"Ausgezeichnete Lage. Allerdings war der Lärm vom Club nebenan bis 3 Uhr morgens sehr laut und beeinträchtigte den Schlaf. Hatte am nächsten Morgen einen Flug und war wegen Schlafmangel müde. Habe der Rezeptionistin am Morgen von dieser Belästigung erzählt, aber die Rezeptionistin sagte nur, dass der Lärm vom Club nebenan kommt und das Personal nicht darauf trainiert ist, mit solchen Problemen umzugehen. Zimmer neben dem Club sollten gemieden werden."

"Als ich mit einem Freund nach Indien reiste, blieb ich am nächsten Morgen früh dort, bevor ich nach Jaipur zog. Insgesamt war es ziemlich gut. <Vorteile> Ich übernachtete in einer der Unterkünfte in der Nähe von Paharganj, weil sie bei Koreanern berühmt war. Der Zustand der Zimmer war gut und die Betten bequem, sodass ich bequem schlafen konnte. Es war auch praktisch, am nächsten Tag zum Bahnhof Neu-Delhi zu fahren. Der Fußweg vom Hotel zum Bahnhof dauert etwa 5-7 Minuten. Die Straße, auf der ich ging, war eine große Hauptstraße und die Straßenbeleuchtung brannte, es war also nicht gefährlich. In der Nähe gab es ein nordindisches Curry-Restaurant, sodass es gut für ein schnelles Abendessen war, auch wenn wir spät ankamen. <Nachteile> Ich konnte meine Haare nicht waschen, weil ich keinen Fön hatte. Wenn Sie längere Zeit hier bleiben möchten, bringen Sie einen Haartrockner mit. Es fiel mir schwer, mir die Zähne zu putzen, weil der Abfluss aus dem Waschbecken nicht richtig ablief. Ich hoffe, Sie kümmern sich einfach gut um den Abfluss des Waschbeckens."

Das Frühstück ist weiterhin ein Highlight, bietet einen angenehmen Start zum Tag mit seiner Qualität und Vielfalt. Nachdem ich in den letzten vier Jahren hier geblieben bin, habe ich jedoch einen Mangel an signifikanten Änderungen oder Updates in den Zimmern bemerkt. Um seine Attraktion und Komfort zu erhalten, ist es an der Zeit, dass das Hotel einige Renovierungsarbeiten in den Zimmern in Betracht ziehen, um sicherzustellen, dass die physische Umgebung den hohen Standards der Service und Gastfreundschaft entspricht, die mich wiederkommen halten."

"Great customer service from all the staff. The Executive Club Double room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel provides plenty of complimentary bottled drinking water. There are multiple check-in and check-out counters, so the process is usually quick with little to no waiting. The hotel also offers luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, which is very convenient. The location is excellent, with a metro station just a short walk away, making it easy to get around Delhi. E-hailing ride services are also available at any time. A few minor drawbacks: the hotel can get quite busy, so you may need to wait a few minutes to be seated for breakfast during peak hours. The lifts also have an unusual T-shaped layout. The area near the entrance is quite narrow, so it can feel cramped when someone is already standing by the door. Another minor issue was the air conditioning. The temperature control did not seem to work properly. Although the highest setting was around 20.5°C, the actual room temperature I measured was only 10–14°C. The only solution was to switch the air conditioning off when the room became too cold and turn it back on later after it had warmed up. While this was a minor inconvenience, it did not significantly affect my overall stay. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The excellent service, comfortable room, convenient location, and efficient check-in/check-out process far outweighed the minor inconveniences. I would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi, especially those looking for easy access to the metro, the airport, and other parts of the city."
