Staying at Hotel Eurostars Palacio Buenavista felt like a quiet retreat. The little town itself is peaceful and noticeably cleaner than many other Spanish towns I’ve visited, which immediately set a pleasant tone for the stay. Everything felt orderly and calm, without the usual bustle. One thing I appreciated right away was the underground car park located directly beneath the hotel. It made arriving by car very convenient. From there, you take a lift up to the ground floor where reception is located, and then switch to another lift to reach your room. It’s a small detail, but the process felt organized and smooth. I arrived around noon, well before check-in time, and although my room wasn’t ready yet, the staff kindly allowed me to use the hotel facilities in the meantime. That flexibility made the early arrival feel easy rather than inconvenient. When I finally entered the room, it was exactly as the photos had promised—spacious, bright, and comfortable. There’s always a small risk that pictures online oversell reality, but in this case, the room truly lived up to expectations. During my stay, the local temperature was around 17–21°C, which was quite pleasant outside. However, the heating inside the hotel felt a bit too strong, making the room warmer than necessary at times. It wasn’t unbearable, but I did find myself wishing for a little more control over the temperature. The only other area that felt slightly underwhelming was the gym. It wasn’t unusable, but the equipment did look a bit dated. A refurbishment would definitely elevate the experience and better match the overall standard of the hotel. Overall, Hotel Eurostars Palacio Buenavista offered a peaceful setting, practical conveniences, and a room that delivered on its promise—just with slightly overenthusiastic heating and a fitness area that could use a refresh.

Die Einrichtungen sind etwas heruntergekommen, aber die Zimmer sind groß, insgesamt sauber und ordentlich und der Service des Personals ist sehr gut. Sehr gut geeignet für Selbstfahrertouren, das Hotel verfügt über viele Parkplätze.

Im Namen des Namens befindet sich dieses Hotel neben der Kirche Isabel. Das Gebäude ist sehr alt, aber das Zimmer ist sehr groß und die Atmosphäre des Hotels ist sehr gut. Die 360-Grad-Landschaft auf der Dachterrasse ist großartig. Am Morgen konnte ich eine ruhige Zeit verbringen, während ich die Klocken der Toledo-Kathedrale und die Vogelgeräusche hörte. Der erste Tag war zwei Glas Wasser im Kühlschrank. Ich habe nur am ersten Tag Wasser gekauft, also habe ich Wasser gekauft. Ich kann direkt auswählen, was ich essen kann. Es gibt einen Tee und einen großen Teelöffel auf dem Brot, sehr lecker. Die Straße ist sehr schwach, aber ein Taxi kam zum Hotel. Wenn Sie Handtaschen haben, ist es schwierig zu gehen, so dass Sie einen Taxi nehmen empfehlen. Als Gedenkstück habe ich das handgefertigte Masa Brot von Schwestern der Kirche Isabel gekauft. (und auch ein Geschäft) Der Geschmack ist sehr mild und lecker.

We were surprised to encounter major renovation to the front terrace which reduced the car parking availability and created a lot of white/grey dust best to avoid the terrace area altogether but pack a clothes brush anyway as there are none in the room. Garage parking is advertised in Reception as €25/day but due to reduced free parking there was no charge. All staff are very obliging and professional and appear pleased to ensure your time there is enjoyable. The building has been repurposed over the decades but as a hotel it is both dignified and comfortable. A vending machine dispensing bottles of water would be useful. During the 2 night stay we took breakfast lunch and dinner and whilst the food is not great it is good. Parador de Cuenca is a great example of the brand but as we are only a few into their Spanish estate and with another 88 to visit we sadly don't have time to return.

Das Schlafzimmer hat keinen Schrank, es muss im Voraus an die Rezeption gerichtet werden. Es muss ein Schrank gebraucht werden, um den Rezeptor zu bedienen und so weiter. Die Zimmerclearness ist klar, gut.

Stayed here for a night. A very ”woody” hotel, everything was wood. Didn't know how to operate the air-conditioning and it kept producing heat. Too hot at night so we opened the windows to sleep since it was about 6 degrees outside. They had a jacuzzi bathtub but we didn't use it. Lobby was decorated nicely.

Das Hotel liegt auf der Hügel, die Sicht ist sehr offen, die gesamte Landschaft in Toledo ist im Auge, das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, die Schönheit ist nicht ausreichend, dass der Kälte- und Klimaanlagen-Geräusch zu schwach ist

Die Angestellten, mit denen wir während unseres Aufenthalts im Hotel zu tun hatten, waren unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksangebot für diejenigen von uns, die nicht das Buffet wählten, war eine tolle Idee – man konnte Kaffee und Toast bestellen und musste nur dafür bezahlen. Wir haben den Fitnessraum genutzt, aber er ließ zu wünschen übrig … es war kalt, und einige Geräte waren defekt.

1. Als ich einen Antrag gestellt habe, sagten sie mir, um 8 Uhr anzurufen. In einem Hotel sollte der Service rund um die Uhr sein. 2. Als ich um Lotion gebeten habe, sagten sie, sie geben nicht Lotion. Wir haben 6 verschiedene Hotels in Spanien reserviert. Nur dieses Hotel hat keine Lotion. 3. Es gibt kein zusätzliches Wasser. Wenn Sie Wasser brauchen, müssen Sie es aus der Café holen. 4. Das Klimaanlagessystem funktioniert nicht. Das einzige Hotel, das wir für 3 Tage ohne Klimaanlage reserviert haben. So mussten wir die Fenster öffnen, hoffentlich würde kein Vogel während wir schlafen.
