The whole stay was great except when I call for to book for massage service at 5pm which was told as “Baik Bu”. Nonetheless, upon arrive at the spa centre, just to find 2 employee was having a nap. And I was ask to wait. Later on, one of the girl mentioned the slot already full and have to wait for another slot at 7pm. Not delivering the promise is one thing but no remedies is another. No service recovery was made in the end.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt gut. Das Hotel ist sehr dicht zu 2 großen Malls. Einfacher Restaurants entweder im Mall oder außerhalb des Malls zu bekommen.
Das Frühstück ist auch OK.
Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer ist nicht hell genug

Es gibt einen Abzug aus dem Hotel, wenn Sie mehr als 12 Uhr ab checken ... Keine Erkenntnis darüber, sobald Sie anmelden,,, und die FO um 11 Uhr nicht die Frist für die Überprüfung, ob es eine Geldstrafe von 100 Millionen pro Stunde .... Bitte nehmen Sie 2 weitere Zimmer 😠😩😫

Everything is okay except for the aircond. Not cold at all. ask the hotel to come check for it, no action taken. only at night time after few time asking to check then the technician came over to check. yes. just check only. after that still nothing. everything is great. but because of that A/C, experience was abrupt a bit. from 10/10, goes down to 7/10. yes just because of aircond. I stay at the most expensive room. but service for that was total out. for new guest, make sure you be strict with the hotel. if no action taken within 1hr, u may consider change another room or hotel.

GGastnutzerTo be honest, with the facilities given, I felt that the hotel was pricey. Yet, the geographic location (in Sumatra) might make this hotel have less competitors. I honestly feel do not have as many options to stay like when I was in Java Island. I was mind with the design of the bathroom as there was this thick glass window separating the bedroom and the bathroom. When I was about to shower, I had to pull the white-thick vinyl curtain down. I just didn't feel that I had enough 'privacy' when I was showering as I had a roomate with me.
Why did they design that way? LOL I didn't dare to glance at the glass window when my roomate was showering. I hope she did the same...
The good thing about the hotel was the breakfast. The coffee was also great!

SStizaThe exterior and lobby of the hotel were quite rundown, with the lobby sofas appearing old and dirty. Check-in was supposed to start at 2 pm, but we only received our room around 3:30 pm after a long wait. Although the hotel offered refreshments during this time, it was still inconvenient. On a positive note, the room itself was impressive, resembling a 5-star accommodation, although the bathroom’s cleanliness was only average, particularly the walls, which needed better attention. Breakfast was decent but not exceptional and the place was quite humid. The staff, however, provided excellent hospitality, being very polite and friendly.

FfoxfoxfoxDas Hotel wird geräuschvoll renoviert und Ihr Ohr wird von ständigem Baugeräusch seit 8 bis 7 Uhr gepummelt.
Das Zimmer ist nicht bis zu den Grand Zuri Standards, aber der Preis ist immer noch der gleiche.
