Amazing hotel. Wonderful service, Extremely good value for money! Aliya was extremely helpful! I was looking for a touristic place to visit as I only had an hour to spare. She helped me order the Didi and helped me set the locations to come back the hotel on my phone. The rooms are clean with beautiful views, all amenities are available with a pillow menu! The restaurant serves extremely fresh fish(as they have a live fish tank) & delicious dishes. A must in Altay !

I had an unpleasant stay at this hotel at Nalati. When I arrived at this hotel, I was welcomed and recommended by the hotel staff to liaise with a travel agency if I required any transport for tour at Nalati (the hotel staff pointed at a banner which was set beside the front counter (picture is attached). As this is the recommendation by a trustworthy 5-star hotel, without hesitation I contacted the person in-charge of the travel agency (Mr *** at hp: ***********/ ***********) via WeChat . Finally, I booked a travel tour with this guy 贾 i.e a 7- seater MPV to send myself & my wife from Nanati hotel to 奎屯市via 独库公路。 I was charged ¥498 per person for the trip and I paid ¥400 for the deposit. I told 贾that I needed a good view seats for the MPV. He acknowledged . The next morning , the travel transport MPV came to my hotel to fetch us to 奎屯. When we boarded the MPV, there were already 2 customers inside the car (one seated next to the driver & the other one was seated at the middle row). Immediately I chose the empty seat at the middle row and my wife went to the back seat at the last row. To my surprise , I was shouted by the MPV driver to move back to the seat at the last row because someone had booked the seat at the middle row. Prior to fetching us on the day before , I had spoken to the MPV driver and told him that my wife & myself preferred to sit in front of the car for better view of scenery . However , the driver replied that there is a first come first serve by the company policy . We were very unhappy and upset with the arrangement made by this travel company. I spoke to both the driver and Mr 贾 over this issue . Unfortunately, my request was turned down and they even threatened to forfeit my ¥400 deposit if we refused to take the back seats . After which , Mr 賈 didn’t want to speak to me at all. To this, I got no choice but to cancel my trip with this company. My deposit was not refunded . I felt we have been cheated and unfairly treated by this travel company just because we are foreigners? Finally, I lodged a report with the local Police. The Police attended the case and took statements from me. They also spoke to the travel agency over the phone. After much persuasion from the Police, the travel agency agreed to refund me the deposit . I’m putting up this review as to praise the Nalati Police for their prominent & effectiveness in handling the case. As for the front office manager, Mr 王， please be impartial and handle the issue with responsibility . Anyway, I wished to thank Mr 王for calling the Police which he initially reluctant to do so. Our stay at Holiday Inn Resort Kanas Hemu was nothing short of exceptional. If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I absolutely would. What stood out most was the genuinely warm hospitality and extraordinary thoughtfulness of the team. From the moment we arrived, we felt that our special occasion was not jusy simply noted, but sincerely celebrated. That personal touch transformed an already wonderful stay into a truly memorable one with decorations and cakes prepared all in advance. A very special mention must go to William Shan, whose professionalism, attentiveness and heartfelt care deserve the highest recognition. William consistently went above and beyond, anticipating our needs and ensuring that every detail of our stay was handled with remarkable thoughtfulness. He and his team who create this kind of guest experience are a tremendous asset to any hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises William’s and his team contribution. The hotel itself is superb. Our room and the entire property is sparkling clean, comfortable and exceptionally well maintained. The buffet breakfast iss excellent, with a wonderful variety and quality that made each morning something to look forward to. On top of that, hotel provides free photography, cable ride to the mountain and grassland ski to complete a beautiful memorable stay in Hemu. Considering the level of service, cleanliness, comfort and overall experience, the value for money was outstanding. Most importantly, this was hospitality with heart. It is easy for a hotel to provide a clean room and a good breakfast; it is far more difficult to make guests feel genuinely welcomed, remembered and cared for. William and his team at Holiday Inn Resort Kanas Hemu achieved way beyond that. Future visitors: do not make the mistake of overlooking this hotel. This is perhaps the best place to stay in all of Kashgar. From the minute we arrived in the city, the staff did everything they could to make our stay as memorable and as comfortable as possible. Our accomodation was the perfect blend of traditional old and modern new architecture, and was located right next to the old city’s main street. Due to its preservation of the cities traditional architecture our accomodation felt like a quiet and private sanctuary. It felt as if all of our needs were met by the staff, who even provided a translator to assist us along with two staff members (who we would now refer to as friends) organised all meals, snacks and gave us tips to navigate the old city. We have plans to come back to this beautiful city, and when we do, we will choose this place again.

Wir haben die Gästezimmer reserviert, die eigentlich ein “” Konzept, wo Sie jeden Zimmer bei der Eincheckung erhalten. Glücklicherweise wurden wir auf Holzkabinen mit jeweils zwei Zimmern aufgerüstet. Seit ich 3 Zimmer reserviert habe, haben sie für uns 2 Holzkabinen arrangiert. Jede Kabine kam mit zwei unabhängigen Schlafzimmern mit beigefügten Badezimmern, plus einem gemeinsamen Wohnzimmer. Wir liebten es absolut, weil wir zusammenkommen und Zeit in dem Wohnzimmer verbringen konnten. Wir hatten dort sogar ein Dampfboot, das den Aufenthalt extra gemütlich, wunderschön und bequem machte. Es gab auch einen großen offenen Bereich vor den Kabinen, aber leider war der Wind während unseres Aufenthaltes zu stark, um draußen zu sitzen. Am Abend begraben die Schafe direkt außerhalb unserer Einheit. In guten Wettertages können Sie sogar den Sayram See und die Schneeberge direkt aus der Kabine sehen, die wirklich schön war. Die Kabinen sind über einen großen Bereich verteilt, so müssen Sie zu Ihrer Einheit gehen, aber die Pfade sind ordnungsgemäß gepflastert und leicht zu Fuß. Unser Kabine war etwa 200m vom Park. Besonderes Schreien an das Personal, Hemu und Dan Ni Er, die sehr hilfreich waren. Sie nutzten ihre kleinen Transportbuggy, um unsere Gepäck bei der Ein- und Auscheckung zu bewegen. Da wir mit älteren Familienmitgliedern reisen, die Schwierigkeiten hatten, zu Fuß zu gehen, haben sie ihnen auch freundliche Fahrten in und aus der Kabine gegeben, die wir wirklich geschätzt haben. Es ist sehr empfehlenswert für diejenigen, die eine andere und erinnerere Erfahrung als ein normales Hotelaufenthalt suchen.

Ich hatte einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und war sehr zufrieden mit der Gesamterfahrung. Die Umgebung, Einrichtungen, Service und Reinigung des Hotels waren alle hervorragend. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Komplimentarische Getränke wurden im Kühlschrank mit viel Wasser geliefert. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet, einschließlich eines hochwertigen Dyson-Haartrockners. Ich hatte ein Zimmer auf einem hohen Stock beantragt, und das Hotel sorgte sich dafür, dass meine Anfrage, die ich wirklich geschätzt habe, befriedigt werden kann. Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig, vor allem da es nahe den Orten war, die ich besuchen wollte. Insgesamt hatte ich eine wunderbare Erfahrung und fühlte mich sehr gut betreut. Ich würde glücklich dieses Hotel für meinen nächsten Aufenthalt wieder auswählen und es definitiv empfehlen.

Sehr empfehlenswert. Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht im Herzen der Kreisstadt, aber die Lage ist fantastisch. Man kann nicht nur das atemberaubende Goldene Grasland bewundern, sondern auch den atemberaubenden Sonnenaufgang über dem Goldenen Berg erleben. Ich liebe dieses Zeltlager. Die Lage ist atemberaubend, und es gibt dort Nian Gao, einen berühmten Golden Retriever, der nur Hände schütteln kann. Er ist supersüß und nimmt einen sogar mit auf Familienbesuche bei tadschikischen Hirten. Die Sternenbeobachtung am Abend, der Sonnenaufgang über dem Goldenen Berg am Morgen und das nahegelegene Feuchttal in der Abenddämmerung sind einfach wunderschön. Es ist wirklich das schönste Xinjiang, das ich mir je vorgestellt habe. Die Zimmerreinigung und -wartung übernimmt Lelabo. Für ein B&B dieses Standards fühlt es sich wirklich nach erstklassigem, wildem Luxus an.
