During my recent trip to Florence, I had the pleasure of staying at the Anglo American Hotel. Overall, my experience at this hotel was delightful, and I would gladly recommend it to fellow travelers. First and foremost, the location of the Anglo American Hotel is superb. Situated in the heart of Florence, it offers easy access to the city's major attractions, including the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, and Uffizi Gallery. The hotel's central location made it convenient for me to explore the city on foot and truly immerse myself in its rich history and culture. The hotel itself has a charming and elegant ambiance. The interior is tastefully decorated, combining classic elements with modern touches. The common areas, such as the lobby and lounge, are inviting and provide a comfortable space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The staff at the Anglo American Hotel deserves special praise. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, professional, and attentive. They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests I had, and their local knowledge and recommendations were invaluable in helping me navigate the city and discover hidden gems. My room at the hotel was spacious and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, and the room amenities, including a flat-screen TV and minibar, met my expectations. The cleanliness and tidiness of the room were maintained throughout my stay, thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff. While the hotel does not have an on-site restaurant, it does offer a delicious breakfast buffet each morning. The breakfast spread was varied and catered to different tastes and dietary preferences. I particularly enjoyed the freshly baked pastries and the selection of local cheeses and cured meats. One minor drawback was the absence of a fitness center or spa facilities within the hotel. However, the staff was helpful in providing information about nearby fitness centers and wellness options, ensuring that guests have access to these amenities if desired. In summary, my stay at the Anglo American Hotel Florence was a delightful experience. The prime location, attentive staff, and comfortable accommodations contributed to a memorable visit to this beautiful city. While the absence of certain amenities was a minor drawback, it did not significantly impact my overall satisfaction with the hotel. I would recommend the Anglo American Hotel to travelers seeking a centrally located, well-appointed hotel with a charming ambiance in Florence.

Meine Frau und ich verbrachten während des chinesischen Neujahrs 7 Nächte in diesem Hotel und waren sehr zufrieden! Die Lage ist sehr gut, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar (ca. 35 Minuten vom am weitesten entfernten Michelangelo-Platz entfernt, auf dem Rückweg ist es in Ordnung, die Stadt zu besichtigen). Unser Zimmer ging zum Atrium hinaus, was sehr ruhig war. Das Frühstück ist recht reichhaltig (man muss sich an europäische Aufschnitte/Käse etc. gewöhnen können), was für uns akzeptabel ist, wenn wir es an 6 aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen essen. Am letzten Tag müssen wir um 6:30 Uhr morgens einen Flug nehmen, und das Restaurant stellt auch Lunchpakete zur Verfügung, sodass eine vollständige Mahlzeit in Ordnung ist. Die Kellner an der Theke/im Restaurant und im Zimmer sind sehr höflich und lobenswert! Die Lounge des Hotels ist recht stimmungsvoll und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Es liegt auch ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Es ist auch sehr praktisch für einen Tagesausflug nach Pisa, um den Schiefen Turm zu besichtigen. Wir denken darüber nach, mit unseren Kindern wiederzukommen (die Kunstschätze hier sind es wirklich wert) und würden dieses Hotel wieder wählen, wenn wir wiederkommen!

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, der Fußgang kann zur Blumenkirche kommen. Die Einrichtungen im Geschäft sind neu und umfassend, die Gesamtdekoration ist reichhaltig und die Atmosphäre ist reichhaltig. Das Frühstück ist großartig und der Servicepersonal ist enthusiastisch und freundlich, die Reiseerlebnis ist komfortabel und es wird empfohlen, zu bleiben.

Ich wollte in Florenz leben und fand, dass es ein Hotel neben der Pizza-Tower gibt. Ich habe in Florenz gebucht, um die Pizza-Stadt zu verstehen. Das Hotel ist gut, die Pizza ist neben dem Mittelmeer, weit entfernt, nicht gesehen, weil es kein Auto gibt, ich durfte nicht gehen. Buchen Sie zwei Tage, ich fürchte, ich kann nicht auf dem Flugzeug kommen und einen Tag lang laufen. Die Türme sind weit entfernt, die wahrsten.

Hotel ist schön gelegen und sieht von außen stilvoll aus. Es ist innen schon leicht in die Jahre gekommen - und das merkt man auch. Definitiv kein 5 Sterne Hotel, auch was das Frühstück betrifft, aber ein solides Hotel abseits der 5 Sterne.

Went there to see the beach and enjoy the sea, when I checked in I brought big suit case and the guy at front desk was pointing his finger at me and asking whether I'm alone, I honestly felt very much offended and the guy needs to be well trained again his manner as this is absolutely not favored by any guests who will visit there other than him all the staffs are kind and nice but he's the face of the hotel as all the guests who are stepping into the lobby will see his such bad attitude toward guests .. that is not really matching with the entire atmosphere of the hotel .. breakfast was great , very spacious and many menus so I literally have enjoyed well and then I walked out to the beach side and saw many people are walking alongside the beach, location is good one last thing, why the wifi passcode is every 6~7 hours being changed?? this is absolutely unnecessary and made me really irritating as I did not know why the internet is not working, please change this for other guests

I booked total 14 days for a same room, I just request make up room services 2 times only, that why my room face tissue and toilet tissue use finished, so I ask for more 2 boxes face tissue and 2 rolls toilet tissue, but a male room service staff don’t give and say need exchange one box face tissues for one roll toilet tissue and then I walk in complain this case with reception female staff, finally she give me back 2 rolls toilet tissue, but her attitude so bad sit say me wrong use words describe toilet tissue only, may I ask all room customer if case like this make sense or not? Original I gave them full mark comment for this hotel, now I trade back my original comment and give them lower mark comment first until after 2 days when I leave this hotel and they do back good attitude and improve for their service and then I will give back them good comments! I am very easy handle person just say actually things only!

The best hotel we have stayed at. Its quiet luxury in terms of service - the hotel staff at all levels are down to earth and treat everyone equally and kindly and their service does leave you wanting for anything. It was worth every dollar. Paul, their head concierge, is beyond exceptional. Provided a lot of help with day trips and recommendations that we took and loved. They even helped with a car rental that was dropped and picked up at the hotel. And Paul also came and picked us up when the taxis were on strike for a night (so kind). The rooms are immaculate and extremely clean. They are beautifully decorated and spacious. The library is a cozy place to eat breakfast and read or have a quiet moment to yourself. and the grounds are beautifully kept. We also went during their shoulder season so it was quieter - not sure what summer might be like there I hope to definitely go back there.

Weil uns der erste Stand in Venedig einen sehr guten Eindruck hinterließ, dachte ich, dass Florenz auch ausgezeichnet war, aber es war nicht der Wille. Drei Nächte lang, die erste Nacht schwimmt bis zur Hälfte, beginnt zu fließen, die Augen sind schwer zu öffnen, viele Male zu schlagen, was sollte allergisch sein. Verlassen Sie das Badezimmer, es verbessert sich etwas, die zweite Nacht geht weiter, ist schlimmer als die erste Nacht, ich weiß nicht, ob ich allergisch gegen die Reinigungsmittel, die ich in dem Badezimmer benutzt habe. Bitte den Gästezimmerbediensteten, das Bad zu waschen. Die dritte Nacht ist immer noch so, es ist immer noch die Hälfte der Waschbecken, und ich beginne mehr als das zu schütteln, Es war gut, drei Nächte zu verlassen, nach Florenz zu Rom-Richie zu ziehen und die Symptome zu verschwinden.

Herzlicher Empfang für unsere Familie und unseren Hund. Gute Dienstleistungen. Sehr angenehmes Personal. Sehr angenehmes Thermalbad im Spa. Leckeres Frühstück. Der einzige Nachteil ist der hohe Getränkepreis an der Hotelbar (15 Euro), der Spritz ist allerdings ein lokaler Cocktail.
