This hotel has an excellent location — right in front of Hisayaodori Subway Station Exit 4, which made getting around extremely convenient. There’s also a 7-Eleven just next door, and right behind the hotel is a lively district filled with restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, and malls. It connects directly to Oasis and Sakae, so everything is within easy walking distance. I chose a shower-only room since I rarely use a bathtub. The sink being located outside the bathroom was actually a plus for me, as it provided better lighting for makeup. The room also had a large window, which made the space feel more open and comfortable. One of the main reasons I didn’t use the shower much is because the hotel has a really nice public bath. It’s very comfortable, with both indoor and semi-outdoor areas. I absolutely loved this facility — it was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel also collaborates with a luggage courier service that can send your suitcase to a building next to Nagoya Station (not directly inside the station), which is very convenient. I booked a room with breakfast, and although the selection was simple, everything tasted really good. There were real, hearty dishes, soup, some Western options, as well as desserts, coffee, and tea — all complete and very comforting. Some of the menu items also changed daily, which I really appreciated. I was very happy with the food overall. The lobby is beautiful, with high ceilings, large windows, and very comfortable sofas. The staff were generally helpful, but I did encounter one issue. Aside from 2 staff members (who I believe may have been of Indian descent), the Japanese staff did not speak English. While I understand this can happen, I think having basic English skills would be very helpful, especially since this hotel accommodates many international guests. When I asked about the luggage courier service, I felt like I was being passed around between staff. Another staff member came out to assist, but unfortunately, they also did not speak English and did not attempt to use a translation app. Instead, they tried to explain using pen and paper, which made the situation quite confusing. I felt there was very little effort to communicate clearly, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has great facilities and an unbeatable location. I hope the communication aspect can be improved, as I would definitely stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you!

Da ich eine Kunstausstellung im nahegelegenen Parco besuchte, habe ich mich für dieses Hotel in der Nähe entschieden und war sehr positiv überrascht 😄. In einem Umkreis von 3 Minuten findet man Alpen, Arc'teryx, Birkenstock und Oakley. Wenn man die Hauptstraße entlanggeht, reihen sich vier oder fünf große Einkaufszentren aneinander – man könnte stundenlang shoppen und würde trotzdem nicht alles sehen 😭. Ich hatte gar keine Zeit, die Gegend um den Nagoya Bahnhof zu erkunden. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet und die Zimmer sind für japanische Verhältnisse nicht klein. Am wichtigsten ist, dass es eine Dusche gibt. Da ich unterwegs keine Badewanne benutze, wähle ich immer Hotels mit Dusche. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist auch sehr neu und ich kann es sehr empfehlen. Das Matsuzakaya Südgebäude schräg gegenüber hat einen direkten Aufzug (auf der Rückseite, wo das Hands-Werbeschild ist), der direkt ins B2 fährt und mit der U-Bahn verbunden ist. So konnte ich an diesem Tag auch mit zwei Koffern problemlos dorthin gelangen. Nächstes Mal, wenn ich nach Nagoya fahre, werde ich wahrscheinlich wieder dieses Hotel wählen, es ist wirklich sehr gut 👍

Alles ist gut, guter Standort (nahe dem AEON Supermarkt, nur einen Spaziergang über die Straße und Sie werden eine Bahnstation sehen), ruhig und weniger besetzt im Vergleich zu der zentralen Nagoya, und das Zimmer ist viel größerer als andere Hotels in Japan

I recently stayed 9h Nine Hours in Nagoya and had a pleasant experience overall. One of the biggest advantages of this hostel is its excellent location. It is conveniently located near Nagoya Station, making it easy to travel around the city and to other destinations. There are also plenty of cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, which made my stay even more convenient. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The sleeping pods are located on a different floor from the shower area, changing room, and luggage storage. On the positive side, this setup helps keep the sleeping area quiet and comfortable. I was able to rest well every night without being disturbed by noise. However, the separation of the facilities can be a little inconvenient. If you forget something in your luggage or need to grab an item, you have to take the elevator and move between floors. In addition, the shower and grooming area can get quite crowded during peak hours, especially in the early morning and late evening. At those times, you may need to wait for a shower, hair dryer, or space to get ready. Despite these minor inconveniences, I really enjoyed my stay. The hostel was clean, comfortable, and well-organized, and I would happily stay here again when visiting Nagoya.

Ein schöner Ort, um in Nishiki zu bleiben und es ist zu Fuß in der Sunshine Mall. Großer Ort, um zu bleiben und kostenlose Kaffee- und Suppe von 12 bis 9 Uhr nur Gästen. Kostenloses Frühstück von 6.30am bis 9.15am. Das Frühstück könnte mich fast einen Tag lang dauern. Ich werde in Erwägung ziehen, beim nächsten Besuch in Nagoya wieder zu bleiben.

Room price includes breakfast, while the options are limited, the taste and quality is good. Love the curry and it's soft scrambled egg. Room size I booked is typical Japanese business hotel size, which is compact. Location is like 5-10 mins to Nagoya station, 5 mins to Aeon Mall, and 15 mins to Toyota Commemorative Museum (all in walking distance). Also they have supplementary coffee and soft drinks throughout the day at the breakfast hall until 11pm. You can heat up your food as there is a microwave there. A good hangout place with friends for night snack before hitting the bed.

Hotel is conveniently located near JR Nagoya Station north exit at Taiko-dori side (太阁通口），about 5 minutes walk. There are many restaurants nearby the hotel and a 7elevan in walking distance. The room is comfortable and clean, the bed is good too. The staff are friendly. Highly recommended if you looking for a hotel near station.

Das Zimmer ist sehr komfortabel, alle Einrichtungen vorhanden, Frühstück hat eine Vielzahl von Wahlen, Check-out um 12:00 ist ein Plus, das Personal am Tag ist sehr hilfreich, das Personal am Nachtzeit gab uns eine Einstellung, die sich überrascht fühlte, unter dem Namen Marriott zu treffen, Kostbarer Laden & Donki nur über die Straße, günstige Lage um die Stadt zu gehen

Die Lage ist gut, sehr nahe dem Fernsehturm und Sakae Bereich und viele Lebensmittelwahlen. Allerdings ist der Service nicht bis zu Japan Standard. Ich trug zwei Taschen und einen großen Taschen plus eine Jacke, als ich incheckte und versuchte, eine der Mitarbeiter zu bitten, um zu helfen, eine der Taschen auf mein Zimmer zu ziehen, aber sie bot keine Hilfe, es war nie die Spitze Stunde und es gab keinen Kunden am Lobby. Ich war ein wenig enttäuscht. Für die Reinigung würde ich fair sagen, da der Teppich sehr alt und schmutzig aussieht.
