A special commendation must go to Mr. Niraj, the Restaurant Manager. His presence made every meal a delightful experience. He effortlessly combined professional efficiency with a genuine, personal touch, ensuring that every guest felt valued and cared for. It's clear he leads his team with excellence, creating a dining atmosphere that is both sophisticated and welcoming. Similarly, Mr. Shubam at the front desk extended a wonderfully warm welcome, setting a positive tone for my entire stay. His friendly demeanor, quick efficiency, and genuine desire to assist made the check-in process seamless and pleasant. He truly made me feel right at home from the moment I stepped through the doors. Delicious Culinary Delights And let's talk about the delicious food! The culinary offerings at The Westin Himalayas are outstanding. Each meal was a delightful journey of flavors, with a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate. The quality and presentation of the dishes were consistently excellent, making dining a highlight of my stay. A Truly Memorable Stay: Overall, The Westin Himalayas delivers an unforgettable experience. The combination of its amazing location, the unparalleled serenity of the Himalayas, delicious food, and most importantly, the incredibly courteous and attentive staff—especially the personal touches from Mr. Niraj and Mr. Shubam—creates a truly exceptional stay. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already looking forward to my next visit.

I was wonderfull stay breakfast was awesome and Rooms were neat and clean. Staff was quite cooperative.

This was the fifth hotel I stayed in, in this current trip to India, and it was by bfar the least satisfactory. Truth be told, it was the cheapest, too, but I did not choose it solely for the price; it had a lot of great reviews. The day I arrived I was chocked, because it looked run down: paint coming off the bedroom walls, stained walls and floors on the bathroom, stained towels and bed sheets. I believe the towels and bed sheets were clean, but they looked dirty from the stains. Most serious hotels would have discarded them. In fact, this hotel feels more like a hostel (a run-down hostel). I couldn't believe that it had so many positive reviews on Trip.com. Lots of people giving it a ten! Crazy! And very suspicious! I should have read the negative reviews more carefully, because all the warning signs were there. Anyway, I can't in good conscience reccomend this hotel, and I feel bad for the staff, because they were friendly enough. The owners should make major investments in renovation. Finally, I shouldn't forget to mention that the bedroom had a door window, but with no view, except for the wall of the building next door. So, no view and no sunshine getting into the room. The location is good, as far as the attractions are concerned, but the hotel street is very noisy. If you go, ask for a room away from the front.

We stayed in the resort and had excellent experience. All the staff were very helpful. The location of the resort is next to corbett park, giving a very serene and natural environment. I would like to thank specially mr. Kapil, who guided us very well and made our stay memorable. Overall very comfortable stay and experience

We stayed at Spellmount Hotel during our family trip to Kausani, and it truly cast a spell on us. The panoramic views of the Trishul, Nanda Devi, and Panchachuli peaks from the room balcony were simply breathtaking, the kind of vista that makes you pause and just take it all in. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortably warm for the hill station weather. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was genuinely warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. They helped us with fantastic local recommendations that made us feel right at home. They also have interconnected rooms for families and that was a hit for my daughter. The location is ideal, peaceful and away from the main road bustle, yet close enough to explore Kausani's tea gardens and viewpoints. Mornings here, with a cup of tea and that uninterrupted mountain panorama, are worth the entire trip. We travelled as a multi-generational family including elderly parents and a young child, and the hotel made it comfortable for everyone. If you're looking for a serene Kumaon getaway with stunning views and heartfelt hospitality, Spellmount is an excellent choice.

Wir hatten einen sehr komfortabelen Aufenthalt in Auradoon in Dehradun. Das Hotel ist auf den Fußgängern des Berggebiets nestled, bietet atemberaubende Aussichten auf die Hügel direkt von unserem Zimmer. Die Lage ist wunderschön friedlich und scenisch, aber etwas weiter von der Hauptstadt entfernt. Das Stadtzentrum Dehradun ist leicht zugänglich mit Taxi oder Privatwagen, die es bequem erkunden. Die Zimmer waren groß und geräumig, mit schönen vorneigenen Blick auf die Hügel, die jeden Morgen speziell gemacht. Sauberkeit war oben-notch überall im Besitz alles fühlte sich frisch, hygienische und gut gepflegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und untergebracht. Sie besuchten uns schnell alle unsere Bedürfnisse und machten uns wirklich willkommen. Besondere Erwähnung an Chef Himanshu er war sehr sorgfältig und persönlich bot uns einige der Geschmackgerichte, die er bereitete. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker, jeden Tag mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet. Insgesamt war es eine entspannende und nützliche Erfahrung. Sehr empfohlen für jeden, der eine ruhige Geata in der Nähe von Dehradun mit hervorragender Service und großartigen Speisen sucht. Wir werden sicherlich wieder besuchen!

I had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is extremely clean, comfortable, and completely free from any unpleasant smells. The housekeeping team does an excellent job maintaining the rooms and common areas. The bed was very comfortable, and I had some of the best sleep during my trip. The hotel manager and staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Most of the staff speak English, making communication easy. Even for those who speak limited English, they always try their best to assist with a smile. The food was delicious, and there were plenty of options to enjoy during my stay. I would also like to compliment the security guards, who were very friendly, and made me feel safe throughout my visit. The location is another big advantage. There are many shops, restaurants, hair saloon and banks within walking distance, making everything very convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience. Clean rooms is the best, great food, excellent service, and a convenient location. I would definitely stay here again.

Unglaubliche Service und Gastfreundschaft. Jeder war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein Zimmer war hell und sauber und komfortabel. Ich brauchte ein ruhiges Zimmer und der Manglesh, der Mangelsh, war unglaublich zugekommen. Jeden Tag stellte er sicher, dass ich komfortabel war und alles hatte, was ich brauchte. Frühstück ist großartig mit vielen Optionen, einschließlich frisches Obst. Die Server waren alle freundlich und hilfreich, vor allem Aman, der großartig war, wenn ich an meinen Auftrag erinnern.  Ich hatte auch Mittagessen im Restaurant und der Kundenservice war einfach unglaublich. Aman und der Manager nahmen mir wirklich große Sorgen.  Das Personal am Vordertisch und die Hauspflege waren auch wunderbar hilfreich. (Als eine Frau, die allein reist, bin ich immer sehr zufrieden, wenn es eine Frau gibt, die mir auch helfen kann. Vielen Dank Kiran für ihren glücklichen Service.) Die GM war auch verfügbar und freundlich zu helfen , wenn ich etwas nötig.  Es ist ein tolles Hotel mit einer tollen Lage ( direkt neben Parmarth Ashram und sehr nahe dem Beatles ashram) und das Personal macht die Erfahrung wirklich wunderbar.

After 2 days of work visit to Kashipur, I decided to stay closer to Pantnagar airport only for the night and booked Radisson Blu in Rudrapur town. And it was a pleasant surprise right from the time I entered the hotel lobby late afternoon. The modern hotel property is maintained extremely clean and professional by the team. Right from the check in formalities handled by the front desk staff and guiding me to my room and the evening dinner at the restaurant and finally to arranging a wonderful breakfast at 6.45 AM ( before the actual restaurant opening time of 7 AM) made me feel delighted to have stayed at Radisson Rudrapur and with a plan to certainly stay here during my future visits. Thanks to the entire staff and specially to the F&B manager Hapin Sahu for personally guiding through the dinner selection and ensuring my comfort.
