Great place for family vacation, spacious & clean room, nice and friendly front desk

For family with elderly and young children, location is not ideal but it's not that bad if it's just for adults. Even though it's a non-smoking room, when we checked in, the smoke smell is quite strong. Issue is with the guests before, not the hotel. Overall a good stay and will stay there again. The pool is fantastic.

Die Erwartung erfüllt, ist in der Nähe von Fußgängern zum Lotte Mall, Standby-Taxi, hat neben dem Apartmentgebäude und freundliches Personal ein Familienmart noch das Frühstück ein wenig müde.

Ich blieb im Hotel und musste auf mehreren Orten für das Treffen reisen. Aufgrund seiner bequemen Lage, hat es mich viel Zeit bei der Reise gerettet. Das Hotel verfügt über eine nebenangelegene Mega-Mall, das viele Wahlmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel und Einkaufen bietet. Außerdem sind die Hotelpersonal sehr hilfreich, um mir bei der Durchführung meiner Veranstaltung in ihrem Sitzungsraum zu helfen.

On the 2nd night, the hotel changed the bed sheet and now it's super clean. The club staff are extraordinary, they made sure my daughter that has many allergies is able to enjoy the good food. Thanks for Ms. Aksha, Mr. Emyr, Mr. Aksay, Chef Doddy, Ms. Wenny, Ms. Theresia and others for exceeding our expectations. After the incident of an unforeseen event next to the hotel causing the noise till 12am on the first night, the guest relation Ms. Salsa checked us to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much. The breakfast in Anigre is superb. Many options with various local excellent dishes, from yellow rice with complete condiments, sweet and savory cooked to order, various noodles with local soup taste. The breakfast at the lounge is more international high quality dishes. Both are great and we are glad to get the chance to try both options. The Gandaria City mall is one of the most complete malls with various excellent restaurant options. The only opportunity is that we are expecting a sofa bed as advertised by Trip.com for a large king room. Trip.com needs to make sure the accuracy of the room has possible variation. In conclusion I will definitely come back to this hotel

40 Minuten Fahrt vom Flughafen. Hotel ist sehr neu und sauber. Einchecken ist schnell und der Service ist großartig. Dusche, Klimaanlage und Bett sind alle komfortabel. Nöte Speisestuhl nur unten und in der Nähe Komfortgeschäfte. Gute Lage zu entspannen anf jakarta. Exekutive Lounge wird bis 2024 bereit für die Buchung sein. Ich werde zurück sein!

1. Es gibt ein Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe und die Lage ist sehr praktisch. 2. Es gibt einen Aufpreis für das Frühstück, mit einer großen Auswahl an Frühstücken kann man sehr satt essen und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist recht gut! 3. Sobald Sie das Restaurant betreten, müssen Sie die Sicherheitskontrolle durchlaufen. Dies ist zwar etwas mühsam, aber Sie spüren, dass das Hotel großen Wert auf Sicherheit legt. 4. Ich habe versehentlich etwas im Hotel vergessen. Ich habe es nicht bemerkt. Das Hotel hat mich sofort kontaktiert und es erfahren. Das Hotel hat auch tatkräftig bei der Abwicklung von Folgeangelegenheiten geholfen. Es hat die 5-Sterne-Qualität wirklich verdient

Awesome hotel which is new, clean , efficient. Location is Juz wonderful with a big shopping centre Juz next to it! Services by the hotel staff is Juz tip top n well trained. Breakfast choices were with both local n western options and sumptuous. Really should give it a try here.

We stayed at 2 bedrooms for 3 nights and it was very pleasant experience from the frontline staffs very friendly, housekeeping services excellent and others also helpful. The breakfast spreads are standard and basic , swimming pool not really kids friendly only small section for kids below 12year old . Kids playroom also we hope it's open.Location wise next to Grand Indonesia, opposite to Plaza Indonesia and very next to Thamrin city all within walking distances. Transport are by Grab/Silverbird/bajai/gojek very convenient. But distance to next MRT station to Bundaran HI around 3-4 km . Otherwise we would repeat again to stay here and recommend if you're looking suitable room for family.

Das Hotel ist von der wunderbaren Service, die wir seit der Ankunft im Hotel erfahren haben. Das Concierge-Team war schnell, hilfreich, freundlich und so engagiert, dass wir kaum bemerkt haben, wie schnell wir unser Zimmer erreichten. Das Zimmer war unglaublich sauber und schön gestaltet. Ein besonderer Dank für die erstaunliche Geburtstagsdekoration it brachte ein großes Lächeln auf das Gesicht meiner Frau! Der Langham Club war atemberaubend, mit seinem nahtlosen Design in die Stadtblick. Morgens Angebote von leckeren Lebensmitteln und Getränken machten es noch besser. Eines der besten Küchenerfahrungen, die wir in Jakarta hatten, war das Essen im japanischen Restaurant „Morimoto“. Herzlich danken Eki für seinen außergewöhnlichen Konzerndienst; Fenny, Yuca, Naomi, Cindy, Naris und Stevi für die schöne Zimmerdekoration; und Frau Meirina, Julian, Agatha, Harun, Mega und Joey für ihren hervorragenden Service im Langham Club. Sie haben unser Aufenthalt wirklich unvergesslich gemacht!
