I stayed with family at this hotel for 3 days it was very good experience, the hotel was clean and rooms big and services very good also have space for walk in hotel like park and many activities, like boating,🧘♀️, etc
Unser Aufenthalt in Marriott Kochi war hervorragend! Von der Mahlzeit bis zum Service.. wir konnten nichts mehr beantragen. Sie waren auf dem Weg zu allem! Wir hatten einen kostenlosen Zimmeraufbau und die Mitarbeiter waren wirklich auf dem extra Kilometer für uns. Die Lebensmittelverteilung war auch hervorragend. Unsere Babys hatten eine tolle Zeit und wollten uns tatsächlich, sie zum Hotel zurückzunehmen, als wir am nächsten Tag in ein anderes Hotel in einem anderen Staat angemeldet haben. Wird sicher wieder hier sein und dieses Hotel für alle sehr empfohlen.. Vielen Dank nochmals an die Leitung und das Personal von Marriott Kochi für den ausgezeichneten Service!!

Afsal is an amzaing staff witty, chatty and caring together with Devika (my favourite beauty Kutty) and Amuritha -they really took care of our food and being vegetarian -they offered the choices for the vegetarian food.
Chef Arun is a fantastic and caring person. He listened to our story and As my husband just completed the 24 days or Ayruveda treatment, he has to continuoulsy take his medication and kashyam which need to be brewed for the sometime. Chef Aurn took care of this and also Mahesh also managed this and send this to our room. Because of Chef Aurn's initiative, my hubby coninued his medication without fail. All of them are hospitable and really made us feel at home.
The room service is fantastic from providing necessities to water and replacing the spoilt safe. The 6th floor housekeeping sfaff (i cant remember his name but he's slim and had curly hair and very pleasant personality) is fantastic and took care to our needs.
My husband felt that he's in wonderland and as the jeanne in the lamp, you ask for something and your needs are fulfilled. They are very timely and fulfilling.
Last but not least, I would like congratulate the Hilton Garden's management for finely grooming your team and staff and step up the customer service towards customer excellence.
I wish everyone including the front counter staff, the security and guards best wishes and happy working in this fantastic customer oriented environment.

The property was excellent and well maintained. The staff were very warm and attentive. Would like to book again. The only slight glitch was in the breakfast rates. We had made a booking without breakfast. As per trip.com offer breakfast rate was Rs 450 per person to be paid at the hotel. But the actual rates were Rs 750 plus tax. So double check the rates with the reception before availing.
We stayed here for about four nights and even extended as it was so great! Loads to do in the surrounding area and the staff were great and really helpful.
The Leela, Kovalam is an amazing hotel, which my 11 year old son and I would highly recommend! It is on a cliff top overlooking the Arabian Sea. We upgraded to Club Room, which provides you with access to The Cafe, a restaurant serving Club members complimentary breakfast 7-10:30am and High Tea 5-6pm and additional a La carts chargeable lunch and dinner. The Club room is exceptional, with a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the Arabian Sea, King bed with very comfortable mattress and bedding, fantastic walk in shower, sink and toilet, with all the toiletries. Rooms are cleaned well and the food is wonderful. We ate everything safely with no upset stomached here and the staff were wonderful! We would happily return!
Everything was good they upgraded to us to a bigger suit and breakfast and service was excellent. Only carpet was smelling a bit and towels quality was average

AAnishPhilipOur stay at Prayana Hotel in Ernakulam was overall a really good experience, mainly because of the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff. Right from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The welcome drink was a refreshing touch, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. The reception team was efficient and courteous, handling check-in smoothly and ensuring we had all the necessary details about our stay. A special mention to the bellboys, who were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Their attentiveness made a great impression.
The hotel’s location is a big plus. It is conveniently situated, making it easy to get around the city, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or business. The accessibility and surroundings added to the overall positive experience.
While we truly appreciated the service, there were a few areas that could be improved. The restaurant at the bottom of the hotel didn’t offer much variety in terms of food options, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been great to have more choices, especially for those staying longer. The rooms did not have kettles, which is something many travellers look forward to for a quick cup of tea or coffee. Bathing cubes (shower enclosures) were missing, making the bathroom experience a little less convenient. We also faced an issue with towels not being provided even after requesting them, which was a small letdown.
That being said, the staff’s dedication and the overall comfort of the stay overshadowed these minor inconveniences. Their attentiveness, polite behaviour, and willingness to help made all the difference. Despite a few missing amenities, the hospitality and prime location make Prayana Hotel a great choice for travellers. We appreciate the warmth and care shown to us and would definitely consider staying again in the future!
TTraveling TanI recently stayed at Time Square Hotel and had a mostly enjoyable experience. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. They were attentive and went out of their way to ensure my comfort and convenience throughout my stay.
The room itself was lovely – clean, spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable, offering a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the city. It was evident that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Breakfast at the hotel was reasonable, with a decent selection of items that catered to different tastes. While it wasn't the most extensive buffet I've encountered, the quality of the food was good, and it provided a solid start to the day.
However, my stay wasn't without its issues. The most persistent problem was the constant cold calls from the hotel's spa. Receiving these calls almost daily became quite bothersome. It's something the hotel management might want to reconsider or at least provide guests with the option to opt out of such communications.
Additionally, there was an unfortunate incident with one of the staff members who berated me for not informing them in advance that I would be missing the buffet breakfast on one occasion. This abruptness was surprising and not in line with the otherwise excellent service standard set by the rest of the team.
In summary, my stay at Time Square Hotel was delightful on many fronts, with commendable staff, lovely accommodations, and reasonable dining options. However, the spa's marketing tactics and the isolated incident with a staff member did mar the overall experience slightly. I hope the hotel takes this feedback into consideration to ensure an even more pleasant and seamless experience for future guests

GGastnutzerReally good hotel and centrally located for Elamkulam. Breakfast was good selection but not enough space or servers. It was chaos trying to get a table as people were standing in the way eating. The lifts are also incredibly slow. Stopping on every floor. The rooftop pool is nice but has no view as the walls are too high.

AAustin KitHotel Arches is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Fort Kochi. Fantastic location near a lot of tourist attractions, shopping and cafes. Kerala Cafe is literally next door. The staff are very kind and helpful. Checkin was quick and easy. The room is basic but very clean. Bed was firm, lots of pillows and comfortable. Room faced the street but was pretty quiet and had no trouble sleeping. Aircon worked well and the room was stocked with water. No wash cloths which could be added as well as a safety deposit box…didn’t see one but also didn’t ask so it could have been there. Hotel felt very safe even as a solo woman traveler. I would definitely stay there again.

Special thanks to Mr Lijo for having a chat either me and also thanks for making my stay at Flora hotel a very satisfying stay even though it was only a night.
