The customer service team was friendly, responsive, which made the entire experience even more pleasant. The unit itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and the space felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we stepped in. The bed was comfortable, and the overall environment was good, perfect for a short getaway. One of the biggest advantages of this location is its convenience. There are plenty of food and beverage options within walking distance, making it easy to find local food, cafes, and late-night supper spots. KSL Shopping Mall is also nearby, which is great for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Overall, this homestay offers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and strategically located place to stay.

The unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is bouncy and we slept well. The place also comes with useful amenities like a fridge, electric stove, oven, iron and hair dryer. However, there is no water dispenser or water filter provided. Basic utensils such as plates, spoons and bread knives are available, but there are no forks, bowls or other cooking tools, so you may need to bring your own or purchase separately if you plan to cook. The downside was the check-in experience. We were only given the access card without the bedroom key, and ended up stuck outside for almost an hour trying to figure out how to enter. The owner’s response was quite late, which made the situation frustrating. The TV in the room was also not functioning. On the positive side, the owner did allow a late check-out at 1pm. Overall, the stay was comfortable after settling in, but the initial access issue and late response affected the first impression.

My first stay at Sheraton Johor Hotel, and I’m honestly speechless! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, everything felt thoughtfully put together. It’s the little details that really make a difference. The concierge team was always warm, friendly, and ready to help. Every corner of the hotel smelled amazing,even the restrooms! Check-in was smooth, the room was beautiful, and every corner was picture-perfect. Breakfast was fantastic, with an impressive selection ranging from American to Asian cuisine. There were so many delicious options that I was truly spoiled for choice. The pool was absolutely amazing! I loved the day beds, and the swimming pool playground was a wonderful addition for families with young children. One thing worth mentioning is that there’s a mall connected to the hotel. Although it’s not a huge mall, it has a great mix of quality stores, and there’s even an entire level dedicated to spas if you’re looking to relax and pamper yourself. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I’ll definitely be back again in the near future. Highly recommended!

Insgesamt war alles gut. Aber was den Reinigungsservice betrifft, war es ein bisschen enttäuschend, weil wir im Haus schliefen, die Reinigungskräfte öffneten einfach das Haus und gingen hinein, um zu putzen. Wir waren schockiert. Zum Glück war mein Bruder da und bat sie, draußen zu warten. Wir waren schockiert, dass er die Tür öffnen konnte, nicht einmal anklopfen ✊, bevor er hineinging. Nur das, aber ansonsten finden wir alles gut. Ich habe diese Einrichtung auch meiner Freundin für ihren Familienurlaub empfohlen.

Das Eckzimmer verfügt über eine eigene übergroße Terrasse und auch die Einrichtungen im Inneren des Hauses sind sehr neu und sauber. Die beiden Schwimmbäder sind jeden Tag sehr beliebt, wirken aber nicht zu überfüllt. Das Essen ist hauptsächlich malaysisch und mit allen Ländern kompatibel, vor allem beim Frühstück bin ich sehr zufrieden. Abgesehen davon, dass die Wellen in der Saison zu hoch sind und man nicht ans Meer gehen kann und die öffentlichen Fahrräder etwas abgenutzt sind, sind der Service und die Verpflegung rund um die Uhr sehr gut.

(no lounge) - In-room dining is excellent, especially items like mushroom soup, satay, grilled chicken, and pasta. ### Room Allocation - Poor room allocation; assigned a suite far from the main area despite available rooms. ### Facilities - Main lobby is well-designed with a water dispenser for guests. - Room furniture is old, and toilet doors are in poor condition. - Curtains touch each other at night, causing disturbance. - Parking area (level B2) has a sewage smell. ### Conclusion - Not worth opting for suite rooms due to lack of exclusive benefits. In-room dining remains a highlight. staff are friendly and service is great. will still come back for the view and food.

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt! Die Ausstattung war großartig, und die Bequemlichkeit, das Wasserthema Park nur ein Stein wegzuwerfen, machte die Erfahrung noch besser. Eine der besten Perken des Aufenthalts in Hard Rock ist die Fähigkeit, den Themenpark wieder einzuführen und jederzeit in Ihr Zimmer zurückzukehren. Ich würde sicher wiederkommen und direkt über Hard Rock buchen, um den komplimentären Wasserthema Park Zugang und kostenlose Kinder’ Aktivitäten zu genießen.

Dies ist unser zweiter Besuch als Familie bei Sand and Sandals. Das Resort ist schön und ruhig, mit einem friedlichen Strand. Die Restaurants sind ebenfalls ruhig und friedlich – sie bieten westliche, lokale, japanische und chinesische Küche. Es gibt auch ein kleines Café. Das Servicepersonal und die Rezeption sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist groß, mit einer großen Dusche und bequemen Betten, und Seife und Shampoo sind vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet des Hotels ist groß und bietet eine gute Auswahl an Speisen, und es wird ständig aufgefüllt. Insgesamt ein ausgezeichneter Ort, wenn Sie einen ruhigen Kurzurlaub verbringen möchten, um sich zu entspannen und ohne Menschenmassen zu faulenzen. Der Transfer zum und vom Fährterminal verlief ebenfalls reibungslos. Wir würden für einen erholsamen Ausflug wiederkommen.
