Excellent value for money with great facilities and service I had a very pleasant stay at Swiss-Belhotel Airport Jakarta. The hotel offers excellent value for money and is conveniently located with many amenities nearby, including restaurants, shops, massage facilities, spas, hair salons and convenience stores. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a nice variety of local and international options. The food was fresh and the service team was attentive throughout. The staff were professional, friendly and always willing to help. A special mention to the housekeeping team for their attention to detail and the excellent cleanliness standards maintained during my stay. Other highlights included: ✅ Complimentary airport shuttle service ✅ Beautiful rooftop swimming pool ✅ Well-equipped gym with quality equipment ✅ Good massage and wellness facilities ✅ Comfortable rooms and reliable Wi-Fi Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with great service and facilities. I recently stayed at d'primahotel Tangerang and overall had a very pleasant experience, especially considering the value for money. The hotel is conveniently located close to Soekarno–Hatta International Airport, making it a great option for transit stays, short business trips, or overnight layovers. It is also relatively close to Batu Ceper station and some shopping areas, which makes getting around fairly convenient. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and generally clean. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was modern and functional. The hotel has a modern industrial-style design with a pleasant atmosphere throughout the lobby and café areas. The overall ambience felt relaxing and suitable for both business and leisure travellers. One of the highlights of the stay was definitely the breakfast buffet. There was a good variety of Indonesian and international food, and the quality was surprisingly good for the room price. The restaurant and café area had a nice atmosphere, and the buffet was handled efficiently even during busy periods. The hotel staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. From reception to restaurant staff and security personnel, the hospitality was excellent. Many staff members went out of their way to assist guests, which made the stay more enjoyable and comfortable. There are a few minor downsides. Some parts of the hotel feel slightly older and could benefit from renovation or better maintenance. The surrounding area is not particularly scenic or tourist-oriented, and it feels more like a business or industrial area rather than a lively residential neighbourhood. Walking around outside the hotel at night may not be ideal for everyone. Overall, d'primahotel Tangerang is a very good choice for travellers looking for an affordable, comfortable, and convenient airport-area hotel in Tangerang. The friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable rooms, and easy airport access make it a hotel I would happily stay at again.

10 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt mit kostenlosem Flughafentransfer. Mini-Duschgel und Shampoo. Zahnbürste und Zahnpasta. Kaffee- und Teezubereitungsmöglichkeiten. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Schade, dass die Bettwäsche Flecken hatte, der Kissenbezug eingerissen war und es sich anfühlte, als gäbe es Bettwanzen. Die Wände könnten auch einen neuen Anstrich vertragen.

Enjoyed a pleasant stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta Bintaro Jaya. The hotel is modern, well-maintained, and conveniently located with easy access to Jakarta and the surrounding areas. The room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the breakfast offered a good variety of choices. What stood out the most was the friendly and professional service from the hotel team throughout our stay. A great option for both business travelers and families looking for a comfortable stay in the Bintaro area. Highly recommended.

Dieses luxuriöse Hotel liegt in jeder Gegend, der Strandbereich über dem Hotel, wir müssen den Shuttle vom Hotel zum Strand und zum Park benutzen. Der Shuttle geht von einer Stelle zurück und nach der anderen, so dass wir nicht zu lange warten müssen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel, das Badezimmer ist auch mit kompletten Einrichtungen sauber. Es gibt Kaffeemaschine bereit für den Gebrauch und Kaffeekapseln. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfreich von der ersten Ankunft und während unserer Aufenthalte. Der Pool und Kinderspielplatz ist sehr schön, der Spa, der Fitnessraum und auch die Geschäfte. Das Restaurant ist bereit, unsere Bestellung zu erstellen und das Essen ist lecker, wir bleiben auch zu Mittagessen, bevor wir gehen. Insgesamt sehr schöne Aufenthalt während unseres Urlaubs, sehr zufrieden mit den Lebensmitteln und Dienstleistungen.

Mein internationaler Flug ging am nächsten Morgen. Es fuhr stündlich ein Shuttlebus zum Flughafen. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Seeblick gebucht, konnte aber nur einen riesigen Baum sehen, und wegen des Regens war der See gar nicht zu erkennen. Der Flur roch etwas muffig, aber das Zimmer selbst war in Ordnung; die Klimaanlage blies direkt aufs Bett. Da das Hotel in Flughafennähe lag, war etwas Fluglärm zu hören, aber zum Glück störte er meinen Schlaf nicht. Das Frühstück begann um 6 Uhr, und das Hotel stellte uns Essen zum Mitnehmen bereit, damit wir den Shuttlebus um 6 Uhr zum Flughafen erreichen konnten. Der Service war recht gut.

Das Hotel verfügt über mittlere Einrichtungen, erstklassige Dienstleistungen und erschwingliche Preise. Es gibt auch einen kostenlosen Abhol- und Bringservice vom Flughafen. Rund um das Hotel gibt es auch viele Snacks, wo Sie ausgehen und herumspazieren können. Es eignet sich sehr gut für die Durchreise oder einen Kurzaufenthalt.
