The customer service was excellent. The location, the food, service, just to mention few. Everything was perfect 👌. Will recommend this hotel 100x to my friends and family. I'll be coming back for sure.

Die Schalldämmung ist sehr schlecht. In den Zimmern nebenan und im Obergeschoss ist das Geräusch von fließendem Wasser deutlich zu hören. Es ist sehr laut. Darüber hinaus ist das Geräusch der Tür des Nachbarzimmers, die sich schließt, sehr laut. Es gibt überhaupt keine Schalldämmung. Es ist zu übertrieben, jeden Morgen geweckt zu werden. Noch enttäuschender war das Hygieneproblem. Ich war fünf Nächte dort und habe außer dem Handtuchwechsel kaum eine Reinigung gesehen. Der Gesamteindruck war nicht sehr sauber. Insgesamt würde ich dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal wählen und es auch Leuten, die Wert auf die Qualität der Erholung legen, nicht empfehlen.

On 24/6 I ordered fried eggs during breakfast, yet the quality of the eggs were not up to standard, yolk was not normal and with no taste at all, yet I ordered same on the next day with a different chef, that was back to a normal egg, I wondered Sheraton would use such quality of eggs! Another opinion is that gym room facilities are not enough, thanks!

Great location for the theatre. We could see the Michael Jackson show sign from our room. Car park is off site and horrible to try and get a park in but only 5min walk from the hotel and $25/ day. Close to parliament station. China town and easily accessible to all city areas. Check-in and check-out were easy, staff were polite, and the happy hour was a nice touch. The room itself was compact but quiet, even being right by the lift. The bathroom, however, was tiny. No way two people could fit at once. The fan didn’t work so the mirror fogged completely, and the shower glass wasn’t long enough, leaving the floor soaked after every use. The bottom of the door showed water damage. Blinds let in light around the edges, and while the air conditioner was noisy, it didn’t really bother us. The luggage space wasn’t big enough to hold a hard case flat without tipping, which was a bit annoying but manageable. Breakfast was unfortunately the biggest low point. Service felt disorganised and slow. We waited almost 20 minutes for the rabke we were sat at to be cleared. The continental breakfast was uninspiring and pastries didn’t seem fresh. We paid an additional $5 per person for menu items since continental breakfast was included in our booking, but if I had paid the full $30–$35 separately, I would’ve been disappointed. Bacon was American-style (crispy), and they did do well offering coffee and tea promptly on arrival. However, the juice service was confusing. No glasses, limited plates, and unclear service flow. Amenities were almost non-existent. The “gym” was about the size of the bathroom with no treadmill or bike, and the rooftop could be much more inviting if it had a covered area or bar. Overall, the location saves it. Ok for a short city stay if you’re here for convenience, but not somewhere I’d choose for comfort or amenities. Unfortunately wouldn’t stay again and not great value for money in my opinion.

This was a trip with my wife in Melbourne for a few days before we head off to Tassie. We stayed at the loft room (note the loft bedrooms are located on lower floors, ours was on 2nd floor). On the arrival day, while we were off loading our luggages from our car (there were a few bags as we had just gone to a vineyard and had purchased 4 bottles), the 2 guards at the back door entrance, whom have clearly saw us, but didn’t assist with the luggage, nor inform the front desk to assist us. We ended up carrying the multiple luggages (along with the 4 wine bottles) while the guards watched.  On the second day, the guards were friendly - they assisted with doors and greeted us. On cleanliness, after first night, our toothpaste was empty but cleaning staff did not replace with a new set, but overall room was clean to basic standard.  However, our room had a bit of odd well on second night (first night was fine) not sure what the issue was but it did smell like kitchen cooking smell (we didn’t cook there). Breakfast was of good value and the staff working there were friendly and very responsive, I would probably say that the best experience was our breakfast thought out our stay there.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Betten waren riesig! Sehr komfortabel und der Ort war komfortabel und sehr zentral. Das einzige Problem, das wir hatten, war das Hotel zu finden. Wir hatten Probleme, es zu finden, da das GPS uns nicht zu ihm bringen konnte. Wir waren jedoch sehr dankbar, dass Ayden, der am Concierge arbeitete - angeboten und die Initiative ergriff, mit uns zu gehen und uns von wo wir unser Auto, das 10 Minuten zu Fuß war, zu fahren, um unsere Gepäck zu dem Hotellobby. Wir sind dankbar für einen so großartigen und wunderbaren Service!

Die Lage ist großartig, im Zentrum des Geschäftsviertels, in der Nähe von Chinatown und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Bibliothek, das Museum und die Kirche sind alle in der Nähe und können bequem zu Fuß erreicht werden. Es gibt viele Restaurants mit europäischer und asiatischer Küche zur Auswahl. Die Hotelzimmer sind sehr gut und das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig. Die Kellner waren sehr nett. Ein Hotel, das Sie bei Ihrem nächsten Besuch in Melbourne unbedingt wählen sollten.
