Ort, wenn Sie einen ruhigen Kurzurlaub verbringen möchten, um sich zu entspannen und ohne Menschenmassen zu faulenzen. Der Transfer zum und vom Fährterminal verlief ebenfalls reibungslos. Wir würden für einen erholsamen Ausflug wiederkommen.

We really love the hotel from the facilities, to the service and the food, everything is worth the money! As you enter the lobby, the kids can already play with the lego even if we haven't checked-in as we were waiting for the check-in time. The room is very spacious and the best part of it is there is a separate room, bed and tv for the adults and the kids, which is a plus point because we had so much space to sleep and of course there is PEACE (for the parents out there) hahaha! The kids also got excited with the treasure hunting, which they have to find the code for the lock of the box and they got lego sets as treasures. There is a variety of food during the breakfast buffet (2 adults & 2 kids included for free in the booking, which is really good as we don't need to pay extra). The food was delicious and our kids (surprisingly) love it! The service is excellent and we had no problem dealing with the staff from the check-in to check-out. We definitely recommend this hotel and we will surely go back!

Das Eckzimmer verfügt über eine eigene übergroße Terrasse und auch die Einrichtungen im Inneren des Hauses sind sehr neu und sauber. Die beiden Schwimmbäder sind jeden Tag sehr beliebt, wirken aber nicht zu überfüllt. Das Essen ist hauptsächlich malaysisch und mit allen Ländern kompatibel, vor allem beim Frühstück bin ich sehr zufrieden. Abgesehen davon, dass die Wellen in der Saison zu hoch sind und man nicht ans Meer gehen kann und die öffentlichen Fahrräder etwas abgenutzt sind, sind der Service und die Verpflegung rund um die Uhr sehr gut.

Spent 2 nights stay. Room cleanliness is satisfactory but got bad experience with the water heater particularly 1719. Nearly got burnt by the hot water as there was issue with the control, i.e. cold water was not fed to mix with the hot water. Eventually request for a room replacement.

We stayed in the Deluxe Twin with seaview on L6 (newly refurbished), the room was very spacious n quite clean. The furniture was brand new and the room had been recently repainted, resulting in a strong paint smell. The toilet flushing system was not working properly, as the water flow was weak n slow. However, the seaview during sunset was beautiful. The receptionist’s attitude during check-in was neither friendly nor professional. The breakfast was average and u might be disappointed if u have high expectations. Overall, our stay at this hotel was okay.

I recently stayed at the Renaissance Hotel in Johor Bahru and had an overall pleasant experience. The room was quite spacious, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. The hotel itself is located in an area with relatively light traffic, which is a nice bonus, although it is a bit farther from some of the more popular tourist spots. However, there's an Aeon shopping mall nearby, which provides convenience for shopping and dining. As for halal eateries, I wasn't able to find many in the immediate area, but there is Woodfire, a restaurant just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, which serves good food. The hotel service was also top-notch, with the staff being attentive and professional. While the location may not be ideal for those who want to be close to major attractions, the peaceful environment and the convenience of nearby amenities make it a solid choice. I would certainly not mind visiting again.

Nice resort, big rooms and toilet with deep soaking bathtub🛁we have sent a message to hotel about celebrating our anniversary there and our room was ready with balloons, message and cake to kick off the celebration upon check in🎈🎉next to a clean private beach. Evening Happy hours at beach bar on certain days! Nice swimming pools , gym , sauna and jacuzzi at change rooms. The in house restaurant by the kids pool has nice ambience and good food. Good breakfast choices too. Bicycles for 1st hour is free and nice tracks to go around the area. More food and live band option in the evening at Hard rock hotel across the street. The hotel provides shuttle service to Hard Rock Cafe and to nearby landmark buildings.

Check-in war reibungslos, Zimmer war angemessen alle Zimmer haben große Badezimmer, Waschmaschine+Dryer, große King-Size-Bett und genügend Einrichtungen für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Sehr sauber und gemütlich Zimmer. Was das Frühstück betrifft, so variierten viele Mittelmeer-Optionen im Vergleich zu asiatischen Nahrungsmitteln. Saft und Kaffee waren schön. Service sehr schnell!
