Das Hotel liegt in einer anständigen Lage, in der Nähe von Albert Docks und einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Stadtzentrum. Obwohl es direkt neben der James Street Bahnhof gelegen ist, waren die Zimmer sehr ruhig. Das Rezeption Team war sehr nett und willkommen. Es gibt 2 Aufzüge. Das Zimmer war gut in Größe, das Badezimmer hatte eine schöne Dusche, mit Shampoo, Klimaanlage, Körper & Handwaschbecken geliefert. Das Bett war 2 Einzelpersonen zusammen mit dem dünnsten Bett Topper auf, die Matratzen waren sehr schlechte Qualität mit lauten Quellen, wenn Sie umgedreht und Sie könnten die Quellen fühlen, wenn Sie aufgestellt, der TV obwohl eine anständige Größe war schlecht Bildqualität die über jeden Kanal einen purpurigen Hass hatte. Tee, Kaffee, Milch & Zucker im Zimmer und mehr können Sie, wenn notwendig, Zimmerrezeption erhalten. Haartrockner & Eisen/Bord in offenem Schrank. Zimmer komfortabel für Temperatur, da es Klimaanlage gibt Neue Matratzen und Fernsehqualität würden das Hotelkomfort enorm verbessern.

Check in was terrible with long queues even though we had used the online check in. Waiting for half an hour as each customer had to pay city tax and have all their details input into the computer and a wasteful A4 sheet of paperwork printed in another room, before being presented and stapled with door keys. During the wait there was a woman ranting and yelling at staff about her son who was accommodated in the hotel. She said that he was being allowed to **** ***** in his room. She was escorted out. Only one lift was working which was a pain as I have difficulty walking and was situated on the fifth floor. Lift stunk of ********. Hotel seemed to be accommodating a lot people that had unfortunately found themselves homeless. The room looked dated and the carpet was covered in burns from an iron. The bed was nice and comfortable and the linen was clean. The bathroom tiles were filthy with soap runs and greasy hands prints. Bathroom ceiling was covered in mould. Bathroom in desperate need of updating and deep cleaning. Bath was yellow with age and looked like it was installed when time began. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room were adequate but the containers for the sachets of coffee and tea were very unclean and looked as if they are never rinsed out. There were cigarette burns and stains on the curtains. In general I was really disappointed. We had stayed here about 20 years ago and this is a beautiful hotel with chandeliers and grand decor downstairs. The place just looked neglected and run into the ground with minimal staff, very basic cleanliness and no recent refurbishment.

Wir hatten in einem Staybridge Hotel in London geblieben, weshalb wir uns entschieden, in diesem Hotel in Liverpool zu bleiben. Ich muss sagen, dass die Londoner Zweig, obwohl die Mitarbeiter groß waren (sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit), besser war. Das Zimmer war sehr gut eingerichtet und komfortabel, aber ich habe fast meinen Fuß auf einen Nagel gestaffelt, so vielleicht etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit auf die Reinigung nötig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ein bisschen chaotisch. Sie scheinen sehr schnell und nicht ganz oben auf den Füll- oder Reinigungstisch auszulaufen. Am letzten Morgen sah es aus, als hätten sie dort nur ein Mitarbeiter - er war wunderschön und wirklich versucht, segne ihn, aber sie brauchen mehr Mitarbeiter am Frühstück! Insgesamt war es eine gute Erfahrung, aber es gibt einige Aspekte, die verbessert werden könnten.

Es ist wirklich ein schöner Aufenthalt in Staycity. Das Studiozimmer ist sauber. Es gibt eine volle Küche und ist sehr bequem zu benutzen. Es gibt ein Waschraum im Erdgeschoss und es ist sehr hilfreich für einen langfristigen Aufenthalt.

Amazing experience at the Novotel Liverpool Paddington Village! Stunning lounge and room. Booked an executive room and we had ample space, great facilities, including coffee machine in room! Staff were very helpful, offering special packages that can be arranged for special events / anniversaries. Great views of the radio tower and cathedrals from Level 13 too. 5/5!

Ich fand das Zimmer sauber und komfortabel, perfekt für Entspannung. Allerdings könnte das Personal freundlicher und aufmerksamer sein, um die Erfahrung zu verbessern. Zusätzlich, mehr Einrichtungen, wie in-Room-Kaffeemaker, würde den Aufenthalt erhöhen. Ein angenehmer Besuch insgesamt!

Die Kosten des Zimmers waren niedrig, aber mit allen Einrichtungen wie Kettle und sogar Frühstück. Das Personal ist nett und bereit, Hilfe zu bieten. Das Zimmer ist teuer und geräumig, mit einem großen Tisch und Stühle ausgestattet. Ich würde dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Lovely place to visit, central to everything. We requested a room overlooking the lake which we got, and the room was very quiet. No noise for above thankfully. Only downside was the window wouldn’t open and the pillow were too soft (I sound like Goldilocks!). Brekki was lovely, lots of choice. Would defo come again (that was our 2nd visit).

First time staying at Holiday Inn Lime Street, located just across the train station and walking distance to malls. Rooms was spacious and ample breakfast selection. Staff at counter and cafe was friendly and service oriented!  5 stars for this lovely hotel at my favourite city.

Das Hotel verfügt über umfassende Einrichtungen und gute Hygiene. Es ist das einzige Hotel auf meiner gesamten Reise nach Großbritannien, in dem die Getränke in der Minibar kostenlos sind (eine Dose Mineralwasser und eine Dose normales Wasser). ), 1 Dose Orangensaft und 1 Dose Limonade. Auch das italienische Restaurant im ersten Stock des Hotels ist sehr gut.
