I always choose Nagoya Tokyu Hotel whenever I stay in Nagoya. The location is excellent, with convenient access to Sakae and the surrounding areas. It is a practical choice not only for short stays but also for business trips. This time, I stayed in a single room, as I have on previous occasions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It was quiet, the bed had just the right firmness, and I was always able to get a good night's sleep. The amenities provided were complete, and I had everything I needed during my stay. I also truly appreciate that my requests are always properly understood and accommodated. However, there is one area that I hope could be improved: the front desk service. On several occasions, especially with some younger female staff members, I felt that the response could have been warmer. For example, when asking a question or making a request, there were times when the staff continued working on the computer or their task while responding, even when checking the computer did not seem necessary. This gave me the impression that the staff member was not fully engaged with the guest. The front desk is the place where guests form their first impression of a hotel. Even a brief moment of stopping the task at hand and facing the guest directly would make the service feel much more welcoming and professional. Overall, I greatly appreciate the hotel’s excellent location, comfortable rooms, and the fact that my requests are consistently handled well. If the front desk experience could be improved further, this would become an even more satisfying hotel that I would be happy to continue choosing for my stays in Nagoya.

Ich wähle dieses Hotel, weil ich einen guten Schlaf vor langer Durchreise am nächsten Tag will, und das ist genau das, was ich will. Gute Schlafzimmer, Zimmer sauber, Bett ist komfortabel und haben Platz genug für meine 2 große Gepäck. High floor mit sehr schöner Stadtblick, gute Lage leicht zu METITSU Station für Chubu Flughafenbahn. Das öffentliche Bad hat sehr gute Dekoration, glatt und entspannt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind hilfreich, das Rezeptionpersonal, das ich getroffen habe, erklärt sie sehr deutlich für alle Ausstattung des Hotels. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Fischmarktes von Nagoya, wo wir gutes sashimi Restaurant gefunden haben. Und nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß können Sie den Einmal-, Untergrund-Schrank mit vielen lokalen Geschäften zugreifen, was für mich sehr bequem ist für den letzten Steuerfreien Einkauf.

I do love the hotel. Spacious room, stylist. The staff was very nice. Convenient location and service are very attentive. The reasons I didn’t give five stars as the followings: 1) the room was clean on the surface only, for example the back of plate didn’t clean and I found my others leftover behind the sink 2) no options to purchase the cake they served 3) the facilities are not for kids under 16y

Dieses Hotel ist sehr neu und modern. Die Zimmer sind riesig und der Blick auf den Fuji war beeindruckend. Die beiden Restaurants waren sehr schön, aber nicht billig. Es gibt so viele tolle Dinge an diesem Hotel, dass ich es Freunden empfehlen würde. Einziger Nachteil: Abgesehen von der Rennstrecke gibt es in der Umgebung kaum etwas zu erleben.

Was mich an meinem Aufenthalt im ESPACIO Nagoya Castle am meisten beeindruckt hat, war das unglaublich aufmerksame und professionelle Personal! Vom ersten Moment an bis zum Check-in waren die Mitarbeiter außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Obwohl wir ausländische Reisende sind, fühlten wir uns dank ihrer fließenden Englisch- und Chinesischkenntnisse und ihrer hilfreichen Tipps sofort wie zu Hause. Das Hotel ist elegant eingerichtet und verströmt ein künstlerisches Ambiente. Ob in der Lobby, im Restaurant, im Onsen (Thermalbad) oder bei der Erklärung der Zimmerausstattung – alle waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der Burg Nagoya in einer ruhigen Umgebung, allerdings kann es abends etwas schwierig sein, Restaurants in der Straße zu finden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar nicht riesig, aber die Qualität der Speisen war hervorragend! Ich kann dieses Hotel mit seinem erstklassigen Service und dem fast schon kunstmuseumsartigen Ambiente wärmstens empfehlen. Auch wenn der Preis hoch ist, war es definitiv ein unvergessliches Erlebnis! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Personal für diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt; ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn ich das nächste Mal in Nagoya bin!

Kostenlose Parkplätze für Autofahrer. Der Bahnhof ist mit dem Zug in ca. 8–10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Hotelarchitektur ist spektakulär und erinnert an einen Zen-Garten. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und die Zimmer relativ groß. Wir hatten ein Queensize-Zimmer mit Blick auf die Burg gebucht und erwachten mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht. Das hoteleigene Spa verfügte auch über ein Onsen im Freien, das im Winter fantastisch war. Das Frühstück war hervorragend für ca. 4700 Yen pro Person – viele regionale Produkte wurden verwendet, und wir entschieden uns für das japanische Frühstück mit einem kleinen Buffet.

the room was a little small as expected from the typical japanese hotels , but it was fine as we were only there for a few nights. we absolutely loved the location though! we came just at the end of cherry blossom season and they beautifully decorated the lobby w florals. very peaceful area and within walking distance to sakae shopping area. bonus : the airport bus drops u right by the hotel which was so convenient!

We had a lovely stay at the Nagoya Prince Hotel Sky Tower with our family! The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable, and the city views were absolutely amazing. Our room was spacious enough for the family, and the beds were so comfortable that we looked forward to coming back and relaxing after a full day out. The facilities were excellent and well-maintained. We especially loved the beautiful sky lobby and the convenient location, which made it easy to get around Nagoya. The service was outstanding throughout our stay. Every staff member we met was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They were always happy to assist with any questions and made us feel genuinely cared for. Their warm hospitality really added to our overall experience. Overall, we had a wonderful family vacation and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. It was clean, comfortable, family-friendly, and the service was exceptional. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Nagoya and would happily stay there again! 😊⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
