"Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Perfekter Standort um die Stadt zu erkunden. 10min zu nahezu jeder Attraktion. Wir haben im Parkhaus geparkt direkt neben dem hotel, bei dem man lieber früher kommen sollte, da das parken anhand first come first serve Parkplätze vergibt. Bequeme Betten und sehr viele Annehmlichkeiten zum Baden, Duschen und Beauty! Es gibt bis 20 Uhr kostenlos Sake, Wein und Tees!"

"Rooms (3/5): For a family of 3 the room was relatively spacious and had no trouble handling us and our luggage. There is a decent amount of wall plugs with 2 in the room and a third in the seating area. They also give an extension cable with 2 sockets and 2 usb ports. The toilet is spacious and the bath is decent in size. Overall atmosphere of the room was calm and relaxing. Service (4/5): Service was exceptional, the receptionist introduced the hotel to us well and they had several pamphlet guides from how to wear a yukata to how to behave in an onsen and several others which was nice to havw. When leaving the onsen by car, they also wave until you are out of sight which is a small cherry on the top. Facilities (4/5): They have 2 onsens, mens and ladies which alternate daily. I only had the joy of trying one of them which was lovely and had a small cold bath outside which is a plus in my book. In the mainlobby they also have free flow non alcoholic drinks through a dispenser, having hot drinks like tea and coffee and cold calpis, coke, sprite, orange juice and water. Had a nice time after the onsen grabbing something sweet and cold then sitting in the lounge to cool off. Food (3/5): The dinner was lovely. They served a variety of food with the steamed horse mackeral standing out (this is coming from a person who does not like fish that is cooked besides when its battered). The seaweed and miso based paste also went lovely with the rice. Breakfast was also decent but nothing outstanding besides the pudding at the end. Overall 3.5/5: If you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city and just really want to kick back and relax this is the place to be. For me, this Ryokan is worth visiting again if I ever pass by. Nothing extremely exceptional but overall enjoyable experience."

"Ich habe dieses Hotel kurzfristig für die Nacht gebucht. Es war ein typisches japanisches Budgethotel; das Zimmer war klein, aber es hatte alles Nötige. Das Bett war sauber und hygienisch, und die separate Dusche und Toilette waren ein tolles Extra."

"It is one of the biggest ryokans we have visited with a lot of amenities. Guests are mostly Japanese..giving a family/retirement village vibes. Our room came with breakfast and dinner plan - food was delicious and very fresh! One thing to note when booking on Trip is that there are many room types available, but the pictures shown are not accurate!! When I booked my room, the pictures showed an in-room onsen tub-lookalike..and the room descriptions seem to support it too, along with the price. However, when I arrived, the room I was given was not like the pics at all..with no private tub/onsen in the room. We really wanted a private onsen to end our trip on a high, but we were left disappointed. Could not help but feel slightly cheated. We wanted to pay for an upgrade,to get one with in-room onsen but were told all were fully booked.:( so be careful when booking your desired room type."

"Es gibt natürliche Wärme in der Nähe. Jeder kann sich entspannen und bleiben. Da es in der Stadt ist, gibt es viele Restaurants in der Nähe, und als ich nach Jinze ging, wollte ich bleiben."

"Das Hotel war nur neben dem FORUS Einkaufszentrum. Super bequem gehen Sie zum Bahnhof und Pokemon-Zentrum. Unser Zimmersuze ist 20m2 und es ist im 12. Stock mit schöner Stadtblick. Der Preis, den wir gezahlt haben, ist sehr gut und sehr empfohlen dieses Hotel. Wir bleiben hier, wenn wir das nächste Mal Kanazawa besuchen."

"Große öffentliche Laden haben Mais, sehr komfortabel. Die Sauberkeit ist perfekt und bietet viele bequeme Einrichtungen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, die Kinder sind sehr zufrieden mit der automatischen Wäschemaschine. Das ist ein Hotel, das Sie absolut gerne aufhalten möchten. Ich werde Sie wieder einmal stören, um den Wiederaufbau zu unterstützen."

"Es gibt einen offenen Pool in einem großen öffentlichen Badegebiet, so dass ich eine einfache Zeit verbringen kann. Diesmal habe ich kein Essen, aber das Frühstück sagte, der reichhaltige Hela-Bade ist wach, also möchte ich es nächstes Mal verwenden."

"Die Umgebung ist so schön, dass es einen Heilungsraum ist. Die heißen Quellen sind etwas blockiert, aber man kann den Fluss hören und heiße Quellen haben. Die Sauna und das kalte Bad sind auch gut vorbereitet, so können Sie eine Vielzahl von Baden genießen. Nach den heißen Frühlingen können Sie eine Vielzahl von Tee und Eiskuchen genießen. Darüber hinaus bietet die Lounge auch unendliche Snacks und Weinölsache. Es ist ein optimierter Ort für Trinkliebhaber. Die Zimmer sind auch neu renoviert und geräumig und sauber. Ich werde nächstes Mal wieder bleiben. Sehr empfohlen."

"Das mitgebrachte Handy-Ladegerät passte nicht, also fragte ich sie um Rat und sie schickten es mir sofort zu, was sehr hilfreich war. Außerdem habe ich wegen des plötzlichen Regens um „Sonnenschirme zum Ausleihen“ gebeten, aber alle waren bereits ausgeliehen. Also kaufte ich ihn sofort (da es sich um einen Vinylschirm handelte, den man überall findet) und fragte: „Könnten Sie etwas Klebeband darauf kleben, damit ich den Unterschied leicht erkennen kann?“ Und sie gaben mir etwas aushärtendes Klebeband dafür ließ sich leicht abziehen und sorgfältig aufkleben. Ich war sehr beeindruckt. Vielen Dank."
