Die heißen Quellen sind sehr gut und es gibt private Räume zum Essen, Abendessen und Frühstück befinden sich ebenfalls im selben Raum, was sehr kostengünstig ist.

Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr, da die gesamte Erfahrung sehr kalt und entspannt ist. Die Gebäude und Gärten geben starken Urlaubsvibe. Das Personal ist nett und freundlich mit guten Englisch sprechen im Allgemeinen. Zimmergröße und Zustand sind zu perfekt.  

I stayed at this hotel with my wife and two children during a two-night trip to Karuizawa in early February. The hotel is around 100 years old and its claim to fame is that John Lennon has stayed there. The piano that he played on is still in the bar. Location: The hotel is near Old Ginza Street and around a 15-minutes drive from Karuizawa station. It was not difficult to find, but you must navigate a narrow approach to the hotel which is icy at this time of the year, so you must drive carefully. Cleaniness: The staff told me that the hotel was only recently and everything was very clean and in good condition. Service: The receptionist that conducted the check-in was probably the Japanese that spoke the best English that I had encountered on this trip. He spent a lot of time explaining the hotel to our family. The porter was also very helpful and polite. When we asked for extra toothbrushes and slippers for the children, housekeeping was very prompt in delivering them and even brought some children's robes for my sons. Facilities: The hotel did not have many facilities. There is a small shop, a bar and a french restaurant but not much else. Some rooms had private hot springs in them and they gave us the opportunity to upgrade. Our room, had a small balcony even though we were on the ground floor. It looked onto a wooded area so there was not much to see, especially at night. However, when it snowed the next morning, my kids loved going out and playing in the snow. I was particularly impressed by the breakfast. It was a simple American breakfast very well presented. It was very pleasurable to look out into the inner courtyard with it was snowing. Overall: I like this hotel as it has a lot of character. It is architecturally attractive and has kept a lot of its charm despite renovation. The staff are very professional and polite. I would stay in this hotel again.

Hotel La Vigne Hakuba was a wonderful place to stay. The hotel has a beautiful minimalist design and feels clean, cozy, and very welcoming. Both the lobby and rooms were pleasantly scented, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The concierge team was extremely helpful and the overall service throughout the stay was excellent. The room was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully designed with a very functional layout. The bedding was also very comfortable. The hotel also provides excellent facilities for skiers, including a dedicated storage and locker room for ski equipment, as well as a separate shower room where guests can freshen up and change after skiing on the day of check-out. Overall, a fantastic stay at Hotel La Vigne Hakuba — highly recommended.

Amazing experience as always with the Fufu brand. We stayed at the Hakone one previously and thought it was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. Our trip to Karuizawa this time was driven by our intent to try Fufu Kyukaruizawa, and it did not disappoint one bit. From the zen interior to the most attentive and friendly staff to the never-ending dining experiences (yes, even for breakfast it was a multi course menu), we were utterly blown away by our two-night stay. The fireplace in the lobby and in our room was such a pleasant touch even though we stayed during May, our teppanyaki chef personally seeing us out to the lift and bowing until we were out of sight shows how they go above and beyond, and we really appreciated how at each interaction the staff knew and clarified our coming arrangements, ensuring our entire stay was a seamless experience. Fufu remains our favourite Japanese hotel brand. Just wish they had a loyalty program as we are looking to check off all the Fufu hotels in our lifetime.

Es war eine tolle Erfahrung in diesem Hotel zu bleiben! Sehr schöner Blick und das Personal sind sehr freundlich und bereit, viele Fragen zu beantworten. Outdoor ist sehr groß, dass wir Fahrräder mit Kindern nehmen können. Auch gibt es Kinder im Freien Spielplatz, die dort den ganzen Tag verbringen können. 

Room is good but service can be improved. First of all I’m gold member but the hotel didn’t allow me to early check in when I arrived at hotel at noon time. Secondly, they charge extra for basic amenities like shower cap. Last but not least, a brand new non-opened cup noodle of mine was missing after room cleaning…

Excellent service and helpful staff, especially appreciate the pick up car services from station to hotel. Spacious room and comfortable beds. The only thing is the central heater that a bit too warm but you can open the window to regulate the temperature.

Das Hotel ist 15 Autominuten vom Bahnhof Karuizawa entfernt. Ein Shuttlebus steht zur Verfügung. Sie finden den Abholbereich des Hotels, wenn Sie den Aufzug am Südausgang des Bahnhofs Karuizawa verlassen. Halten Sie Ausschau danach; wenn nicht, müssen Sie ein Taxi nehmen. Ich kam um 14:00 Uhr an und checkte früh ein. Dies ist ein großes Resort im Schlossstil. Mein Zimmer hatte einen kleinen Balkon und blühende Blumen im Innenhof. Obwohl die Aussicht auf den Berg Asama nicht ganz so gut war, war es trotzdem schön. Im Vergleich zu Wendian und Wanping ist das Management am Boden. Früher war es ein tolles Resort, aber jetzt, aufgrund seiner Größe und des geringen Managements, läuft es mittelmäßig, und es fühlt sich an, als würde es kaum überleben. Als ich in meinem Zimmer saß, sah ich überall Staub. Die Sauberkeit des Hotels war nur passabel, weit entfernt vom japanischen Stil. Es ging nicht darum, die Zimmer zu wechseln. Das Zimmer war veraltet, und die Paneelmöbel sahen alt und billig aus. Bei näherer Betrachtung sammelte sich überall Staub. Ich habe eine halbe Stunde damit verbracht, Staub zu wischen, bevor ich mich überhaupt hinsetzen konnte. Das Hotel ist wunderschön und hat drei Kapellen. Die Gartenanlage ist gut gepflegt und die Rosen sind wunderschön gehegt und gepflegt. Es ist zwar gerade Nebensaison, aber ein Spaziergang durch die Anlage mit Vogelgezwitscher und duftenden Blumen ist sehr angenehm. Das Hotel hat zwei Thermalquellenbereiche. Für die öffentliche Thermalquelle gibt es einen Gutschein für ein Getränk im angrenzenden Restaurant. Beide sind ausgezeichnet und ein Bad wert. Das Abendessen im westlichen Stil ist für den Preis ausgezeichnet, aber das Frühstücksbuffet ist nur durchschnittlich. Wenn Sie keine Mahlzeit buchen, können Sie neben der öffentlichen Thermalquelle zu Abend essen und Soba-Nudeln essen. Es gibt auch ein Café, aber kein Frühstück und keinen Supermarkt. In der Zimmerausstattung steht, dass es einen Safe im Schrank gibt, aber dieser lässt sich nicht öffnen. Die Vorhänge lassen viel Licht herein, sodass ich früh aufgewacht bin. Die Teebar in der Nähe der heißen Quelle im zweiten Stock und der großen Aussichtsterrasse ist schlecht bestückt, insbesondere die Kaffeemaschine, die überall spritzte und einen milchlosen Cappuccino produzierte, der ungenießbar war. Check-out um 11:00 Uhr, um 11:10 Uhr fährt ein Shuttle zum Bahnhof. Schade. Die Umgebung ist so schön, viel besser als Indigo, aber sie wird schlecht geführt. Diese Situation wird sich bis zur Schließung nur noch verschlimmern.

Unsere Familie hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Karuizawa Forest Seasons Villa. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, außergewöhnlich sauber und gut ausgestattet mit allen Bedürfnissen, so dass es sich wie ein wahres Haus weg von zu Hause fühlt. Die gedankevolle Einrichtung des BBQ-Felds durch den Besitzer war ein Highlight unseres Aufenthalts, und wir genossen ein gemütliches und erinnerebares Abendgrill unter den Sternen. Die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details und die ruhige Lage machten dies eine ideale Gehäuse. Wir empfehlen diese Villa sehr jedem, der einen komfortablen und entspannten Aufenthalt in Karuizawa sucht.
