Das Hotel war sagenhaft und die schönste Erinnerung an die gesamte Reise. Der Dekorationsstil ist einfach und stilvoll, die Einrichtungen sind gut und das Zimmer ist geräumig und komfortabel. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Frühstück und Abendessen sind super exquisit und lecker, übertreffen den 4-Sterne-Standard, sind nicht teuer und bieten ein sehr hohes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. I love the wooden floorings of the hotels and the rooms as it gives off a cozy vibe. The room is very clean. The toilet and shower is also up to expectations. However, there are a few drawbacks. The room doesn’t come with a fridge or a hot water flask, so we had to get hot water directly from the tap, which wasn’t very convenient. Nonetheless, there is a water dispenser with cold water available near the lift landing area, which was helpful for quick refills. The Wi-Fi was also on the weaker side, I struggled to play my games in the evenings, and the connection dropped quite often. One thing I found a bit unsettling was the horse portraits hanging in the corridors. A few times, they startled me when I looked up from my phone – they have a slightly creepy vibe, especially at night. Also, the corridor leading to my room got noticeably darker the deeper I went in, which made me feel a bit anxious coming and going. That said, I really appreciated the reception team. They were helpful and friendly, and provided great information about the express buses in and out of town, which made our day trips much smoother. All in all, Moov is a clean and comfortable place to stay with some quirky elements. If you're not too dependent on strong Wi-Fi or extra in-room amenities, it’s still a decent option.

Amazing experience, the hotel and facilities are excellent and with a perfect location. The breakfast was great and the service from arrival to departure all the team members were excellent and professional. Well done to the management and team we will be back

Gute Lage, nahe einem guten Parkplatz und neben den Stadtwänden. Wir waren auf der Straße, aber das Zimmer war sehr ruhig. Sehr gutes Hotel insgesamt.

Dieses Hotel, das aus einem Kloster in der südeuropäischen Landschaft entstanden ist, besticht durch eine wunderschöne Kapelle, ein Restaurant mit Bar in einem umgebauten Flur sowie Olivenhaine und Felder in seinem Garten. Auch die verschiedenen Säle in den öffentlichen Bereichen laden zum Erkunden ein. Der Außenpool dürfte im Sommer sehr beliebt sein. Das Hotel verfügt über zahlreiche Zimmer und bietet Platz für größere Reisegruppen; ich habe dort eine Gruppe von Rentnern gesehen. Obwohl das Hotel etwas außerhalb der Altstadt liegt, ist die Stadt selbst sehr klein, etwa vier Kilometer vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, und eine Taxifahrt zum Bahnhof kostet nur etwa fünf Euro.

Ich empfehle das Hotel. Sauber, großer Parkplatz, nahe den Strecken von Lissabon-Madrid aber ruhig, schöner Schwimmbad, Frühstück ist reichhaltig und warm wie in Polen, der Service kennt Englisch und ist schön, Zimmer sind groß und sauber . Die gleichen Pluss !!!

Had a wonderful stay at the Convento de Arraiolos, even if a slightly eventful. Arriving late at night, we found the reception empty and had to wander though the hotel grounds - which are not small - searching for someone to talk to. Eventually we found the restaurant and a member of staff sent word to the receptionist. I couldn't help but wonder if we weren't interrupting the young lady's dinnertime... She was very apologetic for the absence, and even told us to use the internal pool and sauna, even though it was already well beyond operating hours. Both pools are excellent, and the sauna soothing after a very long day. The bed was super comfortable and breakfast quite good - don't miss the local cheeses and bread! Even though the hotel seemed to be running quite short staffed - which may account for the fact we found uncollected trash in the bathroom bin - the staff were impeccable and highly professional. Moreover, the tennis court is in a state of disarray, the pavement sure looks in need of a makeover. All in all definitely recommended for a wonderful stay and relaxation, just some management decisions seem baffling, at a place run by a brand of such reputation as the Pestana group.
