We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.) What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.” This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service. By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

Nice hotel with good Ambiance and facilities. Special thanks to Sharofat at the reception who helped us booking a city tour and was very helpful even during her leave. It had 24x7 bar and restaurant with good food. Would strongly recommend this hotel to all kind of tourists.

Das Hotel ist sehr komfortabel, es muss ein Auto fahren, im Allgemeinen gut. Sehr nahe der Attraktionen des Tourismus. Das Frühstück des Hotels ist wirklich einzigartig! Sie müssen es definitiv probieren! Es ist sehr zu empfehlen

Sehr angenehme Mädchen für Rezepshne. Fresh Hotel. Ausgezeichnetes Bettwäsche und Bügeln sehr weich. Aber! Das Teppich ist für nichts, es ist alt oder visuell unrein. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück! ! Gute Koch. Alles ist in Ordnung. Aber , wir wurden von der Siedlung, die Sie auf dem Gebiet der ewigen Stadt mit Golfmaschine bewegen können, bis 6:00. Durch die Tatsache, dass dieser Service nicht gefunden wurde. Wir mussten auf dem Boot zu einem Preis bewegen. Es gab keinen Pool im Hotel. Obwohl wir es auf dem Foto gesehen haben. Es erschien, der Pool des nahe gelegenen Hotels. ging mit einem 50% Rabatt, da das Netzwerk eins ist. Im Allgemeinen war das Hotel positiv. Alles war sehr angenehm.

Остановились в отеле на две ночи три номера всё чисто, аккуратно, очень приятный отель, бассейн хороший , возле бассейна полный сервис коктейли фрукты, и полотенце Завтраки очень хорошие красная рыба, красная икра большое количество десерта, свежие фрукты Хороший кофе , , До пло.щади Регистан пешком 25 минут, на такси 1 евро. Рядом с отелем есть несколько ресторанов. Рекомендую будет всё комфортно. Персонал весь вежливый и обходительный Ребята молодцы.! P.S. в отеле не продают спиртное и пиво. ( но напротив отеля есть ресторанчик Old City рекомендуем)

Отель новый, достаточно чистый, комфортный. У нас был прекрасный вид из номера на канал. В стоимость нашего номера входила возможность посещения лаундж-зоны, где в течение дня можно было выпить чай/соки/газировку, а также в определённое время накрывали полноценный приём пищи. В целом было ощущение атмосферы курорта, где можно расслабиться в спа и около бассейна на улице. До основных исторических достопримечательностей 20 минут на такси, ждали машины недолго. Рано утром в аэропорт машина из яндекса также приехала в течение 10 минут, но можно воспользоваться сервисом заказа такси на ресепшн. В ранний выезд мы попросили собрать нам боксы с завтраком, все сделали в лучшем виде.

Great 3 nights stay at Movenpick hotel with all amenities. Very convenient and close to the Gour Emir monument (4/5mn by walk) and the Registan square (15/16mn). A lot of cafe and restaurants around the hotel as we didn’t book the hotel breakfast. As we are lazy to dine out, we enjoyed twice diners at the restaurant Caramelle (really juicy manti and tasteful somsa & soups) We tried the sauna (hammam was under reparation) and the fitness. We had pleasant drinks at the pool bar. So we can recommend the Movenpick hotel at Samarkand. And the room rates are very affordable for a 4,5/5* hotel.

We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk manager kindly upgraded our room to a suite in celebration of my wife's upcoming birthday—a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for our visit. The suite, featuring a separate bedroom and living room, was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of continental options. While I would have appreciated more local dishes, the variety and quality were excellent. Both the reception and dining staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. The SPA area and swimming pool were spacious, clean, and designed to offer plenty of privacy, even when other guests were present. Tip: About 100 meters to the left of the hotel, there’s a fantastic local BBQ restaurant with affordable, tasty food. A heartfelt thanks to the hotel management and staff for the upgrade and making our stay truly memorable.

Bei meiner vorherigen Buchung eines anderen Objekts im selben Wellnesskomplex nahe Samarkand gab es ein Missverständnis, aber als ich stattdessen im nahegelegenen Hilton Garden Inn Sogt ankam, fühlte ich mich von der ersten Minute an in guten Händen – und dort war alles perfekt, zumindest nach meinem Verständnis. Gemütliche, warme, ruhige und einfach, aber stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, fantastisches Bett und Badezimmer, riesiger Fernseher (den ich keine Sekunde benutzt habe, aber es ist schön zu wissen, dass man einen hat) und das alles – in einer sehr friedvollen, ruhigen und schönen Umgebung. In dieser Gegend gibt es wahrscheinlich den besten Hotelservice, den man in Samarkand bekommen kann. Der Flughafen ist 20 Minuten entfernt, ähnlich lange dauert es bis in die Innenstadt und das historische Viertel von Samarkand. Yandex-Taxis stehen Tag und Nacht zur Verfügung und ihre Preise sind etwas, von dem man in der westlichen Welt nicht einmal träumen kann.

The hotel is awesome, room is so clean and everything you needed have inside. Breakfast is continental and very good. Hotel service is the best I really enjoy my stay there. One thing which little embarrassed it’s far from city center but Yandex is very convenient to go any where in city. Overall I like very much and will stay again next trip for sure.
