I enjoyed my time at this hotel. It was a lovely stay. The room was clean. The staff was friendly when you call they answer your questions in a timely matter. They are all around the board a great establishment to go and visit in New Orleans. It is close to a lot of different attractions

The hotel itself is fine and the location is excellent, but we had several awful service experiences. First, the king bed room we booked was not available when we check in, so they put us in a double bed room and said they would move us the next day. Then when we went to the front desk to move to our new room, the person at the front desk was not friendly and was taking so long to handle our situation. We were worried we would be late for our tour, so we asked if we could leave and they could move our luggage to the new room. She said no, we can't change rooms until we are ready to move the luggage ourselves, and that our luggage would stay in the old room. When we came back later that day, they moved us to our new room but our luggage was not in our old room or the new room! We were so worried they lost our luggage. Finally they figured out that they moved our luggage to a 3rd room, and they tried to blame us for it. All of these interactions took a long time because the front desk was so slow and the line was long. After all that trouble, they only gave us a meager $25 credit as an apology. Lastly, we accidentally left a small pouch of personal items in our first room and when we told them about this, they made no effort to try and find it. When we checked out, we also left a souvenir we had bought in the room accidentally. We tried calling the hotel to see if they could find the missing item and ship it to us. We waited on hold for a long time before the front desk transferred us to the wrong place, the automated reservations agent. So frustrating! It is clear the staff there do not communicate between shifts or departments and just don't care about treating their guests well. Simple things like contacting the lost and found about a missing item should not be this difficult. The only good staff interactions we had were with the interns who were there on a training program. Also the wifi is not free. How are big hotels like this getting away with charging for wifi in 2025? Tl;dr: staff are not helpful at all, their communication is awful. Wifi not free

Die Hotelzimmer sind recht geräumig und komfortabel, aber im Vergleich zu High-End-Sterne-Hotels ist die Ausstattung durchschnittlich und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist nicht schlecht. Es ist für Familienreisen geeignet!

The hotel was located in a great area. Service was professional and friendly. The dining room for dinner and cocktails was closed; bummer. The breakfast dining was limited. Belgium waffles were their specialty. Lunch items were a couple of soups, a salad, and 2 entrees. The rooms were clean however we had to change rooms due to a constant running toilet. The desk had mentioned compensation but we have not received any this far and we have yet to receive our email receipt.

Als ich ins Zimmer kam, riechte der unvernehmliche Geruch des Urins die Luft. Ich suchte nach der Quelle und, während ich ins Bett kam, fand ich es. Es war die MATTRESS!!!!! Ich bitte um Platzierung in einem anderen Zimmer, das mit einer Entschuldigung begleitet wurde. Im anderen Raum riechte es weniger wie Urin. Aber, Ich habe den Schrank aufgehoben und bemerkte 2 DIESE, Ich meine DIESE, SOCKS, die seit wusste, wann!!!!! Das bedeutete, dass die Blätter nicht gereinigt wurden, auch!!!! Wir mussten gehen!!! Dies war eine Notausflugsfahrt und wir werden nie wieder hier gehen!

Der Service im Hotel war gut, das Hotel war um alle Essensmöglichkeiten herum, das Zimmer war so sauber Wenn ich nach New Orleans zurückkomme, werde ich das gleiche Hotel buchen?

Ich habe dieses Americas Best Value Inn & Suites @ Lake Charles I210-Exit-5 reserviert. Es gab nichts, was mit einer Suite verglichen wurde. In der Tat ist es mehr wie ein Motelklasse. Es gab mehrere Faktoren, die uns NICHT HÜLLIG hier bleiben, und werden wahrscheinlich nicht in Zukunft hier bleiben. Ich erkläre, warum ich dieses Hotel/Motel unter seiner Klasse bewertet habe: a) zuerst ist das Hotel auf ”kostengünstiger” Seite. Die gelieferten Handtücher waren sehr begrenzt, und es gab kein Handtücher für den Boden. Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer sowie die Thru-out der Unterkunft war irritierend. Überall, wo ich helles bloßes Tageslicht sehe, so hell. Das Zimmer hat das gleiche Licht von der Decke. Es war so hell, keine Anpassung. Es ist schwer für eine Person zu schlafen, während die andere Person wach ist und Licht braucht. Das Zimmer fehlt an mehreren grundlegenden Artikeln für ein Hotel, keine Kaffeemaschine. Der Shampoo/Soap lieferte einige Probe 1-person. Das ”Frühstück”-Gebiet war ein Witz. Das einzige, was sich gezeigt hat, war Kaffee, das war überhaupt nicht gut. Aber trip.com's Buchung hatte mich entweder Zimmer mit oder ohne Frühstück ausgewählt. So habe ich mit Frühstück gebucht. Aber es gab nichts. Ich fragte den Empfänger, er sagte, sie haben kein Frühstück, nur Kaffee. Die Seite plus war, sie haben einen guten Kühlschrank. Und sie haben die Mikrowelle im 'Frühstück' Bereich. Obwohl es ein kürzlich errichtetes Hotel erschien, ist es aber nur ein Grundmotel, fehlende Grundbedarfsartikel im Hotelzimmer. Insgesamt würde ich nicht mehr hier bleiben.

Das Hotel liegt direkt über dem Casino. Es ist nicht nötig zu sagen, dass es großartig ist. Essen, trinken und Spaß haben im Casino, aber der Verkehr, um woanders hinzugehen, ist ein Problem. Sie müssen selbst fahren.

Ein großartiger Ort zum Entspannen und etwas Zeit für sich allein. Ich wünschte, sie reinigen den Boden gründlich, wenn meine Füße schmutzig werden.
