Ich war schon in Dutzenden All-inclusive-Resorts in Cancún, aber keines ist mit dem Temptation vergleichbar. Wir sind Amerikaner asiatischer Herkunft Ende 20 und hatten eine fantastische Zeit. Atmosphäre: Ausgelassene Partystimmung mit attraktiven Mitarbeitern und einem Pool, an dem man optional oben ohne baden kann. Ein absolut unbeschwertes und entspanntes Ambiente für Paare, die einen Kurzurlaub verbringen möchten. Essen: Ich hatte gemischte Bewertungen über das Essen gelesen, aber ich muss sagen, ich war positiv überrascht von der Qualität und der Auswahl! Ich konnte jeden Tag viele leckere Gerichte probieren. Besonders gut haben mir der Steakburger, der Oktopus, der Garnelencocktail, das Sushi und vieles mehr geschmeckt. Getränke: Auch hier war ich positiv überrascht von der riesigen Auswahl und den hochwertigen Getränken wie Don Julio, Black Label und anderen. Service: Exzellenter Service, wie man ihn von einem All-inclusive-Hotel erwartet. Ein großes Lob an Polo an der ruhigen Poolbar. Alle anderen waren ebenfalls freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unterhaltung: Unbedingt das Restaurant SHE besuchen! Genießen Sie ein 5-Sterne-Menü, während Sie talentierte Tänzerinnen und Tänzer auf der Bühne und an der Stange bewundern. Was für ein Erlebnis! Jeden späten Nachmittag gibt es eine Show am Pool – urkomisch, aber auch ziemlich freizügig. Das Publikum war begeistert und total aus dem Häuschen. Tipps und Hinweise: - Es ist ein Ort mit einem Hauch von Erotik. Sinnliche und sexuelle Themen, Gerüche und die Atmosphäre sind allgegenwärtig. Es gibt attraktive Paare jeden Alters, von denen viele offen für gemeinsame, aufregende Erlebnisse sind. Natürlich liegt alles in Ihrer Hand und alle verhalten sich respektvoll. Aber im privaten Rahmen ist alles erlaubt. - Geben Sie Trinkgeld. Das freut die Mitarbeiter und verbessert auch Ihren eigenen Service! - In den Balkonzimmern des Bash Towers können Sie Paare bei einer kleinen Show beobachten. Wir wollten etwas Verrücktes sehen, haben dieses Zimmer gebucht und wurden tatsächlich nicht enttäuscht! - Die Zimmer im Bash Tower bieten Zugang zum Pool und den Whirlpools auf dem Dach. Ideal für ein Mittagessen oder um dem Trubel am Pool zu entfliehen. Der Nachtclub -bash ist immer der Hammer. Es ist ein Open-Air-Club im Vegas-Stil mit einer riesigen Bar, LED-Bühne und fantastischen Shows von talentierten Tänzern. Unbedingt hingehen! 2 bis 5 Nächte reichen hier völlig aus, sonst hat man vielleicht genug vom Feiern. Am Anfang wird einem Timesharing-Modell angeboten. Wir haben darauf verzichtet, aber das ist natürlich jedem selbst überlassen. Man bekommt ein paar Gratisleistungen und geht keine Verpflichtung ein – es kommt also ganz auf die Zeit an. Obwohl es recht viele jüngere Leute gibt, liegt das Durchschnittsalter definitiv bei über 40. Ich wünschte, es gäbe mehr Asiaten im Resort, da es überwiegend von Weißen und Hispanics besucht wird. Sie sollten die Preise auf trip.com verbessern, um mehr asiatische Gäste anzulocken. Das ist mein einziger Vorschlag!

Standout was the unique rooms which are extremely private, spacious and beautifully designed along the lagoon. Personally I didn’t quite understand the ‘Butler’ concept and found some of the comms style a bit frustrating. The other standout was the ‘Day of the dead’ celebrations. The property was decorated beautifully and very well organised. The opportunity to also participate was great as we felt emerged in the festivities. It would have been nice if the dinner package also included the face painting. More broadly the property is set within mayakoba so you can explore the grounds including the other hotels and it was fun to explore on the bikes. The only other thing to be aware off is also this is the more premium / exclusive hotel in mayakoba it’s still geared towards families or at least there where quite a few kids around. Finally don’t have high expectations of the beach it’s tiny and there isn’t much space. If you want high end luxury visit Maroma.

Obwohl das Hotel schon länger geöffnet ist und die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind, war der Service hervorragend. Alle unsere Wünsche wurden ohne Zögern erfüllt. Wir durften sogar nach dem Auschecken noch etwas länger bleiben. Unser Lagunenzimmer lag zur Straße hin, und vermutlich aufgrund älterer Baustandards war die Schalldämmung mangelhaft, sodass es nachts recht laut war. Ich hatte zunächst überlegt, meine Bewertung zu senken, aber aufgrund des tadellosen Services vergebe ich trotzdem volle 5 Sterne. Zusammen mit dem traumhaften Strand 🏖️ ist es definitiv empfehlenswert. Beim nächsten Mal buche ich auf jeden Fall ein Zimmer mit Meerblick.

Unser Aufenthalt war schön, ich werde das nicht ablehnen. Aber es war nicht ohne ein paar Absenkungen. Ich bin eine Frau, die alles über einen Pool ist und war so aufgeregt, in dem absolut wunderschönen Pool ich sah in allen Fotos online. Ich besuchte die Woche vom 1. bis 7. Januar und das Wetter war jeden Tag ziemlich warm, um 75 Grad. Allerdings war der Pool absolut FREIER bis zum Punkt, wo ich in ihm schüttete. Es war nicht angenehm und mit diesem Hotel war es nicht sehr viel andere Unterhaltungsformen während des Tages außer für den Pool und den Strand (das Wasser war warm am Strand). Es war so enttäuschend. Ich rief das Front Desk zu fragen, ob etwas getan werden könnte, aber sie sagten, es war kein Poolheizer/Temperaturregler. Wir bezahlten für diese Reise rund 4 Große insgesamt und zu sein völlig ehrlich waren nur einmal in der Lage, den Pool zu genießen. Meine nächste Beschwerde kommt zum Strand. Wir gingen zum Strand, der einen schönen Bus erhält. Es gab einen Tag, an dem jeder Stuhl voll war und zwei der Hotel-Cabanas wurden von zufälligen Straßenverkäufern übernommen - nehmen zwei Spots für die Gäste von den 100 % beigepackte Strandfläche. Diese Jungs waren NICHT Teil des Hotels und sind die Verkäufer, die umher gehen, um Zigaretten zu verkaufen, etc. Ich sah die Mitarbeiter durch sie mehrere Male und sagte nichts, während GEGENSTÄNDE NACH dem Strand keine Lounge hatten. Das war sehr enttäuschend, da diese Jungs lachen laut, schauen auf die Gäste, und nicht bewegen, als die Leute gingen durch die Suche nach Stühlen. Neben dem, dass ich zugeben, dass das Essen groß war, das Personal war super schön, die Hotelgrundlagen waren IMPECCABLE, Die Zimmer waren schön, alles andere war ziemlich wunderschön. Aber aus den genannten Gründen werde ich nicht wieder auf all das inklusive bleiben, obwohl Sie noch die meisten davon machen können und eine wunderschöne Erfahrung im Allgemeinen haben. Ich empfehle einen Aufenthalt, wenn Sie nicht aus dem Hauptgrund des Spazierganges und des Strandes gehen.

Overall, I would rate this 5/10. The resort has beautiful surroundings with lots of greenery—I'd give the environment 9/10. The pool was nice, although it extremely shallow. So you can’t swim. You just stand. There are plenty of amenities, and on paper it's an all-inclusive resort, but that doesn't mean much if the food is disappointing. The room was spacious and clean. When we first entered, it had a very strong chlorine smell, but apart from that, it was well maintained. The biggest letdown was the food. The “Italian” restaurant is a 3/10. The pizza was at best disappointing, the rest of the dishes were just average. The only ice cream shop is at best 4/10—completely bland. The pizza place had a waiting time of 30min. So I couldn’t try it. There was a moment were all places were closed. So I couldn’t have an early lunch or late breakfast. So I got some fruit (ok) and some extremely unfresh and dry burger from a bar, which I couldn’t finish. The lunch buffet was also 3/10, honestly some of the worst food I've had ever. On the other hand, breakfast was excellent (9/10) with a great variety of options. The drinks were another disappointment. They were extremely weak. Normally, one or two cocktails are enough for me, but here I needed four or five to feel anything, which made them seem heavily diluted. The staff were excellent throughout the stay—friendly, professional, and helpful. One thing that surprised me was the activities. Before going to the beach, I asked about one excursion and was told it cost $80 per person. So it seems that not every activity is included in an all-inclusive package… but charging $80 per person for a boat trip to go swimming felt excessive. For €240 per night, I expected much better food and better overall value. The beautiful grounds and good staff weren't enough to make up for the disappointing dining experience.

Es war eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Besonders der Zimmerservice für das Essen am Abend war großartig. Beachvolleyball zu spielen hat ziemlich viel Spaß gemacht. Die kaputte Tür war schrecklich und der Service im italienischen Restaurant war nicht gut, aber ansonsten ist alles in allem überdurchschnittlich.

Es war gut, weil das Hotel groß war und es gab viele Restaurants und verschiedene Aktivitäten! Aber Sie wissen, die Lage ist ziemlich weit von der Hotelzone entfernt, so, wenn Sie die Aktivität genießen wollen, müssen Sie betrachten, dass es viel Transport kostet! (Es dauert mehr als 30 Minuten mit dem Auto) und es gibt alle Arten von Lebensmittelkäfigen in der Wildnis, und es gibt zu viele Lebensmittelwagen, so .... Es gibt zu viele Fliegen beim Essen im Outdoor Restaurant, so .... Nahezu die Erfahrung von Fliegen begraben in Lebensmitteln habe ich gemacht ... Bitte essen Sie in der Innenseite ... Außerdem dauerte es viel länger als die Zeit, die bei der Eincheckung versprochen wurde. Ich habe ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett gebucht, aber das Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett dauert länger, um zu bereiten, so habe ich um Vergebung gebeten, so zuerst sagte ich, ich wusste es mit einem guten Herzen, aber als Ergebnis wartete ich fast zwei Stunden. Als ich mich beschwert habe, sagten alle Agenten-Sites, einschließlich Trip.com, dass die Wahl eines Zimmertyps nur eine 'Anfrage' und nicht eine bestätigte Option war? Ich sagte, ich habe definitiv ein Doppelbett auf Trip.com gewählt. Es war ein bisschen absurd, so zu sprechen. Ich hoffe, dieser Teil wird eine klare Vereinbarung zwischen Trip.com und dem Hotel sein. (da unnötige Verwirrung)

My sister and I had the best time here at Le Blanc! I first found this hotel on Xiaohongshu/The Little Red Book and there were some mixed reviews, some said the hotel it self was a little outdated but overall still a beautiful hotel. I'm so glad I took a chance with this hotel because our stay was magical and we are definitely coming back in the future! Cons: Hotel is a little old, and rooms are not super clean but for this price, it's above expectations! Pros: 1. The staff is amazing! Everyone we meet has been super nice and warm to us. Especially our butlers Luis and Rodrigo, they were super attentive and went above and beyond with their service. All the staff were super nice and this is one of the reason I love this hotel. 2. The pools, bars, private beach are amazing for photos and relaxing; when we went, there were not many people so I loved the relaxed vibe. 3. The free events they hold changes everyday and are all worth going to!!! Our favorite was the fire show! Definitely attend as many events as possible, cause they are so worth it. 4. Our package also included free hydrotherapy and we literally went to this everyday when we had free time. It is a must try, so relaxing! We also had 500 hotel credit thanks to booking thru trip.com and we used all of that towards massages and they were amazing as well. 5. We chose the all inclusive option (drinks included) and tried all the restaurants. Overall the food is pretty good, and our favorite was Yama. The order of our preference: Yama, Bella, Le Blanc, Torraza, room service and Lumiere. Conclusion: Recommend!!!! We are definitely coming back!

I honestly don’t understand how this hotel calls itself a 5-star property. My whole experience here was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. Service is absolutely terrible. Nobody helps you with anything, reception doesn’t care, and every time you call the front desk or concierge, nobody answers the phone. Zero hospitality. Food was honestly disgusting. Nothing fresh, no flavor, very low quality. Drinks taste like water — literally no alcohol. Even the cups and glasses in restaurants were dirty. It feels completely unacceptable for a resort that is supposed to be luxury. We also had a very unpleasant situation with the membership “presentation” scam. They invited us to a “lunch to learn about the brand,” but in reality, it turned into a pushy timeshare-style sales pitch. None of this was explained honestly beforehand. When we complained, the front desk staff was rude and dismissive, as if this is normal. On top of that, I forgot my dress in the room. They admitted they found it, but for two days they ignored me, didn’t contact me back, and didn’t send it. I kept calling and messaging, and still no response. This shows how bad the communication and customer care truly is. After during checkout they asked us to sign the paper that we have no problem with the hotel and requested we write a good review about them. Ridiculous. Overall, this hotel is not worth the money, not even close to 5-star standards, and definitely not the luxury experience they advertise. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, honest, and professionally managed resort.

We had an amazing stay at Altitude at Krystal Grand. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Our room was beautiful, very spacious, and extremely clean. The ocean-view balcony was one of our favorite features, we spent so much time relaxing there, enjoying the incredible views and peaceful atmosphere. The location of the resort is truly one of its biggest highlights. It sits on one of the best stretches of beach in Cancun, with crystal-blue water and calm waves that made the beach experience unforgettable. The beach service was also a huge plus and something we appreciated, especially compared to other Cancun resorts we have stayed at. The restaurant options were great, and we had no issues making reservations during our stay. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and beautiful surroundings made for a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation. There are a few areas where the resort could improve. The pools and many of the bars close a little too early, and extending those hours would make the experience even better. The buffet could also use more variety and improved dessert options. Adding something like a self-serve ice cream station would be a great addition and is something many other resorts offer. Aside from those small improvements, our experience was amazing. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return to Alttude at Krystal Grand for another Cancun vacation.
