"Der Nachmittagstee im Hotel war ein Highlight, der Milchtee war hervorragend, und die westlichen Gebäckstücke, Joghurts und Desserts waren bemerkenswert. Die Zimmer sind eher klein, aber sauber und im russischen Baustil gehalten. Die Wasserhähne sind extrem hoch (ich bin 168 cm groß und gelte im Süden als ziemlich groß, aber ich konnte die Wäscheleine im Badezimmer nicht erreichen; für einen so russischen Baustil sind die Zimmer nicht besonders geräumig). Die Innenheizung lässt einen die Kälte draußen vergessen. Empfehlung: sehr nah an der Linie 2 (drei U-Bahn-Stationen bis zur Eis- und Schneewelt, Zentralstraße, Hongzhuan Morgenmarkt, nur wenige Schritte entfernt). In der Nähe gibt es viele Grillrestaurants und andere Snacks. Es wäre praktisch, zwei Zimmerkarten zu haben, damit Touristen nachts leichter zurückkommen. Der Service ist etwas mechanisch, was verständlich ist, da die Einkaufsstraße sehr belebt ist und das Personal möglicherweise überfordert ist. Wenn man zum ersten Mal in Harbin ist, würde ich dieses Hotel trotzdem empfehlen, aber der Service sollte dem Zimmerpreis angepasst werden."

Der Kellner, der gerade für mich bestellen wollte, sagte: „Kaufen Sie es nicht. Zusätzlich zur Bestellung frisch zubereiteter Speisen (um den Geschmack sicherzustellen) reicht Ihnen das Buffet, also gebe ich es Ihnen.“

Ach ja, ab 11 Uhr gibt es auch eine reichhaltige Auswahl an britischem Nachmittagstee.

"I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here
Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better.
To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team."

Ausstattung: Unser Zimmer wurde kostenlos upgegradet, es war sehr groß und hatte eine weite Aussicht. Ein besonderer Dank geht an den netten Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption (zweites Bild von unten), der uns beim Check-in geholfen hat.
Sauberkeit: Sehr gut.
Umgebung: Sehr gut, sehr praktisch, um zum Fluss, zur Central Avenue und zur Sophienkathedrale zu gelangen.
Service: Exzellent, vielen Dank an den Mitarbeiter am Eingang (erstes Bild von unten), der uns proaktiv mit dem Gepäck geholfen und uns Empfehlungen für lokale Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben hat. Das Frühstück war das beste und reichhaltigste, das ich je hatte – es gab einfach alles!

Ich war von meiner Erfahrung im Grand Mercure Hotel sehr beeindruckt. Der gesamte Prozess von der Buchung bis zum Check-out verlief reibungslos. Sobald Sie die Lobby betreten, werden Sie von ihrem luxuriösen und modernen Einrichtungsstil angezogen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und der Check-in verlief schnell und effizient. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, elegant eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Frühstück des Hotels ist abwechslungsreich, frisch und lecker. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass das Serviceteam von Zheng Zihao, Liu Yupeng, Wang Yudi und Zhang Yitong an der Rezeption des Hotels sehr professionell ist enthusiastisch. Es hat uns einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt beschert und wir freuen uns darauf, beim nächsten Mal wieder hier zu übernachten!

I originally booked this hotel seeing that it had a 5 diamond rating, excellent reviews + clean and modern pictures of the hotel.
The hotel has a superb location and the service is good.
However, the rooms did not feel clean and there is a lot of grime + mould in the bathrooms. The shower water is weak, towels are hard (not soft) and the bathrobe we received had half the pocket ripped off. Also, the room is supposed to be non-smoking but the toilet smelt like cigarettes when we checked in. The experience was bleak and did not feel like the 5 diamond rating we expected so we checked out 1 night earlier than intended and stayed elsewhere down the road. I won't be back.

GastnutzerCame to Harbin with grand parents and kids. I must say that I’m very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The primary reason for picking this spot is for its location. Didn’t really want to stay too far away from the central street where all the actions are at, yet still need to be quite enough to have a good night sleep.
This hotel takes pride in the brand and in every details in the hotel. From the exterior, the lobby, the breakfast, comfortable bed and pillows, think and decorative curtains to block out the early summer sun. Yes sun raise is at 3:40am in June! There is a laundry room with two sets of washers and dryers. I’ve got upgraded to a larger room with bigger bathroom area.
Service is also top notch. Very friendly staff, they great you, help with luggage. The lady who worked the night shift even helped me took the laundry out of the dryer and delivered to my room, folded!
I must say this place is a great choice for foreign travelers, with awesome location, solid hardware, great food, (oh also offer afternoon tea and wine!), most friendly staff and best service. Highly recommended!

Wir wollten ein Hotel, das Harbins Charakter, Erbe und Geschichte wirklich widerspiegelt. Wir freuen uns, dieses versteckte Geschirr entdeckt zu haben.
Das Mansion 1903 Hotel ist wahrscheinlich eines der charmantesten Hotels in Harbin, schön mit alten Welteleganz, modernem Komfort und starkem russischen Erbe. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, bequem nahe Zhongyang Street, aber friedlich und raffiniert.
Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber, stilvoll und außergewöhnlich komfortabel, während das Personal warm, professionell, aufmerksam und ehrlich Gastgeber. Der Service machte unseren Aufenthalt besonders erinnerebar.
Die elegante Lobby-Umgebung, zusammen mit den traditionellen Sarafan- und Kokoshnik-Kostüme, bietet auch eine wunderbare Gelegenheit für Fotografie und fügte sich in die einzigartige kulturelle Atmosphäre des Hotels hinzu.
Besonders danken Sie Herrn Deng für seine sorgfältige Teilung und Einführung der antiken Sammlungen im Hotellobby. Seine Leidenschaft und Wissen haben unsere Erfahrungen sehr verbereichert.

Crowne Plaza is a great hotel located within a short walk to plenty of restaurants and Sunac Mall (it has the Guinness World Record for largest indoor skiing, with affordable skiing lessons for kids if you prefer to stay within Harbin area).
All staff from front desk to housekeeping are very friendly and any issues are resolved within a few minutes. Roughly 20mins by car to the Harbin Ice & Snow world and 30mins to the city centre. Located in a quiet area so there wasn't any noise or traffic nearby at night time.
Room is spacious (fits our family of 4 with kids aged 6 & 8) and clean, housekeeping is very prompt. We had originally booked the themed room but change to the normal room to have a bathtub instead. Gym and pool facilities are decent and clean. (Note: Swimming cap is required, but you can buy it before swimming).
Pleasant experience overall.

I took a little Galentine's day trip with my friend to Harbin Ice and Snow World and this hotel was the best part of our stay. It was a expensive and the pictures of the views (particularly from the ”cloud” room) were not accurate. The picture shows clouds like you would see from a airplane, but all we saw was very low, fine, gray fog. I'd like to imagine that the pictures they show on the website are possible, but I think it's more likely photoshopped. That said, the hotel was still awesome. Our room was huge, with a great view from the 41st floor, and the heated marble floors felt great on your feet. The staff were super nice. I felt bad for the deer in the lobby because they were very itchy and one cut his own face open trying to scratch his collar with his hind hoof. But again, the hotel was so nice. If we had traveled all the way from Harbin to Beijing just for Ice and Snow World, I don't think our trip would have been worth it. But this hotel was so good it felt like a true relaxing weekend. The sound of the forest that they played throughout the hotel made it seem like you were at a giant spa. The breakfast buffet was open until 1 pm! Free sauna and hot tub. If you can afford it, I recommend it!

Unser Aufenthalt war absolut wunderbar. Das Zimmer hatte einen erstaunlichen Blick, und das Personal nahmen große Aufmerksamkeit auf uns sie sogar eine nette Unterschrift Hotel-Doll. Von dem Zimmer konnten wir die berühmten Eisskulpturen auf der Sonne Island sehen, die die Erfahrung noch besonderer machten.
Die Frühstücksauswahl war sehr vielfältig und lecker. 10/10. Der Schwimmbad ist groß mit schönen Aussichten, und jedes Detail des Hotels fühlte sich perfekt. Wirklich das beste Hotel für Panoramaaussichten in Harbin. Sehr empfohlen! ❤️
