Sehr zufrieden, das Zimmer ist sehr groß, es gibt einen chinesischen Supermarkt umgeben, es ist nicht zu essen und zu trinken, es ist es wert, allen zu empfehlen, der Verkehr ist auch sehr bequem, ein sehr ideales Hotel, Lob!

Das Hotel ist in einer tollen Lage und das Personal ist super freundlich. Ein wenig mehr Aufmerksamkeit muss für die Reinigung der Zimmer, aber als ich mich beschwert hatte, wurde ich sofort in ein Zimmer verlegt, das besser war, wenn auch nicht groß. Es sah aus, als würden sie ”die hohen Punkte” erfassen und Dinge wie Ecken im Badezimmerboden und unter den Betten leeren und die Stuhl in den Tisch in den Zimmern ausstoßen. Es war nicht schrecklich, aber ich hatte sicher besser von einem so schönen Gebäude und einer solchen Lage erwartet.

Jeder im Holiday Inn Staunton war so freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und komfortabel. Das Frühstück war super und die Kellnerin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen, hier zu bleiben!

Kein Frühstück, es gibt einen kostenlosen Flughafen-Shuttlebus, der von innen und außen getrennt ist, mit einem Schlafsofa draußen, das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich, und das Badezimmer ist getrennt. Einkaufszentren und Supermärkte sind nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Der Ort zum Essen ist sehr praktisch. Es gibt einen großen Parkplatz vor der Tür

Das Zimmer ist groß und bietet Platz für ein Zustellbett. Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt am Rande der Ringlinie, die obere und untere Ringlinie sind praktisch und es ist sehr praktisch, die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Einkaufszentren zu erreichen. Mit einem Parkhaus sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.

The hotel does not provide electric kettle to boil water & was not supplying bottled water to the guests as well. You had to pay for basic drinking water USD2.00 per 600mm bottle.
Getting drinking water is a big problem from the hotel.
The restaurant there is basis … there wasn’t much food available.
The only bright point is that airport shuttle service was provided.

DDayTripper420Just passing through on the way South. Went to service desk, they were extremely polite and courteous, so kudos for that. Then they hit me woth the price tag of $159 for the night. ”NO WAY” is all I thought, so I went online and found a booking here on Trip.com for $102. I jumped on it. I was tired, hot, and a little aggravated from the trip, so the price on Trip.com was a relief.
I started looking around and thats when I realized that the amenities all cost. They had complimetary coffee, so YaY!
Got up to the room, it was clean. Unloaded for the night, and it was finally showertime! I do my thing, get into the shower, which was a handicapped shower. It had a chair and a detachable showerhead for those hard to reach places. Well, this is where the problems started. This showerhead was supposed to be able to be locked into position on the pole provided, you k ow, for people that can stand. Well, the damn thing didnt lock. Nope, it stayed at crotch level, and so I was forced to use the detachable showerhead.
Whatever, a shower is a shower, and boy, this shower was GREAT! Then, after my shower, I discovered that they must have wanted me to take a bath afterwards. This is because the entire bathroom floor was flooded from my shower water, and the floor was definitely not graded towards the drain, so to clean it up, one would either need a wet/dry shop-vac or a squeegee, and wouldnt you know it, I left both of mine back North, hundreds of miles away!
I ended up using the towels to basically squeegee the water to the drain and get the floor cleaned up. I wasnt aware they kept their guests on the housekeeping payroll! My partner was unable to shower cause it would have caused another mess.
So, besides the fact that if they could have charged for tap water and air, they would have, and the pool waiting for me after my shower, I had a really good stay. The bed was so comfortable I had trouble getting out of it in the morning, and the complimentary coffee turned out to be fresh. The staff understood my concerns and were extremely friendly about providing their information for when I contacted trip.com for my refund.

BBing19I am glad I didn’t pay full price ($350/night) for this. Great location and everything looks nice from the outside and the lobby. The room is decent from the looks but once you stay in there, you will realized nothing is working properly.
The AC/Heater was not working, the control for the AC/Heater doesn’t work so the AC was blasting cold air all night on NYE!!! So we were both freezing and it was 2am!
The TV only have 5 channels and 2 are the same as the other 2, so in reality only 3 channels. The TV quality is also very outdated. Feel like we were watching TV from the 80s/90s when it was the actual 2024 NYE concerts. And on the 5th channel, it is just showing how DirectTV subscription is expired, like what?
The Wifi in the room is not free unless you are a Bonvoy member.
There was less than a quarter roll of toilet paper on the Tp dispenser and they also didn’t provide a second roll. The body wash pump was empty and the shampoo ran out.
The bottom side of the toilet seat looks very filthy as if they haven’t clean that part of the toilet seat in a while. The floor of the bathroom was also very dirty.
We usually check if we can ask for a late check-out the night before, but we called the front desk with no answers. When they finally answered, they said we have to call back at 7am to let us know. Ehh Hello? The whole point of getting a late check out is so we can sleep in? So I had to set an alarm to call back at 7am to get a 1pm check out. It was a bit annoying.
This was a big disappointment for me because this was supposed to be a nice hotel from Marriott as the Autograph Collection. Especially for $350 a night in the middle of Old Town Alexandria, I had expected better quality.
Not to mention the chaos during check-in. Seems like there were only 4 workers there for HUNDReDs of customer. People were angry about being stuck in the parking garage and no one can help them and they gave a lady a room that currently already have someone checked-in. Apparently the lady opened the door when the guy was showering in the room. What a chaos!

GGastnutzerChecked in really late (around midnite but they held my room. I called ahead to let them know I'd be flying in late. Conveniently located on one of the major arteries, which incidentally conveniently ends at the US Coast Guard Training Center. I attended my son's training graduation but his checkout went long - probably because their NCO missed them and didn't want them to leave....so I ended up checking out of the hotel much later than the standard checkout time (11am - I checked out just after 1pm) - but because it was USCG related - they waived the late fee - which was greatly appreciated.
The entrance was easy to park (it was raining) and checkin was really simple once we confirmed my reservation. The breakfast nook was directly opposite the checkin counter which made things easier for later that morning (included breakfast). The elevator hallway had a machine which dispensed junk food and sodas - but you need physical cash to use them. Elevator made for deja vu as it's a standard Radisson layout. The room was clean - no weird smells and quite large and spacious with a receiving room (sofa and tv) hot water pot for coffee tea etc. The bathroom was well stocked with towels but the body wash was weirdly located next to the bathroom sink instead of the shower - that was strange. Hand soap was nice and sizable (useful as a body wash, given the fixed location of the body wash next to the sink). The bed was huge (king?) with plenty of pillows and bedding (sheets blankets etc). The room was quite warm which was nice since it was cold and wintery and wet outside. Staff were all very very nice and welcoming and polite.
All in all - most excellent experience from checkin to checkout. But it's the staff which make the experience smooth and enjoyable.

AAimilidouDas Zimmer ist sehr gut, das Bett ist ausreichend weich, komfortabel, der Flughafenfahrer ist sehr bequem zu empfangen. Geeignet für Reisende, die den Flughafen anlaufen. Die Personalverhältnisse der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und das Gepäck mit Wi-Fi ist sehr hilfsbereit! Es lohnt sich!
Es gibt noch ein Geschäftsbereich im Lobby, in dem die Dateien mit Computern gedruckt und die Geschäftstätigkeit verarbeitet werden können.

GGastnutzerIn pics and in person the modern fresh room style is appealing though the functionality is sub-par. An example: one night table was a solid piece, no drawer or shelf with the top diameter much smaller than my laptop. Typically, a phone (use as an alarm), a bottle of water and an iPad , e-reader or book/magazine would be on a nightstand. Whoops, no room for all that and the slick surface made me nervous to leave my iPad on it. The open closet is fine, especially for me as I don't hang or put clothes in a drawer, but the only space available that wasn't in the bathroom is directly below where one would hang their clothes and right above the fridge. This could make it a perfect spot for a soft sided cooler, but this relatively small space (didn't measure, maybe 14”x20” with Keurig-style coffee maker already on it) is where one might set snacks, extra sodas, the cereal one brings because they like to eat the same thing every day and need a spot to set their cereal bowl while grabbing milk out of fridge right below. Not sure about you, but I'm not terribly comfortable putting food & dishes in the bathroom. Unfortunately, that is where my coffee maker needed to go (if I'm remembering correctly) the outlets where not accessible so Mr. Nespresso did need to go in the bathroom.
Bathroom shower had some mold around the caulk area, otherwise serviceable. Not a horrible room overall, but not as nice as other similarly priced nearby chains so I'll stick to those.

CcyugaoIn der Nähe des Flughafens, Busabholung möglich. Da es weit weg von der Stadt liegt, ist der Preis relativ günstig. Um in die Stadt zu gelangen, muss man mehr als eine halbe Stunde in die U-Bahn umsteigen, was nicht schlecht ist, wenn das Budget knapp ist.
Eine Seite des Zimmers liegt in der Nähe der Straße, daher ist es etwas laut. Nachdem ich mich beschwert hatte, verlegte mich das Hotel auf die andere Seite (ich bin auch Marriott-Mitglied) mit Panoramablick auf Washington.
Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt recht gut und der Service des Hotels war sehr gut!

BBE ABROADABLE - Nat the ExpatBE AWARE: they told me at checkout yesterday that I’d get my $50 deposit back by the evening. Then they said in 3 days. Now they’re saying in 5 days. Still showing that I was charged on my credit card app… So we’ll see if I get that back!
About our stay: If you’re brave and on a budget, you’ll be fine here. But if you’re big on cleanliness and safety then skip this location.
Random crap on the carpet. Shower handles leak all over the floor, and there’s rust all over the ceiling and stuff shoved into gaps to prevent leaks.
The door isn’t secure at all, and the latch chain could just be ripped off if someone pushed hard on the door.
Blood stains (or at least what appeared to be) on the curtain, which also had a massive rip in it.
PROS: no bedbugs and we definitely felt safe there. If in a pinch, we’d stay again because it was cheap (IF I GET MY DEPOSIT BACK, that is. Otherwise it’s not cheap) People at the hotel were friendly, I just hope they’re not lying about giving my deposit back 😂
Breakfast was cereals, breads, gravy, eggs and sausage, and a waffle maker. Nothing seemed fresh, we didn’t really eat much.
Again, if you want cheap, it’s safe enough and does the job. If you want a refreshing stay, look elsewhere.

Diese große Gruppe übernahm den ganzen Platz.
Im Fernsehbereich, wo die Lounge mit lauten Erwachsenen und Kindern gefüllt war.
Wir gingen um 8:30 Uhr ins Zimmer, nachdem wir raus gingen, um eine ruhigere Zeit zu haben.
Die Kinder klopften an der Tür, als sie auf und nach oben auf den Hallenweg laufen, ja, die Eltern stopfen sie nicht.
Ich dachte, das wird bis 12 Uhr ruhig bleiben.
Nun, ich hatte mich geirrt, das, wenn bis 3:09AM in der Halle Leute laufen, während sie auf und nach oben laufen. Dann die Gruppen aus der Seite vor dem Hotel sprechen laut..
Es war so laut, dass Sie es im Zimmer dachte. Wir ließen das Fernsehen auf, um zu sehen, ob das geholfen hat, es tat nicht.
Das Front Desk hätte etwas tun sollen, um dieses Verhalten zu stoppen.
Ich war auch ein zahlender Gast.
Sehr enttäuscht.
Ich sagte dem jungen Mann, der mich auscheckte und er sagte, sie hatten Probleme mit ihnen die ganze Woche.
Also musste ich $ 200.00 bezahlen, um dort zu bleiben und nicht schlafen. Das Frontdesk hätte die Gruppe davon abhalten sollen, den anderen Gast zu stören.
Ich war sehr beunruhigt und versuchte es am nächsten Morgen.
Ich habe nur das, das ich bedaure, sie gehen heute.
