"Ich bleibe immer im Monarch Hotel, wenn ich im Bereich für Geschäftstätigkeit bin. Betten sind sauber und komfortabel für Provinzstandards. Zimmer ist geräumig, Badezimmer ist sauber, obwohl Toiletten können verbessert werden. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend, Kaffee ist überraschend gebraut und nicht sofort. Sie haben einen Fitnessraum und einen Pool für eine schnelle Übung. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel, wenn Sie in Pangasinan bleiben. Bisher ist es das beste Hotel um Dagupan -Calasiao Bereich."

"Es gibt viel zu sagen, lass mich es für euch brechen’ •Die Lage war zugänglich, nur auf der Hauptstraße. •Sie haben Restaurant im Hotel, Essen war gut und erschwinglich. • Personal war annäherbar und untergebracht. • Das Zimmer war überraschend sauber und hatte heißes Wasser in der Dusche Kons • Die Schleife ist dünn, wenn Sie leicht kalt werden, bringen Sie besser eine zusätzliche Schleife. • Das Frühstück ist einfach und ein wenig Öl oder Fett. • Kinda weit von den touristischen Orten entfernt, aber wenn Sie ein Auto haben oder einen Mietwagen haben, wird es für Sie kein Problem sein. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt wirklich genossen. Ich werde hier in Zukunft sicherlich wieder buchen 🫶🏻"

"Meine Frau und ich besuchten Vigan City für eine Fahrradreise. Das Hotel ist ein wunderbares Gebäude, das Personal war großartig, es gab eine große Auswahl an Lebensmitteln zu wählen. Der Dachdeckpool und die Bar waren sehr schöner Ort zum Kühlen. Sie hatten sichere Parkplätze unter dem Hotel, das perfekt war für die Lagerung unserer Fahrräder aus der Straße. Nur denke ich kann denken, dass das nicht für mich war, dass die Bettwäsche war, sie waren dick, ich bevorzuge eine dünnere Wäsche. Aber das ist nicht viel."

"I booked a King Room, which was more expensive than the other room options. When I arrived, I was given a room with a double bed instead. I showed the staff my booking confirmation email clearly stating that I had reserved a King Room, but they insisted that their system only showed a double bed reservation. What was most disappointing was that no alternative was offered—there was no attempt to explain the discrepancy, provide another room, or offer any form of compensation. Overall, the experience was frustrating, especially since I paid extra for a specific room type that I did not receive."

"The Swim Room offers a great view and semi-private pool. However, we stayed during the weekday so it seems like we had the pool exclusively to ourselves. Rated 3 stars for cleanliness because the tissue on our bedside table has that undesirable smell. Glass sliding doors are not regularly wiped clean because there are still marks left maybe from past guests. On a positive note, I'd like to commend the staff for their warm welcome and immediate response and action whenever they are called upon. Moreover, we loved the food served to us for our supper brought to our room up to our buffet breakfast. They have lots of food choices and different types of drinks. Also, the pool is well-maintained but I hope they clean it earlier before guests are allowed to swim. Overall, we had our money's worth during our stay at Hudor Resort."

"I really had a wonderful stay at Aureo. Upon check in, at first, I thought the resort was beautiful but does not have a wow factor until I tried all the loop pool and the other amenities and it changed my whole perspective! The resort was amazing especially the loop pool which I did enjoy a lot. No wonder the hotel is so hype. Thanks also to trip.com for the easy booking. It was so smooth and I did not encounter any problem with the process. Trip.com also offered a way cheaper rate compared to other booking apps because of big discounts and cashbacks. My birthday became so unforgettable because of this. I will definitely go back!"

"Good -Park like setting, pet friendly, many nice pools to use. Couple villa has own little pool surrounded by plants for privacy. Air-conditioned room. Warm shower water, local drinking water provided. Eating area inside room, ref and sink. Gated entry with gate guard. Provided breakfast, portions are local but quite filling. Plenty of onsite parking (watch out for coconuts above car). Golf cart with driver available but the walk is really short and mostly flat. Toothbrush and amenities provided. Ants and bugs are typical so not an issue (bug spray recommended for foreigners). Employees welcoming and very responsive and well groomed. Room service (took for all meals). Bad -lack of food menu in room with room service offered, housekeeping called Butler but not. Provided cell phone with load, load expired initially. Updates every 6 hours to phone via text message. 80% of time housekeeping could not be reached. Menu once either found on web site or brought to door many things not available and size of portion not clear. Food cold sometimes upon delivery and or not taste very good, food service is slow. Bar soap provided is nice but small (cut down from a larger bar). A bit of a drive to anything else nearby and not much else found to do here. Ugly -Breakfast order lost on last day to check out, was placed 6PM in person at door night before. If had not called would not have been provided (since we had pet with us, opted for room service) Housekeeping light not working at front door to make up room. Ref compressor noise. Sometimes arcing / hum noise coming from electrical panel. Expectation of vacationer not in alignment with profit margin site manager is attempting to generate from each stay. You are left with a feeling of overpaying for a level of service that was lacking and this felt in relation to how the business just seems to be run. Arrival was overwhelming (good) but departure needs improvement."

"Not terrible, not great. Just... bearable. Front desk was polite and checked us in quick. No attitude. You get what you pay for. If you just need a bed and shower for the night, it works."
