The hotel left mixed impressions. On the positive side, the location is good: the botanical garden is nearby, many places are within walking distance, and getting to Batumi is convenient. The sea view from the window was beautiful, especially in the evening. The price was also quite reasonable. The apartment had all the basic necessities, but some small comfort items and supplies were missing: there was no laundry detergent, no sponges, and it was unclear where the trash area was located. The wardrobes were assembled strangely and kept opening by themselves all the time. The water pressure was rather weak, making it uncomfortable to wash long hair. The strangest part was the breakfast situation and the café organization. We were told in advance that we could come for breakfast at any time, but when we arrived a little after 12 PM, we were told that breakfast was no longer being served. At the same time, the café was almost empty — we stayed in May, during the off-season, so there were barely any visitors. The next day the situation repeated itself: before checking out, we wanted to have breakfast, but it turned out that the café opened later than the time written on the door. Through the administrator we found out a different opening time, and then the café was additionally delayed by around half an hour. As a result, we never managed to have a calm breakfast before departure. The breakfasts themselves were also questionable. The English breakfast in the café costs around 24–25 GEL separately and was extremely greasy and oily — literally a “cholesterol festival.” If you stay for a longer period, it gets tiring very quickly. There were alternatives, but they looked much less worthwhile in terms of price and portion size, so I’m not sure there is much point in booking breakfast included. There was also an uncomfortable situation with the staff: we walked past the security guard many times, but later we suddenly started being questioned about who we were and where we came from, as if we were doing something suspicious. After check-out, we were also asked to wait while they checked whether anything had been stolen from the apartment. It felt awkward and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay because of the view and location, but the service and organization left mixed impressions. Also, be prepared for a very specific driving style in this region.

I have spent there 4 days. Check-in 15:00, rather late. Check-out until 11:00, its early, be ready for that as well. The apartments are on the 4th floor of the Steps building. I have arrived by plane. The time to get from the airport to the apartments building is about 40 minutes by foot. Or you may take a bus, though its unclear to me how you may pay it the bus without Batumi card that I had. The weather was rainy about 75% of time. Its a typical winter in Batumi. The wifi was working in apartments well. The cleaning done was every day or at least you are asked whether you need that or not. You need to wait quite some time until hot water at the shower starts. Due to bad weather my plane was postponed. The host did not help me with dealing with it, he just wanted to take 30$ whilst we agreed previously on 13$ by 1 more night by phone. So I had to figure out my new plane ticket and leave in a hurry.

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Erfahrung mit Ibis Styles in Batumi. Im Gebäude ist ein richtiges Gym enthalten, welches sehr gut ausgestattet ist und für Hotelgäste ist der Eintritt kostenlos. Im 1. Stock gibt es Billiard und Tischtennis kostenfrei zur Verfügung. die Zimmer sind ganz okay

Insgesamt ein normales Hotel, gute Lage. Von den Minuspunkten: - Bei der Buchung wurde angegeben, dass das Parken kostenlos, aber kostenpflichtig ist - In der Nähe ist eine Baustelle, morgens wachst du mit den Bauarbeitern auf 😁 - Frühstück in einem benachbarten Hotel und sehr mittelmäßig, ich würde sogar sagen, nicht lecker - Bei der Ankunft haben wir viel Zeit damit verbracht, im Hotelsystem nach der Bezahlung zu suchen - Am Morgen gab es insgesamt einen Wasserausfall

We found staff was very accommodating but unfortunately there was one waitress at sky bar who does not mind set to serve to anyone!  Can’t report due to language barrier !! But rest was amazing. Trip.com gave the best price

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel. Zimmer sind sauber, alles, was Sie zu essen brauchen. Frühstück sind ausgezeichnet, eine große Auswahl an Lebensmitteln, ein schwedisches Tisch. Das Restaurant, wo das Frühstück gehalten wird, hat eine Terrasse mit ausgezeichneten Blick auf die Berge. Das Hotel liegt 10 Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt, sowie ein großer Park mit dem See und dem Sitzplatz. Ich empfehle Ihnen, dieses Hotel in Batumi zu besuchen, Sie werden es nicht bedauern)

Wir haben den Zug für den Geschäftssitz gekauft, kamen morgens nach Badewan und trafen auch Regen. Im Hotel danke ich dem Rezeptorpersonal für die Vorab-Unterbringung, besonders warm. Als ich nach hinten kam, sah ich, dass die Person, die vielleicht der Leiter war, und sie draußen schrieb, und ich hatte Angst, dass sie kritisiert wurde, also gab es einige Entschuldigungen. Ich wollte sie mit einem kleinen Geld besorgen oder sie einen Kaffee trinken, als ich wegkam, aber ich habe sie nicht gesehen. Danke hier noch einmal! Segen Sie sie! Dann ist das Zimmer besonders zufrieden, und es gibt eine super große Terrasse.

Bodentiefe Fenster, ruhiges Zimmer, komplette und neue Ausstattung, Trocken- und Nassbereiche im Badezimmer, starker Warmwasserdruck, Bademäntel und Bodylotion, geprägtes und duftendes Toilettenpapier, gute Bewertungen. Die Lage ist super zentral, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen, und es gibt viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Ich empfehle ein nahegelegenes ukrainisches Restaurant, das wunderschön eingerichtet ist und gutes Essen zu erschwinglichen Preisen bietet. Sie können das Hotel bitten, Ihnen ein Taxi zum Bahnhof zu rufen. Das kostet weniger als zehn Yuan. Zum Frühstück gibt es Brot, Kaffee, Salat usw. Das Croissant ist köstlich, und die Zutaten sind alle relativ frisch. Es beginnt um 9 Uhr.
