I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all the staff for their warm and gracious hospitality during our short stay. Everyone was exceptionally kind and accommodating, especially in allowing us an early check-in at 10:00 AM, as we arrived earlier than expected. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which was kindly extended due to low occupancy. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the view was genuinely pleasant. One of the highlights was being able to see hot air balloons 🎈 directly from the hotel, which made the stay even more special and memorable. While the overall experience was very enjoyable, there are a few areas that could be improved to further elevate the property’s standards: 1. Food quality could be enhanced, particularly breakfast. Having a chef prepare options such as fresh omelettes or scrambled eggs would greatly improve the dining experience. 2. The furnishing and interior details would benefit from a light refresh to give the property a more refined and polished feel. 3. The sliding section of the property could be opened to enhance accessibility and overall flow of the space. 4. Adding a subtle room fragrance would create a more welcoming and pleasant atmosphere upon entering the room. Overall, it was a great and satisfying stay, and with a few thoughtful improvements, this place has the potential to become truly outstanding.

Ausstattung: Das Hotel wurde 1989 erbaut, daher hatte ich keine großen Erwartungen an die Ausstattung, aber sie war recht gut. Gleich beim Betreten sprudeln heiße Quellen von oben herab, und die Landschaft ist immer noch sehr entspannend. Es gibt auch zwei Restaurants, und abends werden Aktivitäten organisiert. Man könnte meinen, das Hotel biete einen Shuttlebus zu den malerischen Gebieten an, aber das ist nicht der Fall. Es gibt auch keinen Flughafentransfer. Verglichen mit dem Kappa sind Service und Ausstattung deutlich schlechter. Service: Abgesehen vom Mann am Morgen des Check-outs waren alle anderen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption gut. Allerdings hatte man auch das Gefühl, dass sie offensichtlich unterbesetzt waren.

Unser Aufenthalt hier war wunderbar. Das Hotel ist klein und familiengeführt, und die Besitzer haben uns sofort herzlich willkommen geheißen. Sie gaben uns viele Tipps und fuhren uns sogar kostenlos mit ihrem eigenen Auto zu den Travertinen. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sehr gemütlich und sauber. Der Pool hatte die perfekte Temperatur zum Abkühlen und Entspannen. Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

Allerdings ist die Sicherheit nur durch Holztüren verschlossen und aus Glasfenstern hergestellt, so, wenn Sie eine Frau allein sind, kann der erste Stock ein wenig schrecklich sein. ㅠ Koreanisch ist ziemlich schlecht ~

This hotel was very clean and more than I expected. Breakfast was enough and hospitality was good. I wish I could stay one more night if I had time.

Highly recommend this hotel for your stay at Pamukkale! The service was great! The staff helped us with the airport transfer (even though there’s some problem during that time, but it was definitely not the hotel’s fault). Dinner was delicious. Also the location of the hotel is great with complementary shuttle to travertine of Pamukkale. Staff were also friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a nice place to stay during your visit to Pamukkale.

Otelin yani pansiyonun aile odasinda 4 yetiskin 1 cocuk olarak 2 gece kaldik. Konumu Pamukkale traverterlerine yurume mesafesinde 5 dk. Fakat kaldigimiz oda cok soguktu, klimayi acmamiza ragmen oda bayagi soguktu, tuvaletten lagam kokusu geliyordu ve bu koku cok rahatsiz ediciydi,ve tuvaletin banyosu yoktu. Ayrica sicak su sorunu vardi. Acikcasi 1 gece konaklama icin, sadece uyumak icin daha tavsiye ederim. Uzun sureli kalislar icin pek uygun degil.

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig, das Zimmer hat einen kleinen Balkon, der Fußballplatz sehen kann und Kleidung nehmen kann. Die Nacht schläft besonders geruchig, wir haben 2 Nächte gelebt, das Frühstück ist für jeden eins, kann Tee essen. Neben dem Parkplatz ist es sehr bequem. Von der Südtür des Cubsburgs ist sehr nahe und der Weg kann erreicht werden. Ich kann morgens den heißen Luftballon sehen 🎈, so wunderschön

The host of this hotel is good. He is sleeping in the counter at midnight. But whenever you need help at 3am, he will give you a helping hand. He is 100/100! Location is a bit far to the city center when comparing to other hotels. But given for this price, I think it’s very good. There is no cover for the bathing area, so water flash out when showering.
