We had a truly wonderful one-night stay at YIQIYIHUI (一期一会)! The apartment was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The decor created such a cozy and welcoming atmosphere — it genuinely felt like a home away from home. The host was very friendly and responsive, making our check-in and overall experience smooth and hassle-free. Location-wise, it was perfect — peaceful yet close enough to all the attractions we wanted to visit. We especially appreciated the little touches like complimentary mineral water, fast Wi-Fi, and the super comfy bed! Would highly recommend YIQIYIHUI to anyone visiting Johor Bahru. We can’t wait to come back again for a longer stay!

Es ist ein bisschen verrückt am Haupteingang, und der Aufzug wartete lange, wenn viele Leute. Schwere Verkehrstücher bei der Haupteinfahrt, wenn der Urlaub im öffentlichen Dienst 😬 Es gibt nicht viel lokales Essen dort .

This was my second stay at the hotel, and it was just as good as the first time—consistent service and a comfortable experience all around. This time, I checked out the gym and was pleasantly surprised! It’s well-equipped with free weights, a cable machine, treadmill, and more—great for anyone looking to squeeze in a workout during their stay. Will definitely come back again.

Insgesamt, eine sehr gemütliche, helle und saubere Wohnung zu bleiben. Anständige Größe. Sie haben Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine usw. wirklich gut für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt. Die einzige Nebenwirkung ist, sie haben nur 1 Rolle von Toilettenpapier im Badezimmer des Schlafzimmers. Das Badezimmer hat keine Toilettenrolle. Auch kein Papier wie Gewebepapier in der Küche oder Wohnzimmer. Das Haus hat auch einen Kochgeur, ich dachte, der vorherige Gast hat schwere Kochen gemacht. Wird das gleiche Apartment nächstes Mal wieder reservieren, wenn der Preis vernünftig ist, ein gutes Angebot, wenn Sie mit Freunden reisen.

Die Lage ist großartig. Hochboden, sehr sauber, Einrichtungen komplett. Hatte ein gutes intelligentes TV, das uns erlaubt Netflix während der Kühlung zu genießen. Service war durch WhatsApp schnell. Anweisungen zum Zugang zu der Einheit waren klar. Carpark war ein wenig von einem Lago, aber das Parkplatz war in einer schönen Ecke in der Nähe der Lift-Lobby. Würde diesen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

Absolutely amazing stay at The Best Homestay! The room was superb—exactly like the photos, if not better. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and the amenities were incredibly professional, making the whole experience feel truly premium. The location is perfect, with plenty of great food options just a short walk away. It’s an ideal place for families wanting to relax and enjoy their time in Johor Bahru. The facilities are complete and very family-friendly. Definitely coming back again! Highly recommended for anyone traveling with family to JB.

Clean and spacious. The building is newly built, so everything looks so new. Comfy and convenient place to stay with restaurants/ marts/ even rnf mall nearby. Nice sea view. Units are provided with coffee/bottle waters/netflix/fridge/washing machine etc same as description. Good service from the host ! Very responsive and clear instruction for check in. Highly recommended to all.

The lady receptionist(based on her accent, probably she is a filipino) is very kind, helpful and friendly . I saw her working alone on all the 3 wkdays that i was there .. She truly deserved a praise because she is independent and hardworking by working alone on her shift, even though it wasnt very busy during wkdays but during school holiday season, it can be slightly busy for her .. Thank you for your hard work ! 👍 The room is spacious, clean and feels home . Amenities in room are sufficient but i wish there is a microvewave in this room because there is space to put one and im sure it would be helpful for guests especially to reheat our leftover foods .. Please consider this . 🥲 And the room slippers are too thin that my feet can feel the floor when walking to the lobby/pool, so i think need to improve on that . Everything else is fine . Location is also fine even if you dont drive .. There is a mall opp road of the hotel- the mall have a supermarket and some food shops/restaurants . The concierge/security and pool staffs are also kind and helpful .. 👍 The pool is great and with 2 water slides that both adults and kids can enjoy . There are many chairs and tables for guests to put our things while going for a swim but i think its time to repair the stairs especially on the white slide and also some flooring around the slides because there are broken tiles/holes that may cause injury . To the management, please take serious note on this, bfore any accident happen .. I dropped my spect while swimming and couldnt find it and i asked help from the pool staff . The next day when i went to checked with him, he said he had passed it to the reception . I thanked him and went to collect it . He also deserved a praise because he really went the extra mile to help . Thank you ! 👍 Overall, its been a great stay here . Will be back again next time . Recommended if you are looking for pool with slides ! 💙

Staying here with my family for two nights. The unit is clean, and it's suitable for our needs, which can fit many people. Good location and good service. Thanks to the owner, we really had a great experience staying here. 😆😆
