Hotels mit Frühstück in Präfektur Niigata, Japan

Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel! ! Schön war auch, dass man mit einem privaten Aufzug ins große Gemeinschaftsbad gelangen konnte. Auch die kostenlose Massage war super. Das Frühstück war köstlich und ich habe viel gegessen, während ich auf den Bahnhof Nagoya geblickt habe. Es war auch praktisch, unser Gepäck nach dem Check-out aufzubewahren. Ich würde es gerne wieder verwenden, wenn ich nach Niigata komme.

Everything was smooth and pleasant from check-in to check-out. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning couldn’t be switched to cooling, as the hotel uses a central HVAC system that provides heating during the autumn season. Since the windows couldn’t be opened to let in cool air, the room felt a bit warm at times. Other than that, everything else was comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel itself is quite nice, and the service at the reception desk was excellent. The staff in person were polite and genuinely tried to help with anything I needed during my stay. However, I was very disappointed with the phone service. When I called the hotel and spoke in English, the call was hung up on me. I tried several times and the same thing happened. It did not seem like the staff member on the phone was willing to assist or find a solution. This left a very negative impression. As this is an “International Hotel,” I expected at least basic English communication or an attempt to assist rather than disconnecting the call. I already informed the hotel about this issue and I sincerely hope they improve their phone service permanently. Additionally, the hotel is located 10 mins by walk from the city center so you will likely need to take a taxi to travel around. Overall, the in person service was good but the phone communication experience needs serious improvement.

The hotel itself was nice, but the staff at the ski resort was horrible, the rentals are also not well maintained. The boards are not waxed, which makes it difficult to work with as there are a lot of flat routes which are difficult to avoid (Pony and village road were the flattest slope Ive ever seen in my life, I had to unstrap and walk and the board just wouldn't move). Ski resort staff were unfriendly and the rental staff was the worst, there was a lady there that was cold and rude. The only reason why the rental shop is surviving is probably because the equipments are salomon branded and that there is no other option.  I would visit again but only because the routes are fun, Myoko long run was the best, but I would never want to rent from the shop again. The food was very very good. For breakfast, you could choose from western or Japanese buffet. Western buffet is highly recommended, the omelette was the best ive eaten in my life and there was a diy risotto which was great as well. For dinner, there were 4 options, either buffet, steak, Japanese or shabushabu. All requiring reservations which is tough if you are checking in the evening as some might not be available. Highly recommend the steak, the food was good and the staff were amazing. Japanese was the hardest to get a reservation for but the food was quite underwhelming. The room was clean and ski lockers are also provided but it's tiny and can barely fit 2 boards. But I wish that in the toilet in the common area, you can adjust the tap temperature as the water is freezing cold. Amenities wise, bottled water are provided daily, also, yukata was provided but you can only wear them to the onsen which was extremely troublesome as I had to change multiple times a day.  The hotel provides shuttle bus services to and fro jyoetsumyoko station which was easy to book. The bus drivers were also friendly and helped out with the luggage. In summary, for a 5 stars hotel, it didn't live up to expectations, ski resort and rental staffs were unwilling to help and unfriendly. Also, some of the staffs could not speak Japanese which is puzzling for a hotel in Japan. If not for the amazing snow and slopes I would never come back.

Location is super convenient, less than 5mins walk to the JR station. Love the room as well, it is tiny if you hav a huge luggage, but i love that the room feels brand new, and everything is clean. The view from the window is great, you can see people walking around the station, no blocking by any tall buildings. Window can be opened, which is great, as it make the room feel fresh and cooling. Will definitely stay again if i go to Niigata. There's also laundry facilities and microwave , it is so essential for traveller like me who love to buy food from supermarkets. Perfect experience

Ich habe meine Handschuhe irgendwo in einer Stadt, die ich besuchte, verlegt. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr hilfreich, mir zu helfen, diese Orte zu rufen, die ich besuchte, um zu überprüfen, ob sie meine Handschuhe finden können. Trotz der Sprachbarriere waren sie sehr proaktiv in ihrer Hilfe und Hilfe. Ich kann nicht helfen, sondern ich fühle die berühmte japanische Gastfreundschaft aus ihren Diensten. Sie haben ein Restaurant im Haus, das lokale Gerichte serviert, die Sie in Niigata zu versuchen, ihre Service waren auch sehr freundlich und willkommen. Ich fühlte mich sehr bequem mit meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel wegen ihrer Aufmerksamkeit auf den Service.

The hotel is very clean and the room is spacious. The only two things that I dislike is the separate toilet and bath which is small plus no hook to hang clothes and need to climb a slope everytime you go in/out of the hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. Hearty complimentary breakfast. Would be better if bottle of water were offered in the room.

バスから降りたらすぐです。 外に出るとアーケイド内に色々お店もあり便利でした、ホテルの方も親切でした。 楽しい一人旅になりました✨

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber. Parkplatz war einfach und konnte bei der Rezeption bezahlt werden. Lage war gut.
