For a 2* hotel this is a little gem. Right in the centre of Toledo you are minutes away from sights, restaurants etc. The room was a good size, spotless and a really comfortable mattress. Shower was on the small side but more than adequate; breakfast was waitress service which was great and there was a good choice. Staff were helpful and patient especially trying to get car into parking space for a would definitely recommend this hotel

We were surprised to encounter major renovation to the front terrace which reduced the car parking availability and created a lot of white/grey dust best to avoid the terrace area altogether but pack a clothes brush anyway as there are none in the room. Garage parking is advertised in Reception as €25/day but due to reduced free parking there was no charge. All staff are very obliging and professional and appear pleased to ensure your time there is enjoyable. The building has been repurposed over the decades but as a hotel it is both dignified and comfortable. A vending machine dispensing bottles of water would be useful. During the 2 night stay we took breakfast lunch and dinner and whilst the food is not great it is good. Parador de Cuenca is a great example of the brand but as we are only a few into their Spanish estate and with another 88 to visit we sadly don't have time to return.

Location is good, in the heart of the old city. Hotel and rooms are average/good We had a good stay. However all these experience were spoiled by the poor services of the waitress during the breakfast. The waitress were cool and seemed to have very bad mood. The breakfast room was closed using a rope until the waitress came and slowly checked the customers one by one. The waitress were impolite and even told the customers to eat in certain manner. The hotel rating would be much better if they have better training to their waitress.

Vom öffentlichen Innenhof des Hotels aus können Sie Fotos der Altstadt machen. Zu jeder Sehenswürdigkeit müssen Sie ein Taxi nehmen. Es ist nicht sehr praktisch, in Toledo ein Taxi zu rufen. Für das Frühstück im Hotel ist eine Terminvereinbarung erforderlich. Es ist bequemer, in der Altstadt zu bleiben. Das Hotel stellt unabhängig von der Anzahl der Tage Ihres Aufenthalts nur eine Flasche Wasser zur Verfügung.

저희는 룸 업그레이드로 32번방 예약했습니다! 톨레도에서 묵으신다면 업그레이드한 방으로 추천드립니다! 최근 고택을 리모델링한 것 같은데 약간 오버하면 한국의 한옥, 일본의 료칸 같은 느낌입니다 ㅎㅎ 지금까지 간 곳 중에 수건이 가장 크고 무거웠고, 드라이기도 가장 파워가 셌습니다. 위치도 좋고, 엘베도 있습니다. 캡슐커피 무료입니다. 물론 건물이 오래되어 불편한 점은 있을 수 있습니다. 저희 방에서는 까떼드랄이 보였습니다! 샤워기 필터는 조금 새까매졌어요!

En recepción nos atendieron de diez personal muy amable, nos dieron habitación antes de las 15h. Solo por poner alguna pega falta de artículos de aseo como esponja para zapatos ,zapatillas de ducha o agua de cortesía o cafetera , he comprado que es más habitual en otros países

Das Hotel ist fantastisch, sauber, große Zimmer, Bett und komfortable Kissen und mit Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Etwa 10 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt mit einer schönen und ruhigen Spaziergang. Mit guter Parkplatz. Ich werde es zweifellos noch einmal wiederholen, wenn ich wieder in die Royal City komme.

Vorläufig entschieden, von Amsterdam nach Toledo zu fliegen und dieses Hotel auf dem Bus nach Toledo zu buchen. Es war schon um zehn Uhr lokal, die Reservierung war schnell, die Sekunde bestätigt. Bis später wusste ich, dass es Trip.com ist. Das Hotel verfügt über einen 24-Stunden-Rezeption, die ist zu stark als viele kleine Hotels, um den Passwort aufzuschieben. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, direkt neben der Kathedrale. Das allgemeine Designgefühl ist sehr stark, sauber und sauber, und das Zimmer ist sehr viel. Das Hotel liegt unterhalb der Stadtmauern im Stil einer mittelalterlichen europäischen Burg und verfügt alle drei Stufen über eine sehr gemütliche Lounge. Die Rezeptionistin war unglaublich freundlich. Wir kamen morgens an, um unser Gepäck abzugeben, aber sie sagte, es seien noch Zimmer frei und wir könnten schon früher einchecken – total nett! Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr reichhaltig und lecker.

Die Lage ist wunderschön, und die Burgstil ist auch sehr einzigartig. Frühstück, Einrichtungen und Dienstleistungen sind in der Regel gültig. Es wäre besser, wenn es eine Wärmepumpe in dem Zimmer gibt.
