I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya Hotel, and I want to highlight some exceptional service that made our visit memorable. Thoughtful Amenities The welcome ice cream for my sons was a delightful surprise. It was a thoughtful gesture that made them feel special and added to our overall positive experience. Duty Manager Mr. Andei Ho One standout moment of our visit was when Mr. Andei Ho, the Duty Manager, came to assist us during one of our evenings at the hotel. Being a Hongkonger himself, he made us feel right at home. When we returned from a day out and needed to store some belongings at the concierge, Mr. Andei approached us and warmly communicated in Cantonese. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help truly made us feel welcomed. Proactive Assistance After our check-out, Mr. Andei noticed us trying to call an Uber in the lobby and proactively offered to help by calling a taxi instead. Given that we had too much luggage, he went above and beyond by marking the pick-up and drop-off locations for us at the Airport Express Station, ensuring a smooth departure. One day, he saw us waiting outside for a taxi and proactively asked a colleague to come over and see if we needed help calling a taxi. Housekeeping I would also like to commend the housekeeping team for their outstanding work. They kept our room impeccably clean and tidy throughout our stay, greatly contributing to our comfort. Summary In summary, my experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya was fantastic, thanks to the outstanding service from Mr. Andei Ho and the entire staff, including the diligent housekeeping team. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future!

Das Hotel hat ein neuartiges Design, die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich und die Betten und Kissen sind sehr bequem. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es viele Izakayas und Restaurants, darunter gegrillte Meeresfrüchte und Ramen. Es gibt auch viele Lebensmittelgeschäfte wie 7-Eleven Lawson, was sehr praktisch ist. Aber es ist etwas weit vom Bahnhof entfernt und es ist etwas mühsam, mit dem Gepäck vom Bahnhof zum Hotel zu laufen.

Japanische Hotelkette🏨 Ausstattung: Der Dekorationsstil ist eher japanisch, und obwohl es schon viele Jahre in Betrieb ist, ist es insgesamt immer noch sehr komfortabel. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr groß, aber alle notwendigen Funktionen sind vorhanden. Gastronomie: Im ersten und zweiten Stock des Hotels gibt es Buffet-, japanische, chinesische und französische Restaurants, deren Qualität insgesamt stabil ist. Umgebung: Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, nicht weit vom Sakae Geschäftsviertel und der U-Bahnstation entfernt. Es gibt einen direkten Bus🚌 zum Flughafen Chubu. Essen, Trinken und Unterhaltung sind reichlich vorhanden. Service: Der Service ist sehr gut. Obwohl es am Ende einen kleinen Zwischenfall gab, bei dem unser Gepäck 🧳 abgeholt wurde, hat das Hotel schnell dafür gesorgt, dass es wiedergefunden wurde, und es gab keine Verzögerungen.

The hotel is conveniently connected to one of the exits of Nagoya Station, which was a huge plus for us on both sunny and rainy days—especially since it rained during part of our stay! I stayed at this hotel twice: once when I first arrived in Nagoya, and again after returning from a 2D1N trip outside the city before flying home. I'm so glad I chose Mitsui both times! As all the guest rooms are located above the 18th floor, the views were fantastic. From our room, we enjoyed a beautiful bird's-eye view of Nagoya City. In fact, I almost felt like I didn't need to visit the observation deck on the 51st floor of JR Central Towers to enjoy the city skyline! The service was excellent as well. The hotel kindly stored our luggage while we were away on our overnight trip. When we returned to check in for our second stay, we were pleasantly surprised to find that our luggage had already been moved to our room without us even having to ask. A big thank you to the staff for being so attentive and proactive in preparing everything before we arrived. Besides its excellent location next to Nagoya Station, there is a FamilyMart and a 7-Eleven directly opposite the hotel. There's also a Mister Donut across the road, where we grabbed breakfast and snacks before heading out each day. Overall, I honestly have nothing to complain about. The location, service, and comfort all exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again when I visit Nagoya.

Wir reservierten dieses Hotel für eine letzte Minute Reise nach Nagoya, indem wir es als eines der neuesten Luxushotels der Stadt wählen. Vor der Ankunft war es schwierig, das Hotel zu erreichen, um Spa-Reservierungen zu organisieren, und der Prozess dauerte eine ganze Zeit. Selbst bei der Eincheckung, die Spa-Reservierungen durch das Front Desk fühlten sich kompliziert, so dass wir endlich den Spa direkt besuchten, um zu fragen. Die Wellnesseinrichtungen, einschließlich Pool und Fitnesscenter, waren ausgezeichnet, obwohl eine Vorausbuchung erforderlich war, was möglicherweise ungünstig sein könnte. Die Service während des Aufenthaltes hätte flexibler sein können, vor allem, wenn unsere Lebensmittellieferung ankam und das Team es nicht kurz am Konzern halten konnte, während wir heruntergekommen waren, um es zu sammeln. Die beschränkte freundlichkeit des Personals war wirklich außergewöhnlich. Ich war eigentlich ein bisschen enttäuscht, dass es kein Eel Reis zum Frühstück gab, aber die Lage des Hotels war wirklich das beste. Das Zimmer war groß und komfortabel, so dass ich mich bequem entspannen konnte.

Kostenlose Parkplätze für Autofahrer. Der Bahnhof ist mit dem Zug in ca. 8–10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Hotelarchitektur ist spektakulär und erinnert an einen Zen-Garten. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und die Zimmer relativ groß. Wir hatten ein Queensize-Zimmer mit Blick auf die Burg gebucht und erwachten mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht. Das hoteleigene Spa verfügte auch über ein Onsen im Freien, das im Winter fantastisch war. Das Frühstück war hervorragend für ca. 4700 Yen pro Person – viele regionale Produkte wurden verwendet, und wir entschieden uns für das japanische Frühstück mit einem kleinen Buffet.

Das alte Hotel hat ein ansprechendes Design, die Lobby ist einzigartig und das italienische Restaurant ist gut. Besonders praktisch ist die Nähe zum Flughafen: Der Shuttlebus vom Flughafen hält direkt vor dem Hotel, und der Bus zum Flughafen fährt auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite ab. Direkt vor der Tür befindet sich ein kleiner Park, und die Aussicht aus dem Fenster ist hervorragend und unverstellt. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und Drogerien. Ich werde definitiv wieder hier übernachten.

We had a lovely stay at the Nagoya Prince Hotel Sky Tower with our family! The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable, and the city views were absolutely amazing. Our room was spacious enough for the family, and the beds were so comfortable that we looked forward to coming back and relaxing after a full day out. The facilities were excellent and well-maintained. We especially loved the beautiful sky lobby and the convenient location, which made it easy to get around Nagoya. The service was outstanding throughout our stay. Every staff member we met was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They were always happy to assist with any questions and made us feel genuinely cared for. Their warm hospitality really added to our overall experience. Overall, we had a wonderful family vacation and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. It was clean, comfortable, family-friendly, and the service was exceptional. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Nagoya and would happily stay there again! 😊⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Located inside the station, very good. No chance to control My own room temperature is something that i m somewhat now satisfying. Got a window that cannot open. Good for viewing, but, cannot open the let the cold winds flow into my room. Yet, hotel air-con is centralised. It means the hotel management decided if today is cold or not. U DON get to decided. Check out photos below as proof. They send in an extra one fan for me, since I complained not cold enough. Photo shown. Other than the temperature, all is good. Many convinient store around. That I know of, Family, 7, lawson. Even McD is not far Supermarket and a small food court is also inside/atttach with toyohashi station. Big table, good. Room space.. . Not quite remembered if I leave my luggage open or not. But, judging from the photo, I must close it after done with my luggage. ( my trip have multiple hotel) Not bad for a big window for night view 2.
