The reception staff is okay beyond the fact that the room is 90€ and if you arrive at 8 am and you need to sleep because you had a nighttime flight they will charge you 111€ extra for this price I really suggest you to sleep elsewhere, the restaurant team members are absolutely not nice there was an east European waiter that called me and my friend prostitut@s on Russian ( while talking on the phone and serving a drink in the same time commenting on the phone that she gave to serve at a prostitut@s ) and they have a really cool gym but no spa or massage The staff have to be more careful because I speak 7 languages and you never know who you have in front of you .

Struttura alberghiera situata nel cuore di Porretta, posizione ideale per escursioni nella zona. I titolari sono molto gentili.

Professionelle, freundliche und verfügbare Mitarbeiter, telefonisch und in Anwesenheit. Räumige, sehr saubere Zimmer mit jedem Komfort (TV, Kühlschrank, freundliches Wasser) ein wenig warm im Inneren für unsere Gewohnheiten, aber völlig subjektiv. Perfekte Lage zwischen dem Einkaufszentrum und dem Bellaria-Krankenhaus. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Wir haben 2019 bereits in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Seitdem ist das Hotel natürlich etwas abgenutzt und der Service hat nachgelassen (keine kostenlosen Strandtücher, kein Mineralwasser, keine Hausschuhe usw.). Aber in Bezug auf Preis/Leistung ist es immer noch eine der besten Lösungen! Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Küste, nahe genug am Bahnhof, Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es viele leckere Restaurants und Souvenirläden. Auch das Frühstück hat sich verschlechtert, aber insgesamt ist es ein gutes Buffet, sodass man garantiert nicht hungrig nach Hause gehen wird. Es gibt einen Pool, aber die Heizung war ausgeschaltet, sodass ihn niemand benutzen konnte – das Wasser ist eiskalt. Die Wellnessangebote haben wir nicht genutzt. Es verdient keine 4 Sterne, aber 3 Sterne – durchaus.

Das vier Sterne Hotel ist ca. 5 Minuten zum Strand zum Zentrum sind es 1,5 bis 2 km. Frühstück ist einfach vollkommen ich glaube jeder wird da glücklich. Preise sind außer im Juni Juli und August sehr günstig. Für eine Zimmer mit Blick auf das Meer zahlt man 5 Euro drauf es lohnt sich.

I had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches like two complimentary water bottles and essential amenities provided. The buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a great variety of fresh and tasty options. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient during both check-in and check-out, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Es stimmt, man hat direkten Meerblick. Es ist zwar etwas weit vom Bahnhof entfernt, aber man kann den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer gut beobachten. Das Zimmer war tatsächlich recht klein und alt, mit Kratzern auf dem Boden. Die Sauberkeit war akzeptabel und das Frühstück war recht gut. Ein paar Worte zum Rezeptionspersonal: An meinem zweiten Tag rannten sie mir hinterher, als ich bereits im Aufzug war, und fragten, ob ich meinen Schlüssel hätte … etwas seltsam.
