Dieses Hotel ist das unzufriedenste Hotel, das ich in Zentralasien durchführte. Bezüglich der Einrichtungen, die ich gerade aktualisierte, ist es wirklich gut. Die Farbe der Lichttemperatur ist nicht richtig, es ist die Art des Wohnzimmers, das Menschen sehr niedrig fühlt. Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, und der Ort, an dem ich mich am meisten nicht zufriedenstellend macht, ist die Dusche mit kaltem und heißem Wasser. Es gibt auch ein Frühstück. Wenn wir nach Hause gehen, ist es die Herbstsaison, die Sorten sind etwas weniger verständlich. Aber die Apfel sind sauer, sehr unverständlich. Die Eier sind zu fettig, um zu schlucken und zu essen. Sag über die Vorteile, die Bettwaren sind gut und schlafen sehr komfortabel. Die Einstellung des Hotelservicepersonals ist sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, aber der Preis des Hotels ist mit zwei Worten nicht wert. Ich weiß nicht, warum das luxuriöse Hotel in der ersten Reihe steht. Es ist wirklich zu Wasser. Das alte Stadtrestaurant im Gegenteil, der Geschmack ist okay. Das Hotelrestaurant hat es nicht versucht, das Frühstück so schmeckt, das Abendessen wird nicht möglich sein.

We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk manager kindly upgraded our room to a suite in celebration of my wife's upcoming birthday—a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for our visit. The suite, featuring a separate bedroom and living room, was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of continental options. While I would have appreciated more local dishes, the variety and quality were excellent. Both the reception and dining staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. The SPA area and swimming pool were spacious, clean, and designed to offer plenty of privacy, even when other guests were present. Tip: About 100 meters to the left of the hotel, there’s a fantastic local BBQ restaurant with affordable, tasty food. A heartfelt thanks to the hotel management and staff for the upgrade and making our stay truly memorable.

Beautiful hotel, clean, modern design and great facilities. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to try their breakfast which sounded promising. The spa facilities (pool, sauna and hammam) are very clean and not busy at all. The room was very spacious and even though is a huge hotel it didn’t feel crowded.

Bei meiner vorherigen Buchung eines anderen Objekts im selben Wellnesskomplex nahe Samarkand gab es ein Missverständnis, aber als ich stattdessen im nahegelegenen Hilton Garden Inn Sogt ankam, fühlte ich mich von der ersten Minute an in guten Händen – und dort war alles perfekt, zumindest nach meinem Verständnis. Gemütliche, warme, ruhige und einfach, aber stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, fantastisches Bett und Badezimmer, riesiger Fernseher (den ich keine Sekunde benutzt habe, aber es ist schön zu wissen, dass man einen hat) und das alles – in einer sehr friedvollen, ruhigen und schönen Umgebung. In dieser Gegend gibt es wahrscheinlich den besten Hotelservice, den man in Samarkand bekommen kann. Der Flughafen ist 20 Minuten entfernt, ähnlich lange dauert es bis in die Innenstadt und das historische Viertel von Samarkand. Yandex-Taxis stehen Tag und Nacht zur Verfügung und ihre Preise sind etwas, von dem man in der westlichen Welt nicht einmal träumen kann.

Das Hotel war in einer hervorragenden Lage, in der Nähe aller großen Attraktionen. Das Frühstück war schön, mit einer Vielzahl von leckeren Optionen zu wählen. Das Personal am Sangzor war fantastisch. Große Einstellung. Hilfsbereit und immer verfügbar. Das Bett war super komfortabel. Ich werde immer an dieser Stelle bleiben, wenn ich nach Samarkand reise.

性價比非常高的酒店，周邊環境非常舒適！酒店離主要景點大約10公里，房間乾淨整潔，有陽台！一樓有小酒吧營業到凌晨3點左右，衞生間有地暖，智能馬桶，早餐以西方特色為主，非常推薦入住！以後有機會還會住！

It is a really cost effective, impressive, super clean, womderful view hotel that has great services. I do recomment this hotel to you if you have a car. Nearby there is ”eternity city”, a beautiful lake that you can walk around and enjoy the cool night wind.

Great hotel with understated elegance and a real touch of luxury. On my recent trip to Uzbekistan, I stayed in several different affordable hotels and guest houses, Hotel Caravan Serail was by far the best one. The cost per night was a little higher than the other places that I stayed but boy what a difference a few extra euros made! The room was super clean and elegant. The bed is very comfortable. Everything was very well maintained. The staff too were excellent, there was a slight mixup with my room initially, but it was dealt with very quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend this hotel as a great option for an affordable place to stay and if I ever visit Samarkand again, I would definitely book this hotel without hesitation. I only stayed one night but wish I had been longer. Oh, the breakfast is pretty good too!
